Austin Theory is in the ring. Theory talks about how he tried Vegemite for the first time and found it disgusting before going to Outback Steakhouse for a Bloomin' Onion, then introduces Grayson Waller for The Grayson Waller Effect. Grayson Waller heads to the ring and does a shoey with UFC fighter Tai Tuivasa in the front row before introducing tonight's guests, starting with Seth "Freakin'" Rollins followed by "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes. Waller asks Rollins who he wants to face from the men's Elimination Chamber match, and Rollins states that he is days away from being medically cleared to compete and that whoever wins will not stand a chance. On the subject of missing out on a main event with The Rock at WrestleMania, Cody says he is a fan of The Rock, and says that if he were here, he would insult him and say something about pie while calling his fans "Cody crybabies," then says that The Rock used to be "The People's Champ" and that one needs to be around the people in order to be their champion. He says that since Rollins has an announcement, he has one of his own, and states that The Rock slapped him across the face and that he is "wide open" until WrestleMania, and that he wants to face The Rock one-on-one, anytime, any place. Rollins says it is time to cut the head off of the snake once and for all, and while he admires Cody's challenge, there is no such thing as one-on-one while The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa), and when The Rock takes him up on that challenge, he will not fight alone. As Grayson closes the segment, Theory takes the microphone and makes fun of Cody for thinking he can face The Rock, saying it does not matter what Cody thinks. As Theory keeps doing his best impression of The Rock, however, Rollins laughs along before throwing Theory into a sign and hitting him with The Stomp while Grayson Waller watches.

Drew McIntyre beats Bobby Lashley, LA Knight, Kevin Owens, Logan Paul and Randy Orton to win the Men's Elimination Chamber and face Seth "Freakin'" Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. During the match, "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles gets into the ring as Bobby Lashley is helped out of the ring and repeatedly hits LA Knight with a metal folding chair before ultimately planting him into the chair with a Styles Clash, and multiple referees have to get Styles out of the ring. This allows Drew McIntyre to pin and eliminate LA Knight. Orton is eliminated after an already-eliminated Logan Paul, who had laid near the entrance to the Chamber since his elimination, knocks out Orton with the brass knuckles, allowing McIntyre to get the pin and the win.
