Scorpio Sky says "All Ego" Ethan Page is a brother to him and supported him during his run, and now it is time to take a back seat and return the favor for Ethan. Ethan Page says he came to ROH for competition and started to add more and more to his goals, and now that he is fully backed, fully motivated and in shape, he is the best that he has ever been and he is ready for anything and everything even more so. He says that Scorpio Sky is willing to keep his promise to make sure he reaches championship gold, and going forward, this is "the year of The Men of the Year."

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Griff Garrison and Cole Karter. Karter says that Garrison's win is dedicated to Maria Kanellis-Bennett, whom he says they love and miss. Suddenly, The Spanish Announce Project (Angelico and Serpentico) show up and hit Garrison and Karter with chop blocks while also wanting a tag team match.
Red Velvet beats Alex Gracia.
Mercedes Martinez and Diamante beat "Legit" Leyla Hirsch and Rachael Ellering.
Kyle Fletcher retains the ROH World Television Championship against Willie Mack.
Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Dalton Castle, who says that he is exhausted and has not slept since Final Battle due to being worried about the future of Ring of Honor and that Johnny TV costing him the ROH World Television Championship has taken everything away from him. Johnny TV and Taya Valkyrie show up, and Johnny TV tells him that he would be sleeping instead of crying like a baby if he did not get in his business, and Dalton Castle says he will not rest until he smashes Johnny TV. Taya tells Dalton he will not smash Johnny's face before making out with Johnny, then says Johnny's face is hers and that he will only get a match with Johnny in his dreams, assuming he can sleep.
Gringo Loco and The Workhorsemen (JD Drake and Anthony Henry) beat Komander, El Hijo del Vikingo and "Big Shotty" Lee Johnson in a six-man tag match.
