Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Moose, D'Angelo Williams, Brian Myers, Alisha Edwards and Eddie Edwards. The four of them state that they have been through a lot in the last few years and that they have tried to play by the system only to realize they do not belong in the system because they are "The System."
DJ Whoo Kid is in the ring, where he brings out AJ Francis (formerly known as Top Dolla in WWE). AJ Francis tells the fans to pipe down because it is all about him, then says people call him "Dolla" because he is here to make change and that just like many animals and even army soldiers, he is hard to kill. He brags about making his first million dollars by the age of 25, then announces that he has bought time on Hard To Kill to premiere his and Whoo Kid's new video for "We Out$ide." The video plays amidst a chorus of boos from the crowd before Joe Hendry suddenly shows up and gets in the ring. Joe Hendry welcomes AJ Francis and DJ Whoo Kid to TNA, then says TNA is all about creativity before thanking AJ for sharing the video. Hendry then says he has a passion for making music videos himself, and premieres one where he makes fun of AJ Francis. In the video - and the song - Joe Hendry makes fun of AJ Francis' NFL, WWE and rap careers and AJ Francis winning the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl MVP championship belt. Hendry is also seen eating a box of Cheez-It in the ring as the crowd chants "Cheez-It." DJ Whoo Kid smacks his laptop into Hendry's back before Francis attacks Hendry and choke slams in the middle of the ring and Whoo Kid captures video of a downed Hendry on his phone.
The System (Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers) beat Eric Young and "The Heavy Metal Rebel" Frankie Kazarian in the Countdown.
Crazzy Steve beats Tommy Dreamer in the Countdown to become the TNA Wrestling Digital Media Champion after binding Dreamer's hands with tape and filling his shirt with forks before dumping more forks on top of him, hitting him with a cannonball senton and nailing him with Belladonna's Kiss for the win and the title.
The show starts with Eric Young and the rest of the locker room declaring the return of TNA and that TNA is hard to kill.
"The Quintessential Diva" Gisele Shaw beats Xia Brookside, Jody Threat, Tasha Steelz, Alisha Edwards and Dani Luna in an Ultimate X Match to earn a shot at the TNA Wrestling Knockouts World Championship.
We are introduced to Handsome JF and Marc Blondin of the French announce team.

Before the next match, Dirty Dango announces that he hates TNA Wrestling, then a bunch of surgeons bring PCO out on a gurney and revive him with jumper cables.
PCO beats Dirty Dango by disqualification after Alpha Bravo gets involved and stops the PCO-Sault. After the match, Bravo and Dango attack PCO, then Rhino shows up to assist PCO. All of a sudden, Director of Authority Santino Marella shows up and makes a six-man tag match between the team of Rhino and PCO and the team of Alpha Bravo, Oleg Prudius and Dirty Dango before teaming Jake Something up with Rhino and PCO.
PCO, Rhino and Jake Something beat Dirty Dango, Alpha Bravo and Oleg Prudius in a six-man tag match.
In footage from earlier today, a woman with blonde hair and high heels heads towards the arena after being helped out of an SUV.
MK Ultra (Masha Slamovich and Killer Kelly) show up to the ring for a surprise, unannounced Knockouts Tag Team Championship match. Their oppnents are the suddenly returning Rosemary and Havok.
Decay (Rosemary and Havok) beat MK Ultra (Masha Slamovich and Killer Kelly) to become the TNA Wrestling Knockouts Tag Team Champions!
Scott D'Amore announces TNA's partnership with the NFL Alumni Foundation as part of Huddle For Health, a physical and mental health initiative.
Backstage, Gia Miller interviews Steve Maclin, who says that this is his sandbox now and that TNA is his area of operation. He says that whoever walks through the entrance tunnel is another body stacked onto the pile in his era of mayhem.
TNA Wrestling President Scott D'Amore shows up on the stage. He brings out Dorian Roldan Pena, CEO of Lucha Libre AAA, regarding the partnership between the two companies. Pena welcomes everyone to the first premium live event of the new TNA, then announces that AAA plans to expand lucha libre in America and will change the landscape in the next year with their partnership. Scott D'Amore and Dorian Pena then sign the contract for an official partnership agreement as the fans thank them, and D'Amore thanks the fans as he says this is what happens when politics are set aside so the best wrestlers can face each other.
Chris Sabin retains the TNA Wrestling X Division Championship against KUSHIDA and El Hijo del Vikingo after hitting KUSHIDA with the Cradle Shock as KUSHIDA goes for a Hoverboard Lock.
"The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander beats Alex Hammerstone.
ABC ("Inevitable" Ace Austin and Chris Bey) retain the TNA Wrestling World Tag Team Championships against The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Trey Miguel), Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson and James Drake), and the team of "Speedball" Mike Bailey and Laredo Kid. (Trent Seven was originally scheduled to be Mike Bailey's tag team partner in this match, but is replaced by Laredo Kid due to travel issues.)
The mystery woman from earlier is in the front row and revealed to be Ash By Elegance, formerly known as Dana Brooke in WWE.

Moose beats Alex Shelley to become the TNA Wrestling World Champion! During the match, D'Angelo Williams, Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards show up, but Myers and Eddie are attacked by KUSHIDA and Chris Sabin before brawling with them to the back. After the match, The System (Williams, Eddie, Myers, Alisha Edwards) show up to celebrate Moose' victory, but Nic Nemeth - formerly Dolph Ziggler in WWE - suddenly shows up behind Moose and has a staredown with him. Nemeth hits Moose with a superkick and a Zig Zag and leaving through the crowd and revealing he is wearing a TNA shirt.
