Ivy Nile beats Tiffany Stratton with a Dragon Sleeper following the distraction from Sarray.

Backstage, we hear from Tommaso Ciampa. He says that when he first arrived, he has so much to prove to everyone, including himself, and that it has been a big journey and that the fans have been through it all. He says that through every obstacle, triumph and tragedy, both public and private, the fans were the only constant, and they created "black and gold magic." Tommaso says that Stand & Deliver might be "the end of an era," and that he will create that magic one more time. He then folds his chair up, which says "9/9/2015 - 4/2/2022."

Backstage, Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta argue over who the hottest couple is, then propose they have a mixed tag team match at Stand & Deliver to see who is better.

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Cameron Grimes. He says that tonight, he may be confident or even cocky, but he is also nervous because tonight is the biggest match of his career. He says that his two competitors are good athletes, but they do not need the North American title like he needs it and that he needs to fulfill the promise he made to his father.

Toxic Attraction (Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin, Jacy Jayne) head to the ring. Mandy says that this Saturday at Stand & Deliver, she was supposed to face Cora Jade one-on-one, but Kay Lee Ray and Io Shirai took what she said out of context when she said she would fight any woman. She says that she is never scared, as she is "the baddest bitch in the game" with "the greatest back-up this company has ever seen" and they have been dominating for the last six months and will continue to do so. Mandy says she will humiliate Cora Jade, get rid of Io Shirai once and for all and send Kay Lee Ray back under the bridge where she came from before cementing her legacy as the greatest NXT Women's Champion of all time. She then mentions some business they have tonight, and says they did Dakota Kai and Wendy Choo a favor when they got rid of Raquel Gonzalez and practically handed them the tournament only for them to fail Toxic Attraction.Gigi and Dolin then produce some of Wendy Choo's personal belongings when she says that Wendy "apologized for not getting the job done," then Gigi says they have defeated everyone and practically run the women's division. Jacy Jayne says there is nobody left to challenge at this point and that they have beaten and embarrassed everyone put in front of them, and at Stand & Deliver, she and Gigi will watch Mandy beat "three other bimbos" at the same time. Mandy says they walk in and walk out with all the gold, because they are not just Toxic Attraction, but "the attraction." Suddenly, Dakota Kai runs into the ring. Dakota fights Toxic Attraction, but the numbers game takes over until Raquel Gonzalez suddenly shows up and overpowers them. Dakora and Raquel clean house, then run into each other. Dakota and Raquel then hug in the middle of the ring before holding up one of the NXT Women's tag title belts together.

Carmelo says people need to put respect on his managerial skills in putting tonight's main event match together and that he will be on commentary for the match. Grayson Waller and Sanga show up, and Waller says he will be on commentary, too. Grayson says they have come far and that he looks forward to facing Carmelo for the North American title, but Carmelo says he will have to beat him in order to go viral. Grayson then says that his manager is bigger than his, much to Trick and Carmelo's chagrin.

Von Wagner beats Bodhi Hayward. During the match, the mystery woman that approached Robert Stone backstage last week is in the front row, and Jacket Time (KUSHIDA and Ikemen Jiro) are the first to notice. After the match, Von Wagner attacks Jacket Time, then rips Ikemen Jiro's jacket in half. Von Wagner and Robert Stone then notice the woman they have done business with.

We hear from Tony D'Angelo, who tells Tommaso Ciampa that it was a big mistake to attack him from behind, as he has made his way up the ranks and knows what is best for the family. He says that he has to remove Ciampa to become "the new don of NXT."

Joe Gacy beats Draco Anthony. During the match, Quincy Elliott is seen watching the match from the front row from behind Harland.

He then says they will solve that problem when Roderick Strong wins tonight and goes on to win the North American Championship again while The Creed Brothers win tag team gold. As Diamond Mine leave, somebody with a 781 area code sends Brutus Creed a text wishing The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) good luck on Saturday.

Cameron Grimes beats Roderick Strong and A-Kid in a Last Chance Triple Threat qualifier to qualify for the NXT North American Championship at Stand & Deliver. During the match, Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams guest on commentary, Solo Sikoa watches from the stage, and Cameron Grimes and Sanga watch from the stands. After the match, Carmelo Anthony congratulates Cameron Grimes, but tells him there is no way he is walking out as North American Champion. Suddenly, Santos Escobar gets Carmelo's attention. Escobar says he will take the North American Championship and take it back to the family, but Grayson Waller says he will go viral taking down the title. Solo Sikoa says the street champion will become the next champion. Cameron says he will take the title to the moon, then punches Carmelo, starting a brawl that ends the show.
