Bryan Danielson beats Alan "5" Angels with a knee bar. After the match, Tony Schiavone interviews Danielson in the ring. Danielson says that if Angels is the best Atlanta, Georgia has got, he kicked Angels' ass, and he not only kicked his head in, but snapped his ACL. After also bragging about knocking Colt Cabana's teeth out, he then mentions that there is a member of The Dark Order for Long Island, New York whose head will be kicked in before he takes the AEW World Championship from Adam Page. Danielson says he will prove Page is a one-hit wonder and that it is "coward shit," not "cowboy shit." Page heads to the ring, but John Silver stops him and says that while Page cannot touch him, he can. Danielson says he will not share the ring with someone like Silver, then reminds Page of their no-touch clause before saying that while he would love to slap him in the face right now, the fans in Atlanta do not deserve to see it.
We hear from Miro, who says that a vision from his god came to him. He thanks his god for revealing to him what a dick he really is, then says the line has been drawn and that he will storm the gates of Heaven and turn the floors red.
MJF guests on commentary for the next match.
CM Punk beats Lee Moriarty. After the match, MJF says that while Punk is disappointed in him, he is proud of Punk for saying he is the best in the world while struggling to beat opponents like Lee Moriarty, and says he is only the best at getting in Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.'s pants. He says that Punk looks as confused as Baker would be if he got her in his bedroom and says that he is "one punked chump," not CM Punk. CM Punk grabs a microphone and tells MJF that he has a lot of nerve to talk about pants when he looks like he is wearing "Larry Davis' pajamas," then says his opponents are better than MJF and MJF knows it. CM Punk then tells MJF to get in the ring so he can kick his ass all the way back to Long Island, New York. MJF asks the fans if they wants this, then tells them "Too bad!" and says Punk needs him more than he needs Punk. MJF says he is a spark to a flame Punk has not had since 2011 and that he will show him what a real professional looks like next week when he wins the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royal for a third time next week while the fans chant his name. MJF then says he can hear CM Punk's dog Larry in the distance and says that if he brings him backstage again, he will put Larry to sleep. Punk approaches MJF, but Wardlow soon stands in his way. Two referees have to keep a physical confrontation from happening.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Dr. Britt Baker, Rebel and Jamie Hayter. Britt Baker says Riho cheated to win and get a title shot against her, and after Jamie Hayter reminds her that she has lost her best matches, Britt Baker says Hayter will face Riho next week before Riho faces her for the Women's title.
Adam Cole guests on commentary for the next match. Orange Cassidy shows up and stares down Adam Page from the stage, then both men have a confrontation before Orange puts his hands in his pockets. The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) try to sneak up on Orange, but Orange notices them. When Orange turns his back on Adam Cole to confront the Bucks, Adam Cole hits Orange with a low blow and the Bucks mock Orange before superkicking him. The Young Bucks and Adam Cole go for the BTE-Trigger, but they run away when Wheeler Yuta and Chuck Taylor run at them with chairs.
We hear from "The Premiere Athlete" Tony Nese, who says that Sammy Guevara does not deserve to be TNT Champion and that he will prove that when the title goes across his waist on Rampage. He says Guevara learned a lesson last week, and if leaning on his ribs was bad enough, he will do worse to Guevara on Friday.
Wardlow beats AC Adams. After the match, Shawn Spears hits AC Adams with his chair before raising Wardlow's hand.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Death Triangle. Penta el Zero Miedo says they would love to defeat FTR twice in one night, and that he has the best ally he can find in PAC after what they did to Rey Fenix. PAC says he is good to fight desite wearing an eyepatch, saying he is not an invalid.
Team Taz (Taz, Hook, Powerhouse Hobbs) guests on commentary for the next match.
Sting and Darby Allin beat The Gunn Club (Billy and Colten Gunn), bringing The Gunn Club's undefeated streak to an end.
Backstage, Alex Marvez interviews Chris Jericho. Jericho says he did not come to Eddie Kingston's aid, as Eddie did not need his help and he just wanted to take out 2point0 (Jeff Parker and Matt Lee) and Daniel Garcia. Suddenly, Jericho is attacked by 2point0 and Daniel Garcia, and Matt Lee hits Jericho in the head with a chair.
It is announced that Chris Jericho is getting medical attention backstage and will not be on Rampage this Friday as a result, while Taz says Team Taz has a 125% chance of winning the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royal and that the numbers don't lie. Suddenly, Lio Rush shows up. Hook and Powerhouse Hobbs stand ready to fight Lio Rush as Lio tells Taz it is his job to know him as a commentary, saying he has had the odds stacked against him much like Taz did and that he insinuated he has a 0% chance of winning. Lio Rush says that he is a fighter and that everyone knows it, and says he will not go down without a fight even if he has a 1% chance of winning. Taz tells Lio Rush to retire as Dante Martin and "Absolute" Ricky Stark show up.
We hear from "Smart" Mark Sterling and Jade Cargill. Sterling congratulates Thunder Rosa on her progress in the TBS title tournament before saying she has no chance of beating Jade Cargill. As they talk about Jade's match this Friday on Rampage, Thunder Rosa shows up to announce she will replace Chris Jericho on commentary on Rampage and that she will be watching the match closely.
Ruby Soho beats Kris Statlander to advance in the TBS Championship Tournament after countering the Big Bang Theory with an O'Connor Roll. Both women hug after the match. When Kris Statlander heads to the match, she is stopped by Vickie Guerrero, and "The Native Beast" Nyla Rose gets in the ring and pulls Ruby Soho off the ropes. Nyla Rose bails out when Statlander runs back into the ring.
T-Pain is seen in the crowd before the next match.
"The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes beats Andrade in an Atlanta Street Fight after putting Andrade through a table that Brandi Rhodes sets on fire.
