We see another vignette with clocks, vultures and the words "Tick Tock" included in it.

Keith Lee shows up. He says that after becoming NXT North American Champion, men who wants to fight forever like Dominic Dijakovic and men who want to live forever like Damian Priest want to take the title from him. Before he can say that they want to take the title from him, Cameron Grimes shows up and says he doesn't need to be talking about them when he should be talking about him. He says that when he caved in Dijakovic in the ring last week, he beat him in less than 20 minutes, unlike Lee, who tells him that he has made him the gravest mistake of his career. The fans continue to boo as Grimes says that while Lee and Dijakovic's match may be a five-star match and that General Manager William Regal has given him a match for the North American title. As Grimes continues to speak, Lee shoves him out of the ring and tells him that if he wants a title match and "an equal-opportunity ass-whooping," he's got it.

In footage from earlier today, Austin Theory says he is the greatest in NXT history when Isaiah "Swerve" Scott shows up, tells him he's only had four matches, admires his confidence, and challenges him to a match for later tonight.

Backstage, Adam Cole says that Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish will teach Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch a lesson tonight, and that Roderick Strong will do the same to Velveteen Dream in the steel cage.

The Undisputed Era (Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly) beat Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch. After the match, Kyle O'Reilly says it is great to be back to winning ways, but something is missing. He and Fish then realize it is the NXT tag team titles, and Fish says that an undeserving tag team is holding them. Fish says their patience has running thin, and as he says that Roderick Strong will beat Velveteen Dream and that they will get the gold back, The BroserWeights (Matt Riddle and Pete Dunne) show up. Matt Riddle says he, Pete Dunne the fans and General Manager William Regal are all down for a rematch, then he and Dunne are attacked from behind by Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson and James Drake). Zack Gibson says he could not care less about a rematch and that he will not wait around for Regal to chime in, as it is out with the old and in with the Grizzled Young Veterans.

Austin Theory beats Isaiah "Swerve" Scott with the ATL (the Austin Theory Launch) despite Swerve hurting Austin's left arm beforehand.

In footage from this afternoon, Mauro Ranallo interviews Johnny Gargano. Gargano says that he looked Tommaso Ciampa in the eye and knew what he needed to do, and that Ranallo knows nothing about what he has been through and what he has seen and felt. Gargano almost goes off on Ranallo as he asks for an explanation as to why he did what he did to Ciampa, and tells him that he knows why, and to admit that would make him a liar. When asked if he is a liar, Ranallo says "no," but Gargano accuses him of showing favoritism towards Ciampa compared to him, and Ranallo is forced to walk out of the interview before Gargano tells Ciampa that they will do things his way next week.

Next week: NXT airs live from the WWE Performance Center! Cameron Grimes vs. Keith Lee for the NXT North American Championship! The Undisputed Era (Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly) vs. The BroserWeights (Matt Riddle and Pete Dunne) for the NXT Tag Team Championships!

Later on in the match, the rest of The Undisputed Era (Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, Kyle O'Reilly) try to get involved, and Adam Cole is the only member of the group to get in the cage as Dream fends everyone off. As Dream tries to stop Strong from leaving the cage, he looks at Adam Cole in the opposite corner, then shoves Strong out of the cage to end the match before locking the cage door, trapping Adam Cole in the steel cage with him. After the match, Velveteen Dream fends off Adam Cole as well as Roderick Strong, and hits Cole in the face with the NXT Championship before celebrating with it.
