oVe (Jake and Dave Crist) beats Drago and Aerostar by disqualification. During the match, Eddie Edwards is seen entering the arena with a Kendo stick as his wife Alisha Edwards screams at him, telling him his feud with Sami Callihan is over. Eddie heads into the ring and attacks oVe and Sami Callihan, choking Callihan out with his Kendo stick as referees to get him to break the hold. Security has to jump in to pull Eddie off of Callihan. Sami calms down, then smashes all the members of security with the Kendo stick.

Mackenzie Mitchell interviews Z&E (DJ Z and Andrew Everett). DJ Z says it is surreal that they are champions, especially when Eli Drake and Scott Steiner were twice their size, and that they have proven that they can hang with the rest of the tag team division. Everett says that time and time again, they have been painted as the underdogs, but every dog has its day. Suddenly, Scott Steiner and Eli Drake, and Steiner says Z&E only won because they "slipped on a banana peel" and that they could not beat him and Eli Drake ten times out of ten. Eli Drake tells Scott Steiner to calm down and that they will get the titles eventually, but when Steiner says that if Eli Drake had been at the right place at the right time, none of this would be happening. This leads to an argument between Eli Drake and Scott Steiner that sees Scott Steiner walking away.

He tells him that shipments are good and that he has everything under control, and reminds them that the streets are watching LAX. He tells them to step their game up and bring back the hunger that they had before they were tag team champions.
