Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for September 17, 2016

Steve Corino returns to commentary this week with his one-year suspension served.

The Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga and Tongo Roa) beat The Cabinet (Kenny King and Rhett Titus) after Caprice Coleman's interference attempt from the top rope is foiled by Tama Tonga. Caprice Coleman says The Guerrillas of Destiny have not seen the last of The Cabinet.

Jay Lethal tells Tetsuya Naito that what he did last week is both business and personal. He says that he has to beat him to make his way back to the top of ROH, and tells Naito the day he turned his back on him is the second-worst day of his life, with the worst day of Naito's life will be All-Star Extravaganza.

Shane Taylor talks about how that Ray Rowe trained him to wrestle, and for the next seven years, they ruled Cleveland, Ohio with Rowe leading and him listening. He then says Rowe went to Texas when he had enough and became a star as one-half of War Machine with Hansen, and left him surrounded by the enemies Rowe created. Meanwhile, he started tearing up those enemies in Cleveland, and now he is in Ring of Honor. He tells Rowe that his past will soon catch up with him.

Keith Lee and Shane Taylor beat Ricardo Rojas and Ken Phoenix. After the match, Lee grabs a microphone and proclaims himself and Lee are now "the baddest team in Ring of Honor." He tells War Machine (Hanson and Rowe) they smashed them in Philadelphia, yet they're stupid to stay down, and he tells Rowe this won't end until one of them stops breathing. War Machine show up, and Rowe tells Taylor he's right, telling him and Lee they'd didn't kill them when they had the chance. He calls Taylor the last person he expected to stab him in the back and twist the knife after opening doors and presenting opportunities for him. He tells Taylor isn't about his betrayal or revenge, and that he's here for violence. He hopes and prays Taylor enjoyed his 15 minutes of fame, as the next 15 minutes are going to be one he wishes he'd forget.

Adam Cole talks about his match next week where he teams up with "Hangman" Adam Page to take on "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin and Hiroshi Tanahashi. He calls the team of Elgin and Tanahashi "Wishful Thinking" because they wish both men could be as dominant as him and Bullet Club. He stands as ROH World Champion, and he and Page plan to make an example of them...and make sure they don't like it.

The team of Keith Lee and Shane Taylor vs. War Machine (Hanson and Rowe) ends in a double disqualification after both men destroy each other with steel chairs. Keith Lee and Shane Taylor then powerbomb Rowe through two steel chairs.

Matt Tavis guests on commentary for the next match. He announces that The Kingdom will be among the participants in the Six-Man Tag Tournament.

Kamaitachi and The Addiction (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian) beat Kazuchika Okada and Roppongi Vice (Trent Baretta and Rocky Romero).
