Raw Deal - Raw recap for December 6, 1999

RAW

Too Cool (Grandmaster Sexay and Scotty 2 Hotty) beats The New Age Outlaws ("Road Dogg" Jesse James and "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) by disqualification. Before the match, Billy Gunn gets superkicked by Rikishi after he makes fun of his rear end. Later on in the match, The Hollys (Hardcore and Crash Holly) show up and get involved in the match, attacking Too Cool and starting a three team brawl which also involves Rikishi and ends the match in a disqualification. (The theme that Too Cool comes out to here, which does not last for long, ends up being re-dubbed on Public Enemy's (Johnny Grunge and "Flyboy" Rocco Rock) entrances in WCW on the WWE Network.)

A black limousine pulls up in the arena. Out of the back door comes WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon.

Mankind shows up, and it is announced that Mankind has topped The New York Times' best-seller list for nonfiction. He thanks the fans for making his book the #1 book in the country, and tells them the entire literary world hates him and the fans for making it #1. He then says he has had his own share of problems with The Rock and Al Snow, and he brings us up to speed on the tiff between Al Snow and The Rock, and calls Al Snow out to the ring. Al Snow shows up, complains about the fans treating him like the bad guy in all of this as he cares about Mankind as a friend and says the fans do not feel the same way. He asks Mankind if he thinks that the fans will remember his book as the greatest moment of his career, and says everyone will remember the Hell In A Cell match where he fell off the top of the cell and hit the commentary table. He says that the fans were not there in the car driving him to the Red Roof Inn in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, carry his bags and get him out of bed the next morning, and they will not be there when he is old, crippled and unable to play with his kids as they will forget about him like his old news. He says the fans do not care about Mankind, and neither does The Rock. Mankind says that anybody who saw them in Las Vegas knows they are friends and that he is friends with a few people in the back, but just because he is friends with Gerald Brisco does not mean he is going to hammer out a few dents in the body shop with him. He also says he is friends with Joe C, but that does not mean he will go out on the road and rap with Kid Rock. When he gets in the ring, he likes being part of "The Rock 'n Sock Connection." Al Snow says he has seen Mankind get out of the car barely able to move, and he refuses to stand by and let Mankind debase himself into a clown for the fans and make himself into a "suck-up brownnose" for The Rock. Mankind asks Al Snow if he remembers "This Is Your Life," he did not sustain one concussion and that he played the fool on purpose and knew it, as he stuck around for three reasons: he liked, The Rock liked it and the fans liked it. He then says "The Rock 'n Sock Connection" were good as a team, but he and Al Snow sucked. Snow says he will go to the back, find a tag team partner, and take on "The Rock 'n Sock Connection." Mankind doesn't want to wrestle Al, but at the same time, the fans would enjoy The Rock getting a pice of Al Snow's ass, and accepts his challenge. Snow then asks him one more question, and asks him how hurt and let down he felt when The Rock tossed his book in the garbage and he ended up turning his back on The Rock, then says that is how he felt after reading his book and all the Al Snow jokes. He says the book is garbage and that he is the one who threw it in the trash to show how real of a friend The Rock was. As Mankind tries to process this, Al Snow hits Mankind in the head with the microphone, starting a brawl. Referees and officials have to restore order.

WWF Chairman Vince McMahon agrees to let WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon deal with Triple H her way, but makes it clear that if she provokes him and he lays a hand on her, the court order is going right out of the window, he will come for him, and he will not give a damn. Stephanie says she will not provoke him, but she will take care of it her way, and she knows Vince will take care of Triple H at Armageddon.

Before the next match, Kurt Angle says he has built a lifetime of success over a simple set of rules called "The 3 I's:" intensity, integrity and intelligence, and says that he is living proof that regardless of who you are or where you come from, you can do anything you se your mind to, "even in a depressed town like Worcester, Massachuestts." He then introduces "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman. When Blackman arrives, the lights suddenly go orange and an icon glows orange on the TitanTron. Kurt then mentions their tag team victory against The Headbangers (Thrasher and Mosh) from last week, and says Blackman shows poise and promise and makes a great apprentice, and if he sticks with him, he will go places and become a winner as part of a championship caliber tag team.

Kurt Angle and "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman beat The Hardy Boyz (Jeff and Matt Hardy) after Blackman takes a stick and smacks Jeff Hardy in the back with it as he goes for a cross body in the corner on Angle.

WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon approaches D-Generation X's (Triple H, X-Pac, "Road Dogg" Jesse James, "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) locker room.

WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon wants Triple H to sign her annulment papers, but Triple H and X-Pac want to joke around and see Stephanie naked in the shower. Stephanie is about to leave, but Triple H agrees to look at the papers only to make another shower joke.

D'Lo Brown's entrance interrupts Val Venis' pre-match monologue before it can even start.

Val Venis vs. D'Lo Brown ends when The British Bulldog and The Mean Street Posse (Rodney, Pete Gas, Joey Abs) show up and attack both men, leaving no #1 contender for the WWF European Championship.

It is announced that Mae Young and The Fabulous Moolah will be at the Billboard Music Awards this Wednesday night. Mae Young is seen wearing a baseball cap backwards and pouring the contents of a 40 oz. bottle of liquor onto the floor, and when Moolah asks her what she is doing, she says "I'm pourin' it for my homies!" Moolah tells her to save it for the music awards, as DMX will be there. Mae Young yells "Where my dawgs at?" Moolah says "Oh, Mae, you are one crazy old cracker."

Mankind is seen talking to The Rock backstage.

WAR ZONE

Triple H shows up with a bouquet of roses and a stack of papers. He says he has come out here week after week and says the fans have made it clear what they think about him, but for the record, he feels the exact same way about the fans. Now that this is cleared up, he asks the fans how they all feel about WWF co-owner Stephanie McMahon, and says he is a little confused about it as Stephanie poured her soul to the world last week on SmackDown and called her things like "slut" and "whore," and he says the fans make him sick and that it amazes him how the fans can kill something beautiful and pure and crap all over it. He says the fans are wrong because Stephanie is no slut and he would never marry a slut, at least not intentionally, as marrying a slut is something you do when you go to Las Vegas, Nevada, somebody slips a mickey in your drink and you get all sloshed and end up in a cheap chapel somewhere passed out and having a "shot glass wedding." He says that is not Stephanie and that she is no slut, then mentions the annulment papers and says this hit him completely out of nowhere. He then says he cannot help but blame the fans for all of this, as they were two kids in love and the fans have to kill something beautiful and drive Stephanie to this. Triple H says that if this is what Stephanie wants, he will not hold it together by himself. He then asks Stepahnie to come out to the ring so he can sign the papers and she can walk away from their wedded bliss. Stephanie shows up, gets in the ring and tosses the bouquet of flowers into the crowd. Triple H says he called her out with all intents and purposes on signing the papers, then looks at her buttocks and says that now he is getting all warm and fuzzy inside, especially from certain angles. Triple H says Stephanie means a lot to him and it will not be the same without her watching him kick WWF Chairman Vince McMahon's ass, and asks who he will laugh to. Triple H even goes so far as to say she completes him, and says he cannot find it in himself to sign the papers. Stephanie tells Triple H she is tired of his games and calls him an "insincere son-of-a-bitch," and hopes Vince cripples him at Armageddon. Triple H tries to stop Stephanie, and says she might be on to something. If Vince beats him, he will sign the papers and make her a free woman, but the whole world knows that as long as Vince has a breath in his body, he will never receive a shot at the WWF Championship because he hates his guts. If Vince wins, the marriage is annulled. If Triple H, he gets a shot at the WWF Championship. Stephanie says she can have that arranged, and Triple H agrees, saying she is his wife and has a lot of stroke around here, but as much as he loves her, she is still a McMahon, he cannot trust her, and he wants to hear it from Vince. He calls Vince out, knowing he is in the back watching, and tells him to make it official. Vince shows up, but Triple H reminds him of the restraining order and tells him to back up. Vince accepts the new provisions without hesitation, and Triple H says it never ceases to send a shiver up his spine whenever a McMahon family member says "I do." Vince then tells Triple H that when the match at Armageddon is over, so will the marriage with Stephanie, as he will kick his ass from Heaven all the way down to Hell. He will have this in writing, and Triple H will sign the new contract so that Triple H can't weasel his way out. Triple H tells him to draw up the papers with his lawyers, and bring them to SmackDown for he is an untrusting person, while he is more inclined to do business on a handshake, or sometimes, to seal the deal with a kiss. He then forces himself on Stephanie and kisses her, and Vince has to hold himself back as he cannot do anything about it due to the temporary order of protection.

Mankind talks with WWF Chairman Vince McMahon and offers to owe him a few pointers concerning anything goes matches for Armageddon as Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco try to console Vince.

Too Cool (Grandmaster Sexay and Scotty 2 Hotty) briefly guest on commentary as Rikishi quickly beats Hardcore Holly. Too Cool and Rikishi dance after Hardcore Holly beats Crash Holly up for laughing at him.

B.B. is seen getting ready for her Evening Gown match.

Mae Young is seen "Living La Vida Loco," and The Fabulous Moolah tells her not to do that in front of Ricky Martin at the Billboard Music Awards this Wednesday night. Mae Young says "You're wastin' my flava," and Mae Young says "Talk to the hand, girlfriend."

Michael Cole interviews B.B., but Ivory shows up before the interview can even start, and tells her to spare everyone the dialogue and not bust a brain cell trying to form a sentence. Ivory says that B.B. has spent money enhancing her breasts and that it is too bad she cannot buy a brain enhancement. After telling Michael Cole to hold the Women's title and calling him a boy toy, she says B.B. may never be on the cover of Entertainment Weekly, she could win the Nobel Peace Prize if she shared a little of breast milk and fed the world. Ivory then says B.B. does not belong in the wrestling ring, and that she will take pleasure in ripping her evening gown off at Armageddon. Suddenly, Jacqueline shows up, and the orange lights and logo appear again as she heads to the ring. Jacqueline tells Ivory to shut up, and says she has already kicked her ass in the Gravy Bowl match and that she will win the Four Corners Evening Gown Match for the title on Sunday. Ivory then asks who the fourth contender is, then Chyna and Miss Kitty show up. Chyna says that as much as she would like to choke some of the women out, Miss Kitty will be the fourth competitor in the Evening Gown Match, as she has signed her up for ti and she has to toss Chris Jericho around. Miss Kitty doesn't want to take part in the match, because she does not wear underwar. Chyna laughs and says "Well, Miss Kitty I guess you're just going to have to win, aren't you?"

Big Show and Viscera are seen fighting backstage, and referees and officials have to keep Viscera away after he splashes Big Show through a table.

D-Generation X (Triple H and X-Pac) beat Kane and Test. During the match, X-Pac chases Tori into the ring, and Kane grabs X-Pac by yy the leg only to be kicked away. When X-Pac readies Tori for a Bronco Buster, however, Kane throws him back, and tosses him out of the ring and fights him outside as Triple H and Test go at it without a referee in the ring. Triple H hits a low blow and Pedigree on Test to get the win after the referee rushes into the ring after the low blow.

Al Snow asks someone to come with him to the ring to help him put an end to "The Rock 'n Sock Connection."

Big Show retains the WWF Championship against Viscera with a drop kick off the top rope. After the match, The Big Boss Man is seen at Big Show's mother's home on the TitanTron. Boss Man says he has respect for Big Show, but he wants to be the champion, and he will do it any way. He then reveals he has an envelope in his hand and that he has dug up her past, her husband's (and Big Show's father's) past, and Big Show's past, and if she does not tell him what is in the envelope, he will. Big Show's mother breaks down and admits that Big Show is an illegitimate child, and that it happened a long time ago. He then tells tells her to look at the red light through the window and realize that she has just told the whole world, including Big Show, then calls Big Show a nasty bastard and that his mother said so, then questions Big Show's mother morals.

Big Show is seen calling his mother, asking why she never told him about his illegitimacy for 27 years.

Al Snow's tag team partner is revealed to be none other than Chris Jericho, who has a copy of WWF The Music: Volume 4 in his tights. He tells Al Snow that it is an honor and a privilege to have him as his tag team partner this evening, then says it is tremendous for Al Snow to be associated with him, as he is the most legendary performer in the company and hates Mankind and The Rock as much as he does. He blasts Rock for choosing a feeble-minded, portly braggart of a tag team partner, and says he has sold a million copies of WWF The Music: Volume 4 just by making his entrance music the opening track, then tosses the copy of the album in his tights into the crowd. He is about to blast Mankind for picking The Rock as his tag team partner when Chyna shows up and attacks Jericho from behind, starting the match.

Mankind and The Rock vs. Al Snow and Chris Jericho ends in a no-contest. During the match, The New Age Outlaws ("Road Dogg" Jesse James and "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) on the ramp as The Rock deals with Jericho, then attack Mankind in the ring as the referee is pre-occupied with The Rock and Jericho. The ROck gets back in the ring and he and Mankind fight them off. AL Snow then runs out of the ring and hits Mankind with Head on the way out.
