SuperBrawl IX - The Results

The woman in the hotel wants to go out to dinner, and asks the person behind the camera if they are okay, as they look a little pale and she did mean to hurt them. The person behind the camera hands the woman tickets to SuperBrawl IX, and says her friends are going to be so jealous. She needs something to wear, and needs to go shopping.

"Mean" Gene Okerlund plugs the WCW Hotline.

Booker T beats Disco Inferno.

Scott Dickinson, now dressed as a referee, is seen entering the ring with Chris Jericho and Ralphus, who are both seen wearing dresses.

Before the next match, Chris Jericho tells Saturn that he looks absolutely ridiculous, and feels embarrassed for all the Jerichoholics who have to see him in a dress. Jericho then calls Saturn a "cross-eyed, cross-dressing freak" and "an embarrassment to me, Ralphus and to all of these people here tonight." He then tells Saturn to take the dress off, because he looks like an idiot. Saturn teases doing that, then goes at it with Jericho.

Chris Jericho beats Saturn by count-out after Saturn gives a Death Valley Driver to both Jericho and referee Scott Dickinson. After that, Saturn leaves, and Jericho gets the win. At one point in the match, Saturn gets Ralphus in the ring and rips his dress off. (Had Saturn won the match, Jericho would be wearing a dress from this point on and not Saturn.)

Rey Mysterio Jr. and Konnan are interviewed about Kevin Nash and Lex Luger for WCW.com. They plan to get in there and help Rey keep his mask tonight.

Kidman retains the WCW Cruiserweight Championship against Chavo Guerrero Jr.

Curt Hennig and Barry Windham beat The Four Horsemen ("The Crippler" Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko) to win the vacant WCW World Tag Team Championships. After Malenko gets one with a Texas Cloverleaf on Windham, Windham uses his belt to choke the life out of Dean Malenko to get the pinfall. (Benoit and Malenko needed two wins to win the titles, as they were in the losers' bracket of the tournament.)

The Outsiders (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall) beat Rey Mysterio Jr. and Konnan after Lex Luger attacks Konnan outside of the ring and Miss Elizabeth distracts referee Randy Anderson from the apron, allowing Scott Hall to get in the ring and hit Rey with the Outsider's Edge. (Had Rey and Konnan won, Miss Elizabeth would have had her hair cut off.) After the match, Rey unmasks with assistance from Konnan.

Before the next match, Scott Steiner takes a young woman from the crowd and kisses her in the ring. He then says that when he comes to town, all the "hooches" come around. He tells the crowd to remember that if they have a woman he wants, he will take her and there is nothing they can do about it. He then says there is a misunderstanding between himself and Diamond Dallas Page, and that it was not his fault that Kimberly "digs" him.

Scott Steiner beats Diamond Dallas Page with the Steiner Recliner. During the match, Buff Bagwell shows up, and both men unsuccessfully try to fight off DDP before resorting to illicit tactics, such as Buff distracting the ref so Scott Steiner can use a steel chair. At one point, Buff Bagwell tries to clip off two turnbuckles, but he gets caught by referee Charles Robinson and ejected from ringside. Nevertheless, Scott Steiner uses the turnbuckle bolts exposed by Buff against DDP to get the win. At one point after Buff is ejected, Charles Robinson is chased around the ring by Scott Steiner after Robinson stops Steiner from using a steel chair. After the match, Steiner tosses Robinson out of the ring, and trainer Danny Young shows up to check on DDP before calling for paramedics. A gurney is brought out, and DDP is wheeled to the back.

Bam Bam Bigelow talks about his plan to get Goldberg where he wanted him so he can beat him tonight as he is interviewed for WCW.com.

Scott Hall beats "Rowdy" Roddy Piper to become the WCW United States Heavyweight Champion after Disco Inferno distracts the referee to allow Kevin Nash to show up and distract Piper form the apron. After the match, Piper refuses to let go of the United States title, and tells referee Scott Dickinson to decree that he is the new United States champion. Piper then reluctantly hands the title over to Hall by throwing it over to his feet, then gives him the crotch chop. Hall picks the belt up and tries to hit Piper with it, but Piper sees it coming and kicks him out of the ring, and takes the belt back. Disco then tries to take it from Piper, and Piper lets go when he sees Kevin Nash on the apron. Hall gets on the apron, too, and both men and Piper go at it until Piper gets out of the ring.

Goldberg beats Bam Bam Bigelow.

Hollywood Hogan retains the WCW World Heavyweight Championship against "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair. During the match, the woman from the hotel, now wearing a red dress and heels, gets on the apron and yells at Flair before slapping him. Shortly after this, Hogan flattes referee Charles Robinson by kicking out so hard that Flair lands on top of him, knocking him out. Shortly after this, one of Hogan's masked goons shows up, pulls out a stun gun and zaps Flair in the back with it. The woman in red pats his back and holds his hand afterward as Hogan gets the pinfall. After the match, the woman in red hugs the masked man, whom she unmasks. The masked man is none other than David Flair, who has joined the nWo and is revealed to have been the person behind the camera all along. David Flair zaps father Ric with the stun gun again, and Kevin Nash shows up to celebrate and hand a leather "Hollywood" belt to David before the woman in red, David Flair and Nash "too sweet" each other.
