Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for July 13, 2023

Backstage, we hear from Matt Sydal. Sydal says that out of respect for this business and Ring of Honor, when he has a problem with somebody, he has them join him for interview time. He brings out Prince Nana and "The Machine" Brian Cage and says that Brian Cage cannot beat "this Matt Sydal" not or ever. Cage says he is buff compared to Sydal and that he is a six-man champion, and if Sydal wants to challenge him, he will need two tag team partners. Sydal says he will have no problems finding partners and that Cage will lose his titles to them.



Big Bill beats Serpentico.

It is announced that Dalton Castle will square off with "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese and Shane Taylor will square off with "The Captain" Shawn Dean in an ROH World Television Championship Eliminator Tournament with the two finalists facing off next week and the winning finalist challenging Samoa Joe for the title at Death Before Dishonor.

Athena beats Ava Lawless with the crossface, then plants her face-first into the ROH Women's World Championship.

The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) and Stu Grayson beat Levi Night, Michael Allen Richard Clark and Evan Rivers in a six-man tag match. During the match, Evil Uno shows up and watches the match at the bottom of the ramp, and after the match, he smacks Michael Allen Richard Clark in the back with the chair he sat on and asks The Righteous and Stu Grayson if that is enough for them before telling Stu Grayson that he knows where he belongs.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Matt Sydal. Sydal says becoming the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion is his destiny and is important to him, then says he has gone on a spirit quest and a vision quest, and that he has met with the elders and has found a partner in both "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels and Darius Martin.



"Legit" Leyla Hirsch beats Bambi Hall with the cross arm breaker.

Before the next match, "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese calls the fans "fat, disgusting obese Canadian trash" and says that Regina, Sasketchawan, Canada smells worse than anywhere else he has ever been to. He then decides to teach the fans and personal hygiene, "as nobody likes a smelly Regina," and cancel the rest of the show so everyone can do group training. As he leads everyone into stretching exercises, Dalton Castle shows up for the next match.

Dalton Castle beats "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese to advance in the ROH World Television Championship Eliminator Tournament.

Shane Taylor beats "The Captain" Shawn Dean to advance in the ROH World Television Championship Eliminator Tournament.

The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) beat The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate).

The Embassy ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Kaun, Toa Liona) reatin the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships against Matt Sydal, Darius Martin and "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels.

Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for June 29, 2023

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Tony Khan and Stokely Hathaway. He says that this week's episode is a very special episode and that some of the stars from Forbidden Door are still in town for a memorable ROH show tonight. He also mentinos that the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships are on the line, and that he will be backstage at the producer's chair all night. Stokely Hathaway says he will take care of everything backstage.

La Faccion Ingobernable (Preston Vance and Dralistico) beat Vikram Prashar and Mark Wheeler.

The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) beat The Dark Order (Alex Reynolds and John Silver) after Stu Grayson hits Alex Reynolds with a running pump knee behind the referee's back. After the match, Evil Uno shows up with a chair, but when he is about to hit Vincent, Stu Grayson gets in the way and dares Uno to hit him. Evil Uno cannot do it, and Stu kicks it out of his hand before leaving.

Diamante beats Leila Grey (and also gets a piece of "Smart" Mark Sterling).

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Claudio Castagnoli. Claudio is wondering himself what he should do next and that it seems like nobody wants to step up, then Chuck Taylor shows up and says that he has fought and beaten him before and that if he is looking for challengers, he is right here. Claudio feels insulted after Chuck leaves, saying he should be calling him "sir" and that if he wants a shot at his title, he has no problem with it. He also announces that he is doing away with the time limit for the match and that if Chuck Taylor wants his title, he will have to beat him.

The Lucha Bros. (Penta el Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix), El Hijo del Vikingo and Komander beat Gringo Loco, The Workhorsemen (JD Drake and Anthony Henry) and Shane Taylor in an eight-man tag match.

We hear from Samoa Joe, who says that this week, he takes on Roderick Strong in the men's Owen Hart Tournament. He says that while Roderick Strong is talented, he always comes up short against him, and this week will be no different. Suddenly, as Samoa Joe praises Tony Khan, Stokely Hathaway shows up and demands the same gratitude he is giving Tony Khan. Samoa Joe says he can get behind that, then tells him that while Stokely Hathaway runs things, he runs Stokely, much to Stokely's horror.

The Firm (Big Bill and Lee Moriarty) beat Karou and Tariq.

The Embassy ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun, Toa Lion) retain the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships against Los Ingobernables (Hiromu Takahashi, BUSHI, Shingo Takagi).

We hear from United Empire (Kyle Fletcher, Jeff Cobb, TJP). Fletcher states that he has brough Jeff Cobb and TJP with him tonight because he is all about opening the Forbidden Door. TJP tells that they hold the crown and nobody can hold them, and Jeff Cobb says that no matter who among them is there or where they are, the United Empire runs the world.

El Desperado beats Willie Mack.

Roppongi Vice (Rocky "Azucar" Romero and Trent Beretta) beat The House of Torture (Sho and Yujiro Takahashi). After the match, The House of Torture go on the attack on Romero and Barretta, but retreat when Orange Cassidy shows up.

Darius Martin, Action Andretti and "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels beat United Empire (Kyle Fletcher, Jeff Cobb, TJP) in a six-man tag match.

Backage, Jerry Lynn peaks with The Kingdom (Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, Maria Kanellis-Bennett) regarding their words from last week. Taven says he loved watching Jerry Lynn back in ECW and that Stokely Hathaway is jealous of Jerry being "history of Ring of Honor." Mike Bennett also brings up retiring Jerry Lynn in the latter's last match in Ring of Honor, and Jerry Lynn brings up Maria Kanellis-Bennett getting involved in that match. Jerry says he will go over Stokely's head and give them a tag match, but it ends up being a six-man tag match against The Infantry ("The Captain" Shawn Dean and "Bad News and Tattoos" Carlie Bravo) in which Maria also has to wrestle. Both Taven and Maria blame Mike for getting them into this.

Athena beats KC Spinelli in an ROH Women's World Championship Proving Ground Match, then attacks Spinelli after the match.

Claudio Castagnoli beats Chuck Taylor in an ROH World Championship Proving Ground Match.

Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for May 11, 2023

Mark Briscoe beats Shane Taylor.

The Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta) beat "Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams and Rhett Titus.

Samoa Joe retains the ROH World Television Championship against "All Heart" Blake Christian.

Backstage, Dasha Gonzalez interviews "Smart" Mark Sterling, The Varsity Athletes and The Trustbusters (Ari Daivari, "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese, "The Technical Beast" Josh Woods, Sonny Kiss, Slim J, Jeeves Kay). He says that there is a problem with The Dark Order's infighting and that it is putting a strain on the other wreslers, and says that he has created a "super-team" out of . He says that we will see "absolute cohesion." Ari Daivari says The Dark Order has been picking fights with everyone including themselves, and if they want a fight, they will get one.

The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) beats The Infantry ("The Captain" Shawn Dean and Carlie Bravo). During the match, Stu Grayson shows up and watches the match from the stage.

We see a video package chronicling the events leading up to The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) vs. Action Andretti and Darius Martin in a Fight Without Honor, which happens next week.

Robyn Renegade beats Vertvixen.

Backstage, Dasha Gonzalez interviews Prince nana and The Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona). All of a sudden, Dalton Castle and one of The Boys confront them for beating up the other Boy and sending him to the hospital. Prince Nana denies that they have done nothing, but Dalton Castle tells them that they have made a huge mistake before calling them "silly gooses" on the way out. Nana says they are silly gooses before putting the mask of the injured Boy in front of his own face.

Willie Mack beats Ninja Mack.

The Embassy ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona) bats Adam priest, Luckya Ali and Victor Benjamin in a trios match.

Kyle Fletcher beats Tony Deppen.

AR Fox beats Anthony Henry. After the match, both men shake hands, then JD Drake attacks AR Fox and Henry joins in, as does Shane Taylor, who suddenly shows up. All of a sudden, FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and fight Henry, Drake and Taylor, with AR Fox hitting a Swanton Bomb on Taylor. Henry rolls out of the ring, but Eddie Kingston arrives and chases Henry back into the ring, where FTR hits him with the Big Rig.

The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, Alex Reynolds, John Silver) beats Sonny Kiss, Jeeves Kay, Slim J and "The Technical Beast" Josh Woods in an eight-man tag match. After the match, Stu Grayson is aghast at Alex Reynolds for shoving him out of the ring for the pin and the win, despite Reynolds being the legal man for the pinfall.

Athena retains the ROH Women's World Championship against Skye Blue with the crossface. After the match, Athena raises Skye Blue's hand, then attacks her and slams her face-first into the front plate of the women's title.

Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for March 30, 2023

Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis) beat The Varsity Athletes ("The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese and Ari Daivari) after double superkicking "Smart" Mark Sterling at ringside.

Miyu Yamashita beats Shazza McKenzie.

The Embassy ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Joseph Kaun, Toa Liona) beats JD Griffey, Dark Draper and Arjun Singh in a trios match.

Metalik and AR Fox beat The Infantry ("The Captain" Shawn Dean and Carlie Bravo).

Athena retains the ROH Women's World Championship against Emi Sakura with a sleeper. After the match, Athena attacks Emi Sakura again, targeting the right leg and trapping it in the ring steps. Suddenly, Mei Suruga gets on top of Athena, then Yuka Sakazaki runs out and beats Athena up until referees and security break up the brawl. This soon leads to Athena laying out security guards and Sakazaki leaping off the top rope to the outside where she takes out Athena and multiple members of security.

La Faccion Ingobernable (Rush and Dralistico) and The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) beat Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin) and The Lucha Brothers (Penta el Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix) in an eight-man tag match.

Mark Briscoe heads to the ring. Mark says he comes tonight representing the best tag team in the history of time and space, The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe), but tomorrow night, it is not about tag team action, but the biggest singles match of his career when he faces Samoa Joe for the ROH World Television Championship. He says this match is different a little bit personal, but he will win it not just for himself, but for his family, Jay's family, everyone in Delaware and the fans. Mark says the match is bigger than anyone ever knows, then briefly mentions the history between and Joe before proclaiming that he will win the Television Championship because it is his destiny. Joe shows up on the video screen and tells Mark not to worry about his destiny, but reality and survival, as he has forgotten the man that he is.

Backstage, Dasha Fuentes interviews Jay Lethal, who is on his own backstage. Mark Briscoe shows up, and Lethal wishes Mark luck at winning the ROH World Television Championship from Samoa Joe tomorrow night, telling him this has more to do with their personal history and not with anyone that he rolls with in All Elite Wrestling.

Wheeler Yuta retains the ROH Pure Championship against Leon Ruffin in a Pure Rules Match with a crossface. After the match, Yuta applauds Ruffin's efforts before saying they were not enough just like previous contenders' efforts were not enough, and states that Katsuyori Shibata's efforts will not be enough at Supercard of Honor. Suddenly Shibata shows up, and Yuta tells Shibata that he used to be one of the most lethal strikers in wrestlers before ripping the microphone out of Yuta's hands and staring him down.

El Hijo del Vikingo beats "All Heart" Blake Christian. Both men shake hands after the match, with Blake Christian raising Vikingo's hand.

Backstages, Dasha Fuentes interviews "All Heart" Blake Christian. Prince Nana shows up and tells Blake Christian to take the night off because The Embassy ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Joseph Kaun, Toa Liona) will be a devastating team to face and beat, but Blake Christian says he does not back down from challenges. Prince Nana then sics The Embassy on him, and they retreat after AR Fox and Metalik run in to make the save.

Eddie Kingston beats "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels. After the match, Daniels raises Kingston's hand, then Claudio Castagnoli shows up carrying a redesigned ROH World Championship belt. Claudio gets in the ring and has a staredown with Kingston, telling him that the ROH World Championship is his. Kingston wants to fight Claudio after this, and Claudio takes off both his jacket and shirt as if to tease an early match as Kingston demands the bell be rung, then gets out of the ring. Kingston tells Claudio he will wait until Friday and tells the fans that if they do not buy the Supercard of Honor, they will feel like shit, because he needs to be a world champion and fulfill the destiny of what he said he would be when he was nine years old, even going so far as to withhold from giving his mother a grandchild until he does it. He then calls out Claudio for leaving to become "an entertainer" and looked like a clown while he stayed and became a fighter. After telling Claudio to "go back to the circus" and daring him to get into the ring, Claudio leaves, then Kingston says that he stands on the shoulders of his mentors and ROH World Champions past and that he will become a world champion.

Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for March 16, 2023

Claudio Castagnoli beats Willie Mack in a Ring of Honor World Championship Proving Grounds Match.

Dante Martin beats Mike Bennett, then Matt Taven attacks Dante after the match before Darius Martin makes the save.

Metalik and "All Heart" Blake Christian beat The Trustbusters (Ari Daivari and Slim J).

We hear from Mark Briscoe, who says he says been saying for years that the ROH World Television Championship was his destiny, and that at Supercard of Honor, destiny will be fulfilled. Mark then calls out "Smart" Mark Sterling for interrupting him on the first opportunity he had to speak when he came to ROH, then says that "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese is next. That match will happen next week.

Eddie Kingston beats Jeeves Kay by submission. During the match, Claudio Castagnoli shows up to watch from the front row, but leaves after Eddie Kingston throws Jeeves Kay into the barricade, causing Claudio to spill his expensive coffee all over his button-down shirt.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews "Smart" Mark Sterling and The Trustbusters (Ari Daivari, Slim J, Jeeves Kay). Sterling says Metalik and Blake Christian cheated to win and made some tags that were less than legal, then says he has filed an injuction in the state of Florida to get the match thrown out and declares that Ari Daivari and Slim J are still undefeated as a tag team. He also says Jeeves Kay took Eddie Kingston to his limit and gave him his best ROH match to date. Ari Daivari says this is not the time for thinking, but for action, and demands a rematch against Metalik and Blake Christian in a six-man tag match.

Athena beats Hyan in an ROH Women's World Championship Proving Grounds Match by submission, then slams Hyan face-first into the ROH Women's World Championship.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Metalik and "All Heart" Blake Christian. Metalik says he is very happy in the new era of ROH, and Blake Christian says he is happy they are here together. On the subject of The Trustbusters' (Ari Daivari, Slim J, Jeeves Kay) six-man rematch, Christian has called on AR Fox. AR Fox shows up, and says that this is exactly what they needed and that they will keep an eye on the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships.

"The Last Real Man" Silas Young beats Marcus Kross. After the match, Silas Young says it has been over a year since he stepped foot in a Ring of Honor ring, and when one thinks of Ring of Honor, one thinks of him. He also says that there is not a single man who measures up to him who has won the ROH World Television Championship, then Shane Taylor shows up. Shane Taylor says Silas Young may have bumped his head if he is something like that, as there has not been a more dominant Television Champion than himself, and if Silas needs correction to that fact, they can have a match next week and he will prove why he is the baddest champion anyone has ever seen.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Athena, who takes the microphone and says Yuka Sakazaki is looking for medical attention in Japan and still seeking matches there because she is afraid of her after she shoved her legs into the ring steps and hurt her more than anyone ever could, and yet Yuka is still wrestling in Japan and is not facing her. Athena says she is ready to whup her ass all over Los Angeles, California, and if Sakazaki "has the lady balls" to show up at Supercard of Honor, she is challenging her for the ROH Women's World Championship and planning on making her disappear.

The Embassy ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Joseph Kaun, Toa Liona) retain the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships against Dalton Castle and The Boys (Brandon and Brent Tate), then continue to attack them after the match until AR Fox, Metalik and "All Heart" Blake Christian chase them out of the ring.

Trish Adora beats Madison Rayne.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin). Dante says he has toget his neck stretched and popped thanks to a tag team that they thought they were done with, and next week, Darius Martin will go one-on-one with Matt Taven, and they challenge The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Michael Bennett) to "step up or take flight." Darius says they have proved what The Kingdom are going to do, and Dante says they are the coldest tag team in the game and have been on fire lately, and proclaims that he will light The Kingdom up while Darius proclaims that this kingdom is their for the taking.

Matt Sydal and "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels beat The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum), then Aussie Open (Mark Davis and Kyle Fletcher) show up. Fletcher say it is a pleasure to see Daniels and Sydal back in Ring of Honor and calls them integral to the company's beginnings and history, but there is now no better tag team in the world than Aussie Open, and they want the ROH World Tag Team Championships. He then state there is no better way to throw their hats in the ring by beating former champions, and that they will see them and beat them in a Ring of Honor ring like they have beaten other team, then Davis counters the "Now!" chants by saying they will give Daniels and Sydal a rest so they can face them at their best. Fletcher then says at their best, nobody can beat Aussie Open, because they run the world. After Aussie Open leaves, Daniels says surprises happen everyday even in the new era of Ring of Honor, and while he and Sydal were tag team champions years ago, the difference between then and now and is that they have a lot of experience and they are still good looking. Daniels tells Aussie Open that if they are looking for a team who will kick their asses, they are willing to get that job done.

Wheeler Yuta retains the ROH Pure Championship against Clark Connors with the seatbelt pin. After the match, Yuta says he told everyone two weeks ago that The Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli, Jon Moxley, Yuta) has the best training in the world, then says it might as well be time to go for the teacher of the New Japan Los Angeles dojo as he sits down cross-legged and promises that he will not rest until he beats Katsuyori Shibata. Claudio Castagnoli then shows up and celebrates with Yuta.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by CarShield recap for December 11, 2022

Zeda Zhang beats Alex Gracia by submission. After the match, Savanna Stone runs into the ring and attack Zeda Zhang, then Johnnie Robbie shows up for the first time since Golden Opportunity and makes quick work of Savanna Stone before raising Zeda Zhang's hand.

Backstage, Invictus Khash and Jordan Clearwater talk. Jordan Clearwater tells Khash that with Prince Nana on the East Coast handling business, he calls the shots, and he tells Khash to shut up and do what he is told. Khash runs into Danny Limelight and talks to him, then Clearwater attacks Limelight from around the corner. After pushing him into a basket, Clearwater puts a cinderblock near Limelight's head, and Khash kicks the cinderblock into Limelight's head. Johnny Loquasto shows up and confronts Clearwater and Khash, then Clearwater throws a signed contract at Loquasto before he and Khash leave.

TMDK (Shane Haste and Bad Dude Tito) beat Beef Candy (Richie Slade and Flex McCalleon).

Backstage, Jack Farmer interviews Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe and Luster the Legend). Luster says what's next is anything they want, and what they want is more competition. He says that Reno Scum will be waiting for anyone who thinks they have what it takes. Adam Thornstowe say that they are now three-time United World Tag Team Champions, and that they will line all their challengers up and take them all down.

"Benevolent" Jack Banning beats Ju Dizz with the guillotine choke when Ju Dizz hits Honest from the top rope as he has the match won while the rest of The Institution (Honest, Freeman, Divine) surround the ring. After the match, Honest attacks Ju Dizz as the rest of The Institution swarms him, then Jordan Cruz jumps into the ring and fights The Institution only to be hit by Banning's pop-up cutter.

Backstage, Johnny Loquasto talks with "Pretty" Peter Avalon. Avalon says a lot of things happened between him and Charles "R-Three" Cassus in the last year in Arizona when The Agents of Chaos (R-Three, Evan Daniels, Bryce Saturn) suddenly surround and attack Avalon.

Before the next match, Willie Mack's new tag team partner is revealed to be Bateman.

The Embassy ("The Golden Boy" Jordan Clearwater and Invictus Khash) beat Willie Mack and Bateman. During the match, as Invicitus Khash and Willie Mack brawl on the outside, Jordan Clearwater nearly shoves Bateman into the referee, allowing him to hit a low blow for the win. After the match, Danny Limelight gets into the ring and smacks Khash in the head with a piece of cinderblock. Clearwater barely pulls Khash out of the ring, but leaves the United World Championship behind for Limelight to raise up in the ring.

After Dark - AEW Dark recap for November 1, 2022

Danhausen beats Jon Cruz.

The Embassy ("The Machine" Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona) beat Fuego del Sol and Waves & Curls (Jaylen Brandyn and Traevon Jordan) in a trios tag team match.

Before the next match, Vickie Guerrero asks everyone to respect "the TBS Champion" "The Native Beast" Nyla Rose, then Nyla says that while she usually does not have a non-title match, she is feeling lucky due to being at The Mohegan Sun before issuing an open challenge for the title. The open challenge is answered by Leva Bates.

"The Native Beast" Nyla Rose beats Leva Bates. After the match, Vickie Guerrero celebrates with a sign saying "57-0."

Dante Martin beats Encore.

Toni Storm beats Diamante in an Interim AEW Women's World Championship Eliminator with the Texas Cloverleaf.

Before the next match, Ari Daivari makes Tony Deppen an honorary Trustbuster, and tells him that if he helps him win tonight, he will have a very lucrative future.

Best Friends (Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta) beat The Trustbusters (Ari Daivari and Sonny Kiss) and Tony Deppen despite a low blow form Ari Daivari to Trent Beretta. After the match, Ari Daivari chews Tony Deppen out, and Tony Deppen shoves Ari Daivari into an Orange Punch from Orange Cassidy.

Kip Sabian beats Dean Alexander.

"The Problem" Marina Shafir quickly beats Kennedi Copeland with a guillotine choke.

Rey Fenix beats AR Fox. Both men show good sportsmanship after the match.

They're On A Rampage - Rampage recap for October 14, 2022



William Regal guests on commentary for the next match.

The Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli) beat The Butcher & The Blade. After the match, Moxley and Claudio state that they do not care who is in the ring with them and that they never stay down, and that "Hangman" Adam Page will be stepped on if he steps up next week.



Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Swerve In Our Glory. Swerve says they need to get the AEW tag titles back, then laughs about "Smart" Mark Sterling copyrighting "Scissor Me." Keith Lee says that he stuck around Swerve because he is good and knows he can be great, then says they do not to cheat to win. He then says that all of that means nothing and that Swerve is swerving into the wrong lane.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews The Dark Order. The Jericho Appreciation Society heads to the ring. He admits that he did not want to listen to him and that he wanted to be a pro wrestler, but he will never be a pro wrestler. He says that while Danielson is his hero, Jericho was the one that taught him how to win. After being hit with the Ring of Honor World Championship, he knew that sports entertainers beat pro wrestlers every time, then says that he is a sports entertainer. Jericho says that he will beat every Ring of Honor World Champion that ever existed, then Dalton Castle and The Boys show up. Dalton Castle says he used to be World Champion, and that seeing the ROH World title around "the silly goose" Jericho's waist makes him sick. He says he broke his back for the title and will break Jericho's back to get it back. Castle says that his "Peacock Power" is what keeps the arena lit up and going, and if Jericho accepts his challenge for the title, he will shock his face right off his body. Jericho accepts, and says he will pluck his feathers out one by one.



We see a video package for Hikaru Shida vs. Toni Storm for the Interim AEW Women's Championship next week on Dynamite.

"The Native Beast" Nyla Rose beats Anna Jay A.S. After the match, Vickie Guerrero holds up a sign saying "1-0," then The Baddies show up. Jade Cargill strikes down every member of security standing in their way, and "The Problem" Marina Shafir, Nyla Rose and Vickie Guerrero run away as this goes on.



We hear from Ari Daivari, who says that he just wanted to share his wealth with Hook and that he tore up $50,000 for buying the FTW Championship. He then says he will take the title by any means necessary.

"All Ego" Ethan Page beats Isiah Kassidy. As per pre-match stipulation, The Firm has possession of Matt Hardy and Private Party's (Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy) contracts. (Had Isiah Kassidy won, Private Party would have been freed from The Firm.)

We hear from Best Friends (Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta). Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta agree that they need more gold, and challenge for the Trios Tag Team Championships next Tuesday on Dynamite.

Backstage, Mark Henry interviews The Pinnacle (Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler, Shawn Spears) and The Embassy (Joseph Kaun, Toa Liona, "The Machine" Brian Cage). Brian Cage says The Embassy are "the top body guys" and that they have many ways of beating The Pinnacle, but Shawn Spears says he has waited for five months to right some wrongs. Harwood says tonight will be a fight and that he does not run from a fight. Wheeler says The Embassy may be forever, but "the top guys" are always on top.

The Pinnacle (Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler, Shawn Spears) beat The Embassy (Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona, "The Machine" Brian Cage). After the match, The Kingdom (Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, Maria Kanellis-Bennett) show up. Maria says FTR (Harwood and Wheeler) call themselves "top guys" when they have never faced The Kingdom. She also says that they have won every title FTR have held first, then says everything about AEW was built off their backs and they never get the credit they deserve. After Harwood dares them to get in the ring, they are attacked from behind by The Embassy, and The Kingdom help The Embassy further outnumber Shawn Spears and FTR before WarJoe (Samoa Joe and Wardlow) arrive and clear out the ring.
