Fyter Fest - Collision recap for June 4, 2025

The show starts where the Dynamite half left off with "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada showing up and heading to the ring after Kenny Omega's match. Omega and Okada get in each others' faces before brawling in the ring, and Okada gets the last word with a big body shot. Omega tries to go for One Winged Angel, but Okada escapes and gets out of the ring.

Backstage, we hear from Ricochet, who says that a lot of talent are competing and that he has his eye on them. He states that while he will not be in the ring "in this crappy town," he will be looking to see who is worthy of joining the faction that he wants to create and have all the attributes he is looking for as well as the willingness to follow and serve to ensure he wins championship gold and stays out of this world.

Will Ospreay beats Lio Rush with the Styles Clash after Lio Rush tries to punch Ospreay with a chain only for the referee to take the chain away. After the match, Action Andretti attacks Ospreay, then he and Lio Rush double team him. Shortly afterwards, "Hangman" Adam Page shows up, and Andretti fights him only to nearly eat a Buckshot Lariat when he is saved by Lio Rush. Hangman and the referee both check on Ospreay and help him up, then Ospreay and Hangman fistbump. Ospreay leaves the ring, then Hangman takes the microphone. Hangman says that if Ospreay will have his back, then he will have Ospreay's, and as much as he appreciates it, he is his own man and he does not need help to win the World Championship, not from Ospreay and not from Swerve Strickland. He says he does not need help from the man who would threaten the safety of his family for his own glory, and last week, he made a promise; tonight, he will make another. Hangman says he will never need or accept from Swerve Strickland. However, he will ride into Texas, defeat Jon Moxley, take the briefcase, take the AEW World Championship and hold it above his head, for it is a night for everyone and it will be his night. All of a sudden, Jon Moxley is in the ring, and both men have a staredown. Marina Shafir and Wheeler Yuta soon show up and surround the ring, as does Claudio Castagnoli. Will Ospreay shows up with two metal folding chairs and hands one to Hangman, and The Death Riders (Moxley, Shafir, Claudio, Wheeler) retreat.

Backstage, Lexy Nair interviews The Don Callis Family (Don Callis, "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher, "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita). Don Callis says he has accepted Adam Cole's challenge and that tonight will be even worse compared to last time before telling Bandido that he has cost him a lot of money. He tells Bandido to bring The Outrunners, and that he will introduce Hechicero. Hechicero speaks in Spanish, Takeshita speaks in Japanese, and Don Callis says they will kick some ass tonight.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) beat Atlantis Jr. and Templario after Dax grabs Templario's foot as Templario suplexes Cash back into the ring. After the match, Stokely Hathaway brags about FTR's win and how they are the winningest tag team in AEW history, and says that regardless of who they face, everyone falls to FTR. Dax wants to say something, but refuses after the crowd continues to boo them, and Stokely and FTR leave.
