At The Derby - Derby City Wrestling recap for August 27, 2023

The show begins with scenes from a meet-and-greet with Danny Limelight before the show. During the signing, however, Moose shows up and snatches the United World Championship, saying he does not care about the people before telling Danny Limelight to shine the belt up for him.

"Prime Time" Robbie Walker and Chris Allen beat Garrisaon Creed and "The Blood Thief" Count Noctis. After the match, David Marquez interviews Robbie Walker, who says that he delivered on coming back as the best version of himself he has ever been. Marquez then interviews Chris Allen, who says that tonight was his night and that Audacity (Omega, Chris Allen, Carson Drake) is a brotherhood, and in two weeks, they will become tag team champions. Omega says no other place compares to Louisville, Kentucky, and he tells TMZ that they are stepping to the whole city and not just him and Carson Drake.

We see a video package for The Hex (Marti Belle and Allysin Kay).

The Hex (Marti Belle and Allysin Kay) beat Riley Matthews and Nikki Victory.

In anticipation of the fifteenth anniversary of the United Wrestling Network, we look back on an older match between "Outlandish" Zicky Dice and Karl Fredericks.

We see a video package chronicling the feud between Moose and Danny Limelight.

Danny Limelight retains the United World Championship against Moose with a sit-down pin despite Moose kicking him in the groin while grabbing the referee to keep him from seeing the low blow.
