Ace Austin guests on commentary for the next match.

Next week: Michael Elgin vs. Rich Swann vs. Moose vs. Tessa Blanchard vs. Daga in a five-person elimination challenge match for #1 contendership of the World Championship!

Backstage, Rich Swann is interviewed. Swann says he showed up a year-and-a-half ago and kicked down the door to show that he can hang with bigger opponents, and when he gets his opportunity, he will prove his doubters wrong when he becomes World Champion.

Backstage, Michael Elgin says that a lot of people can hope and wish, but he is the only one he can do, and while he loves hearing people talk about how great he is, the World Championship proves your greatness. Elgin tells Sami Callihan that all he achieved was a path for him to take the World title from him, and he tells Sami Callihan to enjoy the World title while he can, for he will become the next challenger.

Madison Rayne beats Alexia Nicole.

In the locker room, Johnny Swinger tries to make Aiden Prince his "young boy" as he says he pooped in Petey Williams' bag. Suddenly, Petey shows up, and it becomes known that the bag does not belong to Petey when Petey says that the bag is not his. When Aiden and Petey leave, it is revealed that the bag belongs to Ken Shamrock.

We hear from Rob Van Dam, who says that he and Katie Forbes will be back in action next week.

Daga beats Jake Crist.

Backstage, The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) is interviewed. Page says that they are putting the tag team titles on the line to prove they are fighting champions. Alexander says he could not be happier, as their match is a perfect opportunity to get the respect they deserve. He says that if they don't get that respect, the headlines will still say they are victorious. When asked what will happen if they do not win, Page ends the interview, and says that they will say whatever else they have to say in the ring.

oVe (Sami Callihan and Madman Fulton) beat Rich Swann and Tessa Blanchard after Callihan hits Swann with the World title as referee Brandon Tolle is taking Callihan's baseball bat out of the ring. After the match, oVe continues to attack Swann, and Sami hits Tessa Blanchard with the World Championship. Suddenly, "The Machine" Brian Cage shows up and fights off oVe, forcing them to retreat.

Backstage, "The Machine" Brian Cage says he is not done with oVe and the World Title. He says that if there is a match to decide a #1 contender for the World title next week, he is going to be in it.

The Impact Plus Flashback Moment of the Week is Rich Swann vs. Ethan Page vs. Jake Crist vs. Trey Miguel in an Ultimate X Match for the Impact X Division Championship at Homecoming.

In the locker room, Johnny Swinger brags to Jimmy Jacobs and two other guys about pooping in Ken Shamrock's bag. Nobody sees this as a rib as they walk away.

Backstage, Jordynne Grace confronts Taya Valkyrie and tells her that she has beaten her once and will beat her again. Taya tells Jordynne she cannot just challenge her for the Knockouts title, but Jordynne says it doesn't have to be any match. John E. Bravo accepts the challenge on Taya's behalf, then Jordynne proposes a two-on-one handicap match against Taya and John E. Bravo.

We hear from Moose, who boasts that he will beat Ken Shamrock to become the best MMA fighter of all time and earn a shot at the World title beating another guy at tennis.

Havok beats Crystal Moon. After the match, Havok meets Suzy, but when she lays a hand on her, Suzy has memories of being Su Yung for a brief moment.

"The Machine" Brian Cage is official in next week's elimination match for #1 contendership for the World Championship.

The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) retain the Impact World Tag Team Championships against Eddie Edwards and Naomichi Marufuji.
