The show begins with oVe (Sami Callihan, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Madman Fulton) and several guests drinking beer and partying partying over Sami Callihan's World title win, with Sami Callihan saying oVe told the world they were starting a revolution and that they are now on top of the world in professional wrestling.

Alisha Edwards talks with Alexia Nicole, saying she thought it would never go this far with Ace Austin and that she needs to talk with him. As she heads towards a stairwell to head outside and talk with Ace Austin, she catches Ace showing his true colors with Reno Scum (Adam Thornstowe and Luster the Legend). Alisha is furious after hearing what she overhears as Ace Austin says it is time for "The Triple X Champion" to spread his wings and tells them about his plans to "bang Eddie's wife" are about to come true.

As Madison Rayne chews out Kiera Hogan for injuring her arm backstage, Taya Valkyrie shows up. Madison and Taya soon argue with each other, and says that if Taya doesn't like how she handles things in the locker room, they can settle it in the ring. Taya says she has no time for Madison and walks away only to run into Jordynne Grace, who wants to face Taya for the Knockouts title. Taya tells Jordynne she will have to wait, as she is facing Madison tonight.
Michael Elgin beats Fallah Bahh with the crossface.
Backstage, Ace Austin meets with Alisha Edwards considering their dinner date. Alisha tells Ace to skip the dinner and hands him a hotel room key, and tells him to meet her in her hotel room.
Backstage, oVe (Sami Callihan, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Madman Fulton) shows up at the arena from their party and mock Tommy Dreamer as they arrive.
The Impact Plus Moment of the Week is Naomichi Marufuji vs. Moose for the Impact Grand Championship.
Backstage, The North ("All Ego" Ethan Page and "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander) are interviewed. Ethan Page states that they can win any championship they want if they wanted to, and says that they decided to become tag team champions. Page tells Naomichi Marufuji to get a partner and face them as a team with the tag titles on the line.
Ken Shamrock beats Joey Ryan with the ankle lock.
In the locker room, oVe (Sami Callihan, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Madman Fulton) pours beer on Aiden Prince, then Jake Crist puts on Daga's jacket before Sami offers a beer to Daga after spitting on it. Rich Swann shows up and gets Daga out of the situation.
Taya Valkyrie beats Madison Rayne after John E. Bravo distracts Madison with the dog plushie by throwing it into the ring. Madison throws the dog plushie into the crowd, but this allows Taya to hit Road To Valhalla for the win. After the match, Jordynne Grace sneaks up on Taya from behind and demands her title match. Taya pushes John E. Bravo into Jordynne, but Jordynne lays John E. Bravo out, causing Taya to run to the back.
Backstage, Gama Singh chews out Rohit Raju and Raj Singh for constantly losing, and introduces a new protege: Bhupinder Singh. He states that if Bhupinder does well, one of them will be on the way out.
Ace Austin is seen heading towards the hotel where Alisha Edwards is staying.
Petey Williams beats Bhupinder Singh with the Sharpshooter. After the match, Bhupinder argues with the referee, but Petey Williams gets back in the ring and hits Bhupinder from behind. After a Tiger Feint Kick from the ref and a Canadian Destroyer from Petey, the ref hits Bhupinder with a 450 from the top rope.
Ace Austin meets Alisha Edwards in his bedroom. Alisha then tells him to get undressed and put on a blindfold, then Alisha enters the bathroom. Ace gets undressed and puts on the blindfold, then a hand touches him from Ace finds out it is Eddie. Eddie is about to hit Ace with Kenny, but Alisha stops him, takes Kenny and swings at Ace with it. Ace gets out of the ring and into the hallway, and when Alisha is about to hit Ace one last time, Eddie stops Alisha. Ace hightails it out of the hotel as Eddie and Alisha make love on the hallway floor.
Backstage, Petey Williams is met by Johnny Swinger, who wants Williams to be his protege and carry his bags. As Williams refuses, oVe (Sami Callihan, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Madman Fulton) shows up and mocks Swinger before taking their party to the ring.

oVe (Sami Callihan, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Madman Fulton) show up. After Jake Crist gives Sami Callihan a "proper" introduction, Sami demands that the fans give the proper respect for their new World Champion, then tells the fans that he would walk out as World Champion. As he states that he has brought the party all over the United States and brought it to Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Tommy Dreamer shows up. Sami tells Tommy to go back to the back, then Tommy says that Sami ruined what should have been a banner day for Impact Wrestling by being a bully like he always does, then says that the real draw are the locker room and the fans, not Sami. After Tommy says that oVe should learn to entertain for the fans and not for someone like Sami, Sami tells Tommy that if he has a problem with him being World Champion, he can get in the ring and do something about it. Tommy brings out a referee, then says they might as well have "an extreme celebration" with a couple of friends: Rich Swann, Daga, and Tessa Blanchard.
Tommy Dreamer, Rich Swann, Tessa Blanchard and Daga beat oVe (Sami Callihan, Jake Crist, Dave Crist, Madman Fulton) after Rich Swann counters the Cactus Special with a roll-up.
