Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for March 2, 2019

Jeff Cobb congratulates "The Last Real Man" Silas Young for fighting his way to a Television title match with him, then asks him if he has been to the islands before promising him a first-class tour.

Jeff Cobb retains the ROH World Television Championship against "The Last Real Man" Silas Young.

We hear from Matt Taven, who says that a poser has been put on his pedestal for holding a title that does not belong to him. He says that there is only one ROH World Champion, that it is him and that he is putting his facsimile World title on the line against anyone but Jay Lethal.

Rush beats Vinny Marseglia.

The Kingdom (Matt Taven, TK O'Ryan, Vinny Marseglia) shows up before the next match. Taven says there is a man in ROH who thinks he is him and claiming to be the real ROH World Champion, and says that everyone who gets it knows that he is the real World Champion. However, he does not mind one mind, as that person sounds foolish. He does, however, mind ROH putting him on a pedestal for "cosplaying him." Taven then says he will do something Jay Lethal never did: defending his World Championship right here, right now. He issues an open challenge for anyone in the back except for Jay Lethal, as he feels Lethal has not earned his shot against him. The open challenge is answered by Jonathan Gresham.

Jonathan Gresham beats Matt Taven by disqualification after TK O'Ryan and Vinny Marseglia get involved in the match. Matt Taven retains the "ROH World Championship." After teh match, Jay Lethal show up as O'Ryan and Marseglia attack Gresham, but the numbers game catches up to Lethal. Marseglia and O'Ryan hold Lethal down as Taven pulls a table out from underneath the ring, and as Lethal is laid on the table, LifeBlood (Juice Robinson, David Finlay, Bandido, Mark Haskins, "Hot Sauce" Tracey Williams, Tenille Dashwood) shows up and forces The Kingdom (Taven, O'Ryan, Marseglia) out of the ring. As The Kingdom leaves, Bandido picks up O'Ryan's baseball bat, and Taven accidentally leaves his facsimile World title in the ring. Mark Haskins hands the fake title to Lethal. Tennille says that as long as Taven's fake World title exists, it is a slap in the face to ROH, and that it is time for the belt to be destroyed. TK O'Ryan's bat is handed to Lethal, who proceeds to beat the fake title with it before Dashwood hands Marseglia's axe - which has also been left in the ring - to Lethal, who proceeds to chop the plates off the title and rip them off. Taven is absolutely livid as the show comes to an end.
