Oney Lorcan beats Humberto Carrillo to advance to the next round in the WWE Cruiserweight Championship Tournament.
Backstage, Mike and Maria Kanellis are upset with General Manager Drake Maverick, as their match is against a local competitor and not part of the Cruiserweight Championship tournament. Maria says they are not a charity case, and that if this is the best they can do, then Maverick cannot do his job.
Mike Kanellis vs. Colby Corino ends in a no-contest when Kanellis decimates Corino before the bell rings.
We hear from "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese, who is one closer to WrestleMania. His match against Kalisto is proof he has laser focus, and next week, he will prove to Drew Gulak that he is a different man from one year ago. We also hear from Cedric Alexander, who says that 205 Live and the Cruiserweight Championship mean the world to him, and for the last two years, he has been synonymous with them. He says there is nothing stopping him from coming back on top, and tells Akira Tozawa to bring the fight so they can see who wants it more.
