17th Anniversary Show - The Results

"The Villain" Marty Scurll beats Kenny King after hitting King with an umbrella as referee Paul Turner keeps King from using a steel chair as a weapon.

Jeff Cobb retains the ROH World Television Championship against Shane Taylor after hitting A Tour Of The Islands twice after Taylor gets out of the first one.

Mayu Iwatani retains the ROH Women of Honor World Championship against "The Gatekeeper" Kelly Klein with an inside cradle out of nowhere.

Matt Taven shows up before the next match. He says he cannot sit backstage another minute following what he considers towards him, saying he is the real ROH World Champion and that he is ready to take Jay Lethal right now. Lethal shows up, and the ROH World Championship match takes place early.

Matt Taven and Jay Lethal wrestle to a 60-minute time limit draw. Jay Lethal retains the ROH World Championship. During the match, it is announced that Jeff Cobb has challenged "The Aerial Assassin" Will Ospreay in a title versus title match for the ROH World Televison Championship and the NEVER Openweight Championship. Later on in the match, TK O'Ryan and Vinny Marsegalia get involved in the match, and when Jonathan Gresham makes the save for Lethal, he is overpowered, and O'Tyan smacks a steel chair into Gresham's left knee. "Hot Sauce" Tracey Williams and Mark Haskins show up to even the odds at ringside and chase O'Ryan and Marseglia to the back, but Taven hits a low blow to a distracted Lethal before hitting the Climax. Lethal kicks out at two, and the match keeps going until the time limit draw. After the match, "The Villain" Marty Scurll shows up and walks away with the ROH World Championship. Afterwards, Taven and Lethal get up, and Taven tosses a streamer at Lethal before being helped to the back.

G1 Supercard is live Saturday, April 6th!

Ian Riccoboni introduces Mega Ran, who performs his new song "Goin' To The Garden" in the ring. The performance is interrupted by Bully Ray, who throws a steel chair into the ring, tells Mega Ran that he is wasting time on his pay-per-view and that he hates hip-hop music. After making fun of Mega Ran's performance name and saying that Mega Ran is one of those "video game guys" who spent all day playing wrestling video games and picking him, Mega Ran says he picked D-Von Dudley instead. Bully Ray shoves Mega Ran and his fellow co-performer to the mat, and they both leave as Bully Ray says that he is the only person here who knows anything about going to Madison Square Garden and that everybody should be kissing his ass. He also says there is nobody in ROH or New Japan worthy of stepping into the ring with him, says he never quit in his "I Quit" match against Flip Gordon, and issues an open challenge against him in a New York City Street Fight.

Dalton Castle and The Boys guest on commentary for the next match.

Rush beats Bandido, bringing Bandido's undefeated streak in ROH to an end. After the match, Dalton Castle gets in the ring and compliments Rush on his performance in ROH so far. He then says he wants to smash heads with Rush, and challenges him to a match in Madison Square Garden. Rush takes the microphone and accepts the challenge.

It is announced that Johnathan Gresham vs. "The Last Real Man" Silas Young and LifeBlood ("Hot Sauce" Tracy Williams and Mark Haskins) vs. The Kingdom (TK O'Ryan and Vinny Marseglia) will not be happening, with the former match scratched following Gresham's recent leg injury and the latter being taken off the card due to The Kingdom and Matt Taven being so upset over Taven not winning the ROH World Championship that they have left the building. Silas Young then guests on commentary for the next match.

Villain Enterprises (Brody King and PCO) beat The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) in a Las Vegas Street Fight to become the ROH World Tag Team Champions!
