Sumie Sakai beats Tenille Dashwood with a roll-up after dodging the Spotlight to advance to the finals of the ROH Women of Honor Championship Tournament. After the match, Kelly Klein shows up, and Ian Ricobonni congratulates both of them before the pre-finals photo opportunity. Both women shake hands, then Kelly Klein hits Sumie Sakai with a right hand.

We hear from "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes, who says that at one time, perception was reality, but now reality is reality, and that reality is that Supercard of Honor is the top event in wrestling and that he is the best in the business while Kenny Omega is like "an underground band" that nobody knows more than one song to. He says that on April 7th, the only song that will matter is "Hail To The Chief."

Chuckie T beats Jonathan Gresham with an inside cradle.

A weird man in white face paint and a skull jacket shows up at the commentary table and creeps out Ian Riccoboni and Colt Cabana, then he heads towards the ring. Punishment Martinez then comes out of a nearby coffin with a mask on, and he removes the mask when he gets near the ring.

Daffney is seen sitting at ringside before the next match.

Sumie Sakai beats Kelly Klein - giving Klein her first-ever pinfall loss - to become the inaugural ROH Women of Honor Champion! During the match, members of the women's division surround the ring to watch from ringside. Carey Silkin personally awards the championship to Sumie Sakai. Sakai is then congratulated by all the women at ringside after the match.

Shane Taylor guests on commentary for the next match.

Despite interference from The Kingdom (Matt Taven, Vinny Marseglia, TK O'Ryan) - who are banned from Supercard of Honor - that temporarily causes both teams to work together, SoCal Unsensored ("The Almighty' Christopher Daniels, "The Heavy Metal Rebel" Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio Sky) retain the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships against Flip Gordon and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson). After the match, The Kingdom takes the six-man titles away from Daniels and run off with them through the crowd.

During the intermission, The Beer City Bruiser and Brian Milonis beat The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) and Luke & PJ Hawx in a three-way tag team match from earlier in the day.

The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) retain the ROH World Tag Team Championships against Jay Lethal and Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Austin Aries shows up before the next match. He says that he walked out at the 16th Anniversary Show and made it clear he wants to add the ROH World Television Championship to his belt. So far, nobody has took him up on his offer, and he challenges whoever wins the ROH World Television Championship tonight to a match for the title. He then guests on commentary for the match.

"The Last Real Man" Silas Young beats Kenny King in a Last Man Standing Match to become the ROH World Television Champion after THe Beer City Bruiser ties Kenny King's ankles together from underneath the ring. After the match, Silas Young and The Beer City Bruiser take the boots to Kenny King, and Austin Aries runs to the ring to make the save for Kenny King.

Cheeseburger and Eli Isom vs. The Dawgs (Rhett Titus and Will Ferrara) ends before it can begin when The Dawgs attack Cheeseburger and Eli Isom before the match and injure Eli Isom's leg with a steel chair at the ring post. Afterwards, ROH Enforce Bully Ray shows up and calls The Dawgs "a couple of scumbags" for their actions. He then apologizes to Cheeseburger, and says that that if he cannot find a partner, he will have to throw the match out. Suddenly, Cheeseburger tells Bully Ray that it will not end this way, and picks Bully Ray as his partner, asking him to have his final fight in New Orleans, Louisiana. Bully Ray accepts.

Cheeseburger and Bully Ray vs. The Dawgs (Rhett Titus and Will Ferrara) is thrown out. During the match, Bully Ray suddenly turns on Cheeseburger and choke slams him. He then asks Cheeseburger who he thinks he is for putting him on the spot, and says that Cheeseburger and his entire generation's selfishness and entitlement is what is wrong with the wrestling business. As he says this, he mentions "The Aerial Assassin" Will Ospreay, Flip Gordon and "that nobody Ricochet." CEO Joe Koff shows up, and Bully Ray tells him the wrestling business sucks for hiring people like Cheeseburger and making "idiots like this think this is okay." Flip Gordon shows up shortly after being namedropped, and Bully Ray tells him that if he makes one more move, he will piledrive Cheeseburger, break his neck and shut the show down due to the Louisiana state athletic commission's ban on piledrivers. He tells Flip Gordon to step off the apron, and Flip Gordon stands down. After saying that he is a WWE Hall of Famer, he powerbombs Cheeseburger before running out of the ring. Flip Gordon and a member of security have to help Cheeseburger to the back through the crowd.

Later on in the match, Cody backs Omega into referee Paul Turner, who is sandwiched into the corner. When this happens, The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) show up, and they try to superkick Cody only to accidentally hit Omega. After a slow count from a still-dazed Paul Turner, Cody wins the match. After the match, Kenny Omega pushes the Bucks away while the crowd chants "You fucked up!"

Nick Aldis (also known as Magnus) is seen in the front row at the beginning of the next match.

Dalton Castle retains the ROH World Championship against "The Villain" Marty Scurll. During the match, Nick Aldis hands Scurll a pair of bolt cutters to expose a top turnbuckle. Later on in the match, Scurll tries to toss powder into Dalton's face, but Dalton kicks the powder into Scurll's face. Referee Todd Sinclair tries to check on Scurll, but Scurll, thinking Sinclair is Dalton, breaks Sinclair's fingers, and Sinclair has to be helped to the back wehn he cannot make apinfall due to the joint manipulation in his fingers following a Bang-a-rang. Scurll then proceeds to use his umbrella as a weapon until referee Paul Stone arrives to referee the remainder of the match.
