Backstage, "The Premiere Athlete" Tony Nese tells Mark Andrews he should be getting vengeance on Drew Gulak. He then tells Andres to kick Gulak's ass.

Before the next match, Drew Gulak says he is nothing if not a man of the people and that he has heard the people's concerns. He asks what better time than now for his PowerPoint Presentation. He then says the answer to that question is any time but now, and that it is more of a time to beat up a "pop-rock dimwit" like Mark Andrews. He then goes on to say that he is best submission specialist in the WWE.

Drew Gulak beats Mark Andrews with the Gu-Lock. After the match, Gulak puts Andrews in another Gu-Lock. Suddenly, "The Premiere Athlete" Tony Nese runs in and attacks Gulak.

Backstage, General Manager Drake Maverick gives two men a tag team match that they have asked for. Those two men are "Gentleman" Jack Gallagher and a returning The Brian Kendrick. Maverick is afraid of a vendetta against Hideo Itami, but Gallagher says that is beneath them and Kendrick says that is water under the bridge.

General Manager Drake Maverick shows up. Maverick says nothing made him prouder than being made General Manager of a show, and says that he was doing "a hell of a job" until WrestleMania, when Cedric Alexander and Mustafa Ali tore the house down. He then introduces new WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander, who shows up. Cedric thanks the fans for the "You deserve it" chants, and he talks about how two years ago, the fans chanted "Please sign Cedric." He says that thanks to them, he is where he is now. He thanks the fans for all their support. All of a sudden, Mustafa Ali shows up. Mustafa says that as his WrestleMania opponent, a member of the 205 Live roster, and a friend, Cedric not just deserved it, he earned it. He then says there is a long list of guys waiting to get a shot at the title, then the crowd chants "One more match!" Mustafa then tells him that he is in that line. Suddenly, Buddy Murphy shows up. Instead of coming out from the back, he comes out from behind and attacks Cedric with a pump handle slam.
