Dalton Castle and The Boys show up. Dalton Castle is very happy to be here right now, as even though he has made quite a few mistakes in his life, coming to Ring of Honor is not one of them. Even though he had people telling him that he would never be a champion, a lot can happen between now and never. "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes dished out the punishment at Final Battle, but he now stands the ROH World Champion, and as long as the ROH World Championship is in his hands, the world is going to know that he is not just a big fish in a little pond, but "a damn Megalodon swimmin' through the ocean." Suddenly, Jay Lethal shows up, much to the surprise of Dalton Castle, who is amazed that Lethal is even acknowledging that he exists. Lethal congratulates Dalton Castle on winning the ROH World Championship - even though he is "one strange dude" - but tells him that holding the title makes him the best wrestler in the world. He then tells Dalton Castle that he wants his shot at the title. After a comedic situation where Jay Lethal almost considers using one of The Boys as a chair, Jay Lethal congratulates Dalton Castle again before telling him he will be deluged with contenders and that he wants to be on the top of the list. Dalton Castle tells Jay Lethal he's got a deal, then Lethal leaves. He then lifts the ROH World Championship and says "This one's for the boys!" Shortly after this, Dalton Castle is suddenly blindsided by Punishment Martinez, who hits Dalton Castle with South Of Heaven.
Matt Taven tells the fans that all their favorite have gone down to The Kingdom (Taven, TK O'Ryan, Vinny Marseglia), and at Final Battle, so did Flip Gordon. Vinny Marseglia says that it doesn't matter which title they hold, as they will all go down, and TK O'Ryan says that Ring of Honor cannot hold them back forever. In 2018, they will not be held back any longer, for they are The Kingdom.
"The Last Real Man" Silas Young retains the ROH World Television Championship against Simon Grimm. After the match, Kenny King shows up and calls out Silas Young for using a beer bottle to beat him at Final Battle, and Silas retorts by telling him that professional wrestling is a business of results, and the results led to him becoming ROH World Television Champion. Kenny King says he has officially made his rematch official, and after eight beers, he's ready to beat the brakes off Silas and knock The Beer City Bruiser's teeth down his throat if he gets involved. After Silas tells The Beer City Bruiser that he does not need his help, Kenny King gets on the apron, spits beer in his face, and both Kenny King and Silas Young proceed to brawl as referees try to restore order.
The Briscoes (Jay and Mark Briscoe) beat Ryan Nova and Eli Isom. After the match, Jay Briscoe tells the fans they are looking at the baddest tag team on the planet. At Final Battle, they ended Bully Ray's career. Next on the docket is the ROH World Tag Team Championships, and while The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) are one of the best tag team in the world, there is no tag team who is on their level right now. He tells the Machine Guns to enjoy the tag team titles while they can, because they're coming for them.
The Beer City Bruiser tells "The Last Real Man" Silas Young that he can take Kenny King after beating three men to win the ROH World Television Championship, then tells him he wants some tag team gold and that he has a guy in mind. Silas tells The Bruiser that he has done nothing but impress him night in and night out, and trusts him to win the tag team titles with whoever he teams with.
The Bullet Club and "Hangman" Adam Page are on a successful run, but people are always trying to ruin their fun. If The Addiction ("The Almighty" Christopher Daniels and "The Heavy Metal Rebel" Frankie Kazarian) and Scorpio Sky want a shot at the ROH World Six-Man Championship, they will give it to them before beating their brains out.
"The Villain" Marty Scurll beats Flip Gordon.
