Raw Deal - Raw recap for October 24, 2016

Charly Caruso is near the arena during the pre-show. Tonight, everyone is talking about Bill Goldberg's return and the impending response from Brock Lesnar, as well as the triple threat match (some might say handicap match) between Seth Rollins and Jeri-KO (Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens). Also, Bayley and Dana Brooke will have a re-match from last week, and The Shining Stars (Primo and Epico) apparently have a Hummer used by Elvis Presley (despite Hummers not existing at that time) and are trying to sell it to Jerry "The King" Lawler.

Chris Jericho starts tonight's show. Jericho announces that the Triple Threat match between himself, Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins has been cancelled until further notice because somebody has stolen the List of Jericho. He then says that he is not leaving the ring until The List is brought back. Kevin Owens shows up, and says he doesn't have The List and doesn't care for it, but offers to help him find it after Seth Rollins loses. Jericho says "You don't understand," and tells Owens his heart and soul is on The List. Stephanie McMahon shows up and tells Jericho that she doesn't have The List, The List will be found and that nobody leaves the arena until it is found. She also says that the Triple Threat match is still on and tells Jericho to "stop being ridiculous." As Jericho argues with Jericho, Seth Rollins shows up with The List. He reads from it when told to return it, and says that Stephanie McMahon's and "my former best friend" Kevin Owens' names are on The List. Jericho thinks this is a trick from Rollins, and says Stephanie's and Owens' names are not on The List, and demands The List be returned now. Seth tells him he will get The List back as he is a nice guy...but after making some alternations dedicated to Kevin Owens and what body parts of his will never be the same again after Sunday night. Rollins says he thrives under Hell In A Cell, and makes Owens' back the first thing he lists. followed by Owens' mouth as he will kick his teeth in and make it harder to "kiss Triple H and Stephanie's ass." He then lists Owens' ego, saying he will rip him apart, Pedigree him through the mat, and make it clear he will stop at nothing to take the Universal title and burn Triple H and Stephanie's authority to the ground. He then tells Jericho that if he wants The List back, he'd better come and get it.

Backstage, Seth Rollins runs into Stephanie McMahon, demanding that he return The List. Rollins thinks Steph has it out for him, and he says that not only will he take the Universal title, but he left The List in the locker room and doesn't have it anymore.

As Enzo Amore speaks before the next match, Gallows & Anderson (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) show up and say they bribed somebody in production to shut Enzo and Big Cass up. Enzo then speaks into an invisible microphone, as does Big Cass, proving you can't shut them up ever.

Enzo Amore beats Karl Anderson when Big Cass and Luke Gallows try to distract the ref, and Big Cass sneaks in a big boot on Anderson when the ref isn't looking.

Rusev says that sometimes, he has trouble sleeping at night. But last night, he slept like a baby because he knew that Roman Reigns' reign as United States Champion will come to an end on Sunday. He plans to repay Roman for his despicable things with despicable deeds of his own. He says that the Cell is only as tough as his opponent, and on Sunday, he will crush Roman.

The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) show up. They say "shame on us" for allowing Sheamus to walk down the entrance ramp every week when nobody wants to see him. But Woods says "Don't shame us. Shame him. It's his fault." He says that The New Day will shame him tonight, on Sunday and beyond while they stay WWE Raw Tag Team Champions.

Earlier today, it became apparent that Cesaro and Sheamus still haven't exactly gotten on the same page.

Cesaro and Sheamus beat The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Big E) with some impressive teamwork.

Chris Jericho asks Titus O'Neil, The Shining Stars (Primo and Epico) and Jinder Mahal where The List is. They're not very helpful.

Before the next match, Dana Brooke says her victory over Bayley last week was no upset...and that the rematch is an arm wrestling match. After the table is brought in, it is revealed to be just a set-up for Dana Brooke to get a cheap shot in on Bayley, but Bayley fights back despite her hurt shoulder.

As Jericho looks for The List, Stephanie McMahon tells him that Seth Rollins is trying to distance him from the Triple Threat Match and it is working. She says she has a full plate and tells him to enter the Triple Threat match, but Jericho stands his ground. Stephanie then threatens to suspend Jericho if he does not compete tonight.

Before the next match, Curtis Axel - now in wresting trunks and not cargo shorts - says he Bolieved in Bo Dallas, but he was left laying by Bo last week. He says that he has returned to his roots as he upholds the legacy of his grandfather Larry "The Axe" Hennig and his father "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig, and that he will not lose tonight, especially in his home state of Minnesota.

Bo Dallas steals a victory from Curtis Axel.

Chris Jericho is still looking for The List backstage. A backstage worker tells him where it is. Braun Strowman has it, and after he says that Sami Zayn's name isn't on The List, Jericho tells him it's on Page 4. When he gets The List back, he puts Braun on The List.

Roman Reigns tells Rusev he has no idea what it's like to be in Hell in a Cell. He also says it's not personal...yet.

The Golden Truth (Goldust and R-Truth) beat The Shining Stars (Primo and Epico) when Mark Henry pushes Titus O'Neil into the apron and Titus accidentally pulls on the top rope, knocking Primo off.

General Manager Mick Foley is in the ring with a table to moderate the contract signing for the Hell In A Cell match between Charlotte and Sasha Banks for the WWE Raw Women's Championship. After both women are introduced, Foley tells both of them have been shattering ceilings since they were called up to the main roster, and have ushered in a new era where women can accomplish anything. He warns them that there is no turning back after the contract is signed, and everything that comes with Hell In A Cell will happen. Charlotte demands the contract when Foley takes it off the table, and Mick Foley tells them that they have no idea what Hell In A Cell is like, and that they won't come out the same after the match. Charlotte doesn't care, saying he will risk everything to win the Raw Women's title back from "an entitled, second-rate talent," and that Sasha will learn respect. Sasha plans on become the greatest Raw Women's Champion of all time, and if she has to crawl up the ramp to get back to the back, so be it. Charlotte calls Sasha weak and implies that she is injury prone, but Sasha doesn't care. Mick Foley warns them once again that they risk a grim future if they agree to the match, as he walked in a man and walked out a shell of his former self, and that he can't go back. Foley says he knew Charlotte since she was a little girl, and that Sasha is part of Eddie Guerrero's legacy now, and tells them to let him know that they fully know the risks that come with a Hell In A Cell match. Both women sign the contract, and after Charlotte say "See you in Boston," Sasha replies with "And I'll see you in hell!"

TJ Perkins guests on commentary for the next match.

Rich Swann beats Brian Kendrick after reversing the Captain's Hook into a roll-up.

Tom Phillips interviews Kevin Owens. He says he and Chris Jericho are on the same page and that Seth Rollins will be broken, and that Rollins will give "a pathetic attempt" at Hell In A Cell. He says he has waited over 20 years for this moment, and that everyone will see what happens to Rollins as he is dismantled piece by piece and he leaves a permanent scar on Rollins and anyone watches. He says that the Universal title is all that matters, and that he will be the only one coming out of the Cell on Sunday.

Braun Strowman and Sami Zayn fight, and Zayn holds his own for a while. Braun throws Sami into a barricade and walks off, and continues to walk away when Sami Zayn makes it clear he still wants to fight.

TJ Perkins is in the locker room when Brian Kendrick shows up. Kendrick says that if he loses this Sunday, this is it for him. TJ Perkins doesn't know if he can help Kendrick the way that he is now, and tells him he should have asked his "new friends" for help. Kendrick just cuts to the chase and asks Perkins to let him win at Hell In A Cell. Perkins just walks away.

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman show up. Heyman says all the chants in the world won't put Goldberg back together again when Brock Lesnar conquers him, and that the Goldberg chants are pissing Lesnar off to the point that he may take matters into his own hands with the fans. After it becomes very, very clear that the crowd is fiercely pro-Lesnar, the promo ends early.

Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho meet up backstage. Jericho says that no matter what, they will still be best friends after tonight's main event.

Next week: Halloween Raw! Goldberg returns!

Seth Rollins beats Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho in a triple threat match after reversing a double superplex into a double pin. Jericho and Owens continue to attack Rollins after the match until security breaks it up. Rollins breaks free of security's grasp as Owens leaves, and Rollins and Owens continue to brawl, bowling over security as they go at it. The show ends with Owens hitting Rollings with a powerbomb to the ring apron.

Here's the top 10 moments from tonight's show!
