Eva Marie has moved back to California, and is currently hanging out with Ariane on her way to the fertility doctor to see if she can have children. Nine months ago, she found out that she developed a cyst and learned that her uterus is heart-shaped. The doctor wants to see how fertile she is.
Brie has a meeting backstage concerning merchandise, with Nikki joining in quickly. Nikki makes a reference to her tiff with Brie during the meeting, which doesn't sit well with Brie. After the meeting, the both of them meet the Reverend Jesse Jackson. They then meet up in private, and Brie tells Nikki that her throwing their business out there during a branding meeting was not the best idea.
Alicia Fox makes her debut as a main character after being a guest star for the first two seasons. We see her hanging out with Paige in her introduction, and they watch Rosa Mendes tag team with Natalya against Summer Rae and Layla. During the match, Layla accidentally pulls down Rosa's tights, causing Rosa to have a "full moon" moment. Alicia and Paige freak out backstage as they meet up with Rosa - who is currently enjoying the TV time - as they are afraid that Rosa might lose her job.
Ariane and Eva Marie have a meal together. Eva Marie feels bad not telling Jonathan about her fertility problems and that she doesn't want to have children as she doesn't want to go through the whole birthing process.
Rosa Mendes meets Alicia Fox at the gym, and tells her that she has 25,000 more followers on Twitter and 11,000 more on Instagram due to her "wardrobe malfunction." Rosa Mendes has a plan: have a match with Alicia Fox and fake a second wardrobe malfunction. Alicia thinks she's nuts.
Backstage, Naomi talks with Alicia Fox about a funny meeting with Vince McMahon. Brie shows up, followed by Nikki...who just passes by. Nikki is still not happy with Brie, whom she calls "a backstage bitch" and doesn't even want to talk to backstage. Brie says she's had fights with her before, but not one this bad. Nikki takes her anger towards Brie and channels it in the ring.
Brie talks to John Cena about her tiff with Nikki backstage. Cena tells her that if the shoe was on the other foot, she would feel like Nikki feels now.
Rosa Mendes and Alicia Fox hang out in a hotel room, trying to put the "wardrobe malfunction" plan into action. Alicia doesn't think this will work, and Rosa feels this isn't going as planned. Rosa comes to the conclusion that this would not work, and doesn't want to get herself and Alicia fired over social media followers. Alicia tells her there are more positive attributes to her, and Rosa says she wishes that the rest of the Divas liked her more. Alicia tells Rosa to keep being her.
Eva Marie tries to tell Jonathan that she doesn't want to have children, but doesn't know exactly how to break it to him.
Brie meets up with her mom and brother JJ to get some help with the situation with Nikki. Mom calls Nikki, who tells her that she needs some distance. Mom understands, but as she tries to get Nikki to meet her and the rest of the family again, Nikki says she's busy and says she doesn't want to see or talk to Brie.
Eva Marie and Ariane meet up with the fertility doctor. There is an extra piece of tissue in the uterus, and Eva will need surgery to get it fixed. Thankfully, Eva is still fertile and can have a child.
Mark Carrano pulls Rosa Mendes, telling her that if she tries to pull a wardrobe malfunction, she won't be in the Divas Division anymore. Rosa pulls Alicia Fox aside, thinking that Alicia Fox let details about it slip. Alicia Fox says that she casually mentioned it to the other Divas, and Rosa Mendes immediately believes that the other Divas want to throw her under the bus. Alicia tells Rosa she still has her back no matter what.
Nikki doesn't want to go to the annual family dinner due to the big fight between her and Brie.
Eva Marie breaks it to Jonathan that she doesn't want to have children...and Jonathan isn't too thrilled. He wishes that Eva mentioned this to him at the beginning, and walks out so he doesn't flip out in their own home.
Nikki and John Cena head to the annual family dinner. Nikki still doesn't want to talk to Brie. Brie apologizes to Nikki, and asks her what else she has to say. Nikki tells Brie she gets it, but it'll still going to take some time to get over them going behind her back and talking to John Cena.
Eva Marie meets up with Jonathan, saying she was sorry for not telling him she didn't want to have kids. Jonathan tells her he would have married her just the same even if she did, and that she'll become a good mother in time.
Bonus clip: Nikki gets some advice from Naomi.
