Honor Roll - Ring of Honor recap for January 10, 2015

Roderick Strong beats Mark Briscoe. After the match, Roderick Strong states that 2015 will bring the best Roderick Strong ever, as he will reclaim the title of "King of Ring of Honor."

Jay Briscoe takes on a member of The Kingdom next time. Which one will it be? It won't be Adam Cole, but regardless of who it is, he wants to put the ROH World Championship on the line.

Nigel McGuinness announces that Hanson vs. Michael Elgin will be a #1 Contender's match for the ROH World title. He calls out Tommaso Ciampa for his behavior at Final Battle, when he hit a referee on accident, and says he will not fire him,e ven though the Zero Tolerance policy is still in effect, and Ciampa owes him one. Ciampa says the only person he owes one too is Jay Briscoe, whom he had his first one-on-one match with - and a victory against - when Ring of Honor went to England. Nigel says Hanson had a great 2014 and he won at Final Battle, so he deserves a title shot. Another person who won at Final Battle is Michael Elgin, who beat Ciampa. Ciampa says he beat himself at Final Battle due to the zero tolerance policy. Tommaso tells Nigel that will never happen again. Michael Elgin comes out and he calls Tommaso a liar. Michael says real men don’t make excuses. At Final Battle, Elgin beat him. Ciampa asks Michael Elgin what it felt like seven months ago when he won the Ring of Honor World Title and you were on top of the world, and seven months later nobody wants him here. As he gets into the ring, Elgin wants to know what doesn’t fit and it is Ciampa, because Elgin and Nigel are former World Champions. He also considers himself unbeatable, and doesn't see any reason why he cannot beat Ciampa, Hanson, or anyone else on the roster, and that he can beat both of them tonight. Nigel says that they just made his job easier, and makes the main event will be Tommaso Ciampa versus Michael Elgin versus Hanson.

Maria tells Jay Briscoe that his property is her Title of Love is her property, and that ROH would never let Jay put his hands on him, and says she has an entire Kingdom to protect her.

Wil Ferrara beats J. Diesel to continue to the second round of the Top Prospects Tournament.

Hanson vs. Michael Elgin vs. Tommaso Ciampa ends in a no contest after Hanson hits a referee with a suicide dive, after Ciampa has to talk to the referee with Elgin pulls the referee out of the ring to stop a pinfall. After the match, Hanson and Elgin brawl, and Ciampa removes himself from the brouhaha.
