It is announced that Hollywood Hogan will seek nomination and declare candidacy for President of the United States in the year 2000. It is also announced that the President of the United States will be on the show later tonight.
We see a performance by The Nitro Girls.
Backstage at the loading docks of the arena, "Mean" Gene Okerlund and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan sees two limousines shows up. nWo Hollywood is in one limo and nWo Wolfpac is in the other, and the entrance of both factions at the same time starts a brawl where WCW security and local law enforcement have to step in.
Juventud Guerrera beats Kaz Hayashi. During the match, Eric Bischoff butts in and gives the commentary team his word that the President of the United States will be here tonight, and to keep "Mean" Gene Okerlund backstage so that nobody misses him. Later on, Ernest "The Cat" Miller shows up with Sonny Onoo, wanting to whup somebody. Miller gets on the apron, and Onoo kicks Kaz in the chest to reverse a pinfall cradle attempt, giving Juvi the win.

Before the next match, Alex Wright demands ring announcer David Penzer tell the fans to give Wright their complete silence in his match against Barry Horowitz.
Alex Wright vs. Barry Horowitz ends in a no contest. During the match, men in dark suits and sunglasses - implied to be Secret Service agents - are seen walking around in the crowd. Suddenly, the trademark Wolfpac hwol is heard, and nWo Wolfpac (Kevin Nash, Konnan, Lex Luger) show up and get in the ring. Alex Wright gets out of the ring, and Nash allows Horowitz to leave the ring. Nash says he usually doesn't quote cartoon characters, but the Wolfpac has "had all it can stands and it can't stands no more." He says that nWo Hollywood tried to reduce their numbers, as they have injured "Macho Man" Randy Savage and Sting and tried to take Luger out. He says that nWo Hollywood has to kill them to get rid of them, and challenges any combination of nWo Hollywood to a tag team match. Nash also calls out Scott Hall, saying he wants him tonight. Lex Luger says he has heard Bret "The Hit Man" Hart is in the building and also challenges him to a match later tonight. Konnan tells Sting, wherever he is, that they will make nWo Hollywood pay for what they've done. Eric Bischoff shows up and says the Wolfpac is "boring the hell out of [him]," and tells the Wolfpac they should be careful what they ask for as they will get it. If they want the black-and-white, he will make sure they get the black-and-white later tonight. He then tells the Wolfpac to stay in the ring as he has a few guys who want to tangle with them.
Scott Norton quickly beats Lodi.
Tony Schiavone interviews The Disciple, who says he stands on his own and not at the back of an nWo line saving Hollywood Hogan. He is standing his own ground and fighting his own battles. Suddenly, Vincent, Stevie Ray and Horace Hogan show up, and Horace tells The Disciple to shut up. A month ago, The Disciple said had no business in the ring, and to tell him to look at the colors he is wearing now. He says he is bigger, better, tougher and uglier than The Disciple, and he can destroy him any time he wants. Horace tells The Disciple he made a big mistake turning his back on Hollywood Hogan. The Disciple says this is his time, and tells Horace to leave the ring along with his stooges. Horace hits The Disciple with a cheap shot and with Hollywood Hogan's weightlifting belt before choking him out with the belt. The Disciple eventually fights back, but Vincent and Stevie Ray get involved and the numbers game eventually catches up with him. Suddenly, The Warrior shows up and makes quick work of all three men. (This is The Warrior's final appearance; he never appears in WCW again after this and retires by year's end.)
Pyrotechnics signal the start of the second hour.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund and Bobby "The Brain" Heenan are still in the loading bay backstage. Suddenly, a police escort shows up followed by a limousine with two American flags on the hood and a bevy of agents walking alongside the card. Okerlund and Heenan are told by a Secret Service agent as a Presidential motorcade enters the loading bay. The camera crew is pushed back by both Secret Service agents and local law enforcement. Suddenly, "Hail To The Chief" plays, and Hollywood Hogan and Eric Bischoff show up. Hogan shows up surrounded by Secret Service agents and local law enforcement, saying he can run this country as a giant American flag is unfurled and red, white and blue balloons and confetti fall from the ceiling. Okerlund interviews Hogan, who congratulates Jesse "The Body" Ventura for winning the gubernatorial election in Minnesota, saying the state of Minnesota voted for a real man who can deal with real problems and set the state back on track. Bischoff says Minnesota has set the tone for the millennium by voting Ventura in. Hogan says that this weekend, his telephone was ringing off the hook with people asking Hogan to consider leading the United States. As call after call came his way, he got with his new campaign manager, he realized he needed to find one good American could run the country alongside him. He then announces he is here to announce his candidacy for President of the United States, and if he can get America behind him like Minnesota got behind Ventura, he can give America a brand-new start and take it to a new millennium, as he is here to serve and protect his country. As for what party he is running on, he and his campaign manager Eric Bischoff are in heavy negotiations as to how they want to take everything.
We see a video package of The Nitro Girls, followed by another performance by them.
We see a snippet of Konnan's music video.
Bret "The Hit Man" Hart shows up. He knows that Lex Luger is looking around for him, and tells Luger that he is lucky that he got away with his life, as all he has to do is look at the rest of the Wolfpac, starting with Sting. He tells Sting to get well soon, as there is plenty more where that came from. As far as Diamond Dallas Page goes, he is in the hospital "trembling and shivering and biting his nails down, and thanking almighty God that I didn't end his career once and for all." He tells DDP not to come back for another match with him, and tells him to FedEx the United States title back to him. He then says he is finished with Lex Luger and wants nothing to do with him as he dished it out to him last week, then says Konnan makes him sick just from looking at him and says he will put his ring gear on and kick the hell out of him tonight, as the only people not hiding from him in the back are The Nitro Girls. Tonight, the fans will find out what he is all about.
We see another portion of Konnan's music video.
Despite having his injured knee attacked, Rey Mysterio Jr. beats Eddie Guerrero. During the match, Chavo Guerrero Jr. shows up with Pepe, steals the Latino World Order shirt that Eddie tried to hand Rey, and distracts Rey. Rey pushes Eddie into Chavo and wins it with a schoolboy pin. Chavo is then attacked by the Latino World Order, and Rey manages to save Chavo and leave under his own power.
Konnan's new music video is replayed.
Eric Bischoff shows up with Miss Elizabeth. Bischoff says he is having more and more fun every time he comes out here, and that he has some business to take care of tonight. While it is true that he is Hollywood Hogan's campaign manager, he will not shun his responsibilities to both nWo and WCW. He announces that "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair will not wrestle tonight, as he cannot pass a physical. He then brings out some attorneys as well as a corporate controller concerning the fines on Buff Bagwell and Scott Steiner from last week, and Bischoff confronts the controller and attorneys for deducting the fines from the paychecks of Bagwell and Scott Steiner before attacking all three of them. Bischoff then says that the only thing he hates more than controllers are attorneys, and leaves along with Miss Elizabeth.
Pyrotechnics signal the start of the third hour.
Scott Steiner and Buff Bagwell show up. Referee Mickey Jay tells ring announcer David Penzer that from this point forward, WCW referees will have nothing to do with Scott Steiner and Buff Bagwell, not even in their matches. Scott Steiner says that as the ladies are beaming down on him, dreaming of being with someone who looks like he does, he says he is the cream of the crop and the body that can rock their bodies all night long. In the morning, he will sit down, lay down, and put another two down and ask them who their daddy is. He tells the "freaks" out there that he is their hook-up, and to "holla if you hear me." Bagwell says that we have seen a different side of nWo Hollywood, and that is started two weeks ago with WCW Executive Committee Chairman J.J. Dillon. He says that Dillon is not tonight, and after Thursday, there is no Nick Patrick, unless you happen to be a good knee doctor. If they aren't allowed a referee, then they'll just buy their own referee with the money that they make as part of nWo Hollywood. Steiner then focuses on the $100,000 fined levied upon him, and says that Commissioner "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, whom he called out Thursday, is too scared to show up. He then says he is not such a bad guy and promises to play nice, and asks WCW to send their best guy into the ring, as he refuses to leave the ring without giving the people want they want. "Gentleman" Chris Adams is sent in to face Scott Steiner, but it ends up being a numbers game as Bagwell and Steiner attack Adams. Rick Steiner shows up as Adams is in the Steiner Recliner, and Bagwell and Scott Steiner retreat. Bagwell has to hold Scott back, and Rick tells Scott that if he wants to attack commissioners and referees, then he can come and get a piece of him and that they can settle it all tonight with the tag team titles on the line. Bagwell and Scott Steiner accept.
We see another video package of The Nitro Girls, followed by another Nitro Girls performance.
We see a video package of Lex Luger.
It is announced that a special 1-hour edition of Nitro airs tomorrow night at 8 PM Eastern, 7 PM Central.
Rick Steiner's tag team partner is none other than Buff Bagwell's mother, Judy Bagwell, who is even wearing one-half of the WCW World Tag Team Championships. Scott Steiner and Buff Bagwell retreat after getting knocked down, and Buff Bagwell says this is not happening. Scott Steiner says this is not happening due to Judy Bagwell being in the match as well as the lack of a referee, but Rick Steiner eggs them onn, saying there is nothing coming between them. Bagwell tells his mother to keep her nose out of their business, as she knows who pays the bills. Rick says he knows they would not fight tonight, and makes a tag team match for the tag titles official at World War 3. Judy tells Buff she's whipped his butt all his life, and at World War 3, she's going to whip his butt again, and this time, she gets paid. Bagwell accepts the challenge, and Rick says that if they bring the referee, he will bring the tag team titles.
Konnan beats Bret "The Hit Man" Hart by disqualification after Bret tries to break Konnan's knee with a steel chair. Lex Luger chases Bret in and out of the ring, and checks on Konnan as Bret heads to the back. Referees and trainer Danny Young check on Konnan, and help Konnan to the back along with Luger.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews Chris Jericho, who shows up with a member of Jericho Personal Security. Jericho says he was born in Long Island, New York 28 years ago, and then says he is glad he left because the place sucks. He reminds everyone that the score between himself and "Greenberg" is 4-0 in favor of him, and talks about how he breaks his streak and how "Goldberg" chants sound like "Boring" chants. He has called Goldberg out, but he is not in the building according to his security guard, Ralphus. Jericho says Goldberg is not man enough to beat him, face him or beat his streak. Suddenly, Goldberg is accompanied to a room with a television by local law enforcement and WCW security. As Jericho calls Goldberg a coward, Goldberg trashes the room, runs to the stage, meets Jericho at the aisle and Spears him.
Kevin Nash and Lex Luger beat Scott Hall and The Giant by disqualification after Bret "The Hit Man" Hart tries to injure one of Nash's legs. Lex Luger grabs a steel chair and clears the ring.
