Stephanie McMahon shows up and calls out Daniel Bryan, who shows up with Brie Bella. After some conversation (and Brie calling Stephanie a bitch), Daniel Bryan nearly gives up the belt, but Brie stops the proceedings. When Stephanie tries to tells Brie to stay out of the way, Brie says that Stephanie can't control her anymore because she's quit! She slaps Stephanie in the face, who then runs away in disbelief!
John Cena beats Bray Wyatt in a hard-fought Last Man Standing match.
Paige retains the WWE Divas Championship against Alicia Fox with the PTO (Paige's Tap Out). After the match, Alicia Fox goes nuts before she runs to the back crying.

NXT Takeover - The Results
Adam Rose beats Camacho.
The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) retain the NXT Tag Team Championships against El Local and Kalisto.
Sami Zayn and Tyler Breeze both get new entrance themes.
Tyler Breeze beats Sami Zayn after putting his hands up to protect himself from the Helluva Kick, "accidentally" nailing Zayn in the nuts. Breeze is now #1 contender for the NXT Championship.
After a rousing speech, Mojo Rawley goes after Rusev, but is overpowered and put in the Accolade before a bell can even be rung. When Mojo tries to escape up the entrance ramp, he gets put in another Accolade.
Paige shows up and thanks the NXT Universe for their support prior to being called up to the main roster and becoming WWE Divas Champion.
Charlotte gets a new entrance theme.
Charlotte beats Natalya to become the second NXT Women's Champion. Ric Flair was in Charlotte's corner for the match, and Bret Hart was in Natalya's. Both women show respect after the match, as do Ric and Bret.

Well, it came down to this, didn't it? These guys go at it on the kick-off again, but this time we have stuff on the line: Hornswoggle's hair and El Torito's mask. It's a Lucha de Apuestas match of hilarious match if last month's WeeLC Match was any indication, and one of these two things must go!

Rusev may have met his match in the form of Big E after trying to attack "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan...or has he?My prediction: Rusev might win this one, but he'll have to put in more of an effort to do it.
Will Daniel Bryan personally surrender the WWE World Heavyweight Championship...or will Brie Bella be fired for putting her hands on Stephanie McMahon?
My prediction: Daniel Bryan, as much as he doesn't want to (and as much as we don't want to see it), will reluctantly personally surrender the title to Stephanie McMahon at Payback to save his wife Brie's job. I also smell a ladder match for the title at the upcoming Money In The Bank as a result. But who knows what will happen?

Final Impact - Impact Wrestling recap for May 29, 2014
Bully Ray starts the show. He plans to put Bobby Lashley, Ethan Carter III, Kenny King, MVP, Rockstar Spud and Dixie Carter through tables. MVP shows up and says nobody will go through a table tonight, then brings out Bobby Lashley and Kenny King. Ethan Carter III and Rockstar Spud attack Bully Ray from behind, and as both factions of TNA's authority figures beat down Bully Ray and come close to putting him through a table, Eric Young, Austin Aries and The Wolves (Eddie Edwards and Davie Richards) make the save and fight them all off. Austin Aries challenges MVP and his goons to a six-man tag match, and Bully Ray says that if they had the balls, they'd have the match right now. Rockstar Spud ends up going through a table.
MVP, Bobby Lashley and Kenny King beat Austin Aries and The Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards).
Bram wants the "old" Magnus back...so he's taking him ringside for his match in order to make him "feel the violence."
Ethan Carter III talks to Dixie Carter about the events that have recently transpired. Dixie is more focused on her business with MVP, however, and wants Ethan with her when the time comes.
Bram beats Tigre Uno, and Magnus has to stop Bram from hitting him with the steel turnbuckle. Magnus says there's something wrong with Bram, and says Bram should prove himself against Willow.
Mr. Anderson talks to Gunner about Samuel Shaw before their tag match tonight, saying he's crazy and that talking to him isn't a good idea.
Brittany tells Madison Rayne she has a tag match against The Beautiful People (Angelina Love and Velvet Sky) tonight, but Madison Rayne makes her promise not to have the match tonight on the grounds that she's too inexperienced.
Mr. Anderson and Gunner beat The Bro Mans (Robbie E and Jessie Godderz), then The Menagerie (Knux, Rebel, The Freak, Crazy Steve) show up and hound The Bro Mans.

Dixie and MVP almost comes to blow over the latter's overstepping of bounds when Eric Young and Bully Ray. MVP runs his mouth, causing EY to almost do something rash before Bully Ray stops him from going after him with a pipe...and EY returning the favor when Bully Ray wants to pound MVP's head in. MVP then decides to put Eric Young and Bully Ray in a match against each other, with Ethan Carter III as special guest referee to stop any funny business, but Bully Ray would rather be fired than face Eric Young in a match. Dixie calls his bluff, which turns out to be a big mistake as it makes Bully double on his promise to take his other five enemies - MVP, King, Lashley, Dixie and EC3 - through a table.
Kurt Angle updates us on his knee injury.
