Final Impact - Impact Wrestling recap for August 4, 2016
Last week, Drew Galloway was furious with Ethan Carter III for costing him the Bound For Glory playoffs.
Ethan Carter III and "The Miracle" Mike Bennett have their last words before the Bound For Glory playoff finals. Bennett still feels Dixie Carter is screwing him over, but now he has Ethan Carter III in his sights again. He says that they are destined to fight forever, but this time he will win. EC3 makes it clear he finds Bennett very annoying, especially when he was the first man to beat him, but tonight they see who really is bound for glory. Bennett says whatever EC3 can do, he can do better, and he plans to win, get the World title and become top guy in under a year. He says that EC3 will always be second best compared to him. EC3 tells Bennett to bring everything he's got, because at the end of the day, he's winning the playoffs. Bennett tells EC3 that if he loses focus for even one second, he's going to lose. Moose shows up, and when EC3 spots him, Bennett attacks EC3 from behind, and he and Moose make short work of EC3.
Eli Drake says he should be the only one talking, as everyone's talking too much. He tells Ethan Carter III and "The Miracle" Mike Bennett to make some noise, because tonight, he plans to make "The Cowboy" James Storm cry crocodile tears in his crocodile beers.
We get a recap of everything Rosemary told Bram about his past.
"The Cowboy" James Storm beats Eli Drake to win the TNA King of the Mountain Championship! After the match, Lashley shows up.
After the break, Lashley says he's here to congratulate "The Cowboy" James Storm. Storm talks about his short World title reign, and how he beat Kurt Angle for it in under a minute. He then says Lashley is NCAA Champion and he could beat him in 30 seconds. Lashley tells Storm that there is no other professional wrestler that comes close to him, and makes it clear that he wants the King of the Mountain title. Storm says he wants the World title, and plans to kick his teeth down his throat. Lashley proposes a title vs. title match to Storm, and gives him the option of either facing him or handing the King of the Mountain Championship over to him to avoid a beatdown. Storm tells him he likes ass whippings, and puts his title on the line against Lashley's World title.
Maria Kanellis-Bennett tells Gail Kim she's never getting the Knockouts Championship back, and that she's facing Allie next.
Rosemary and Bram are in the barn. Rosemary has a deep dark secret to tell Bram...
Before the next match, Maria Kanellis-Bennett tells Gail Kim she has another opponent: Sienna.
Gail Kim beats Sienna and Allie after Sienna accidentally hits Allie.
"Broken" Matt Hardy tells Jeff Hardy that he failed him last week and cost him the World title. He plans to head to the ring and tell a story, and Jeff will learn what he must do next...
"Broken" Matt Hardy shows up to tell the genesis of the "Brother Nero story" and summons Jeff Hardy. Jeff shows up. Matt tells Jeff he embarassed the Hardy brand last week, and says he intentionally injured himself and betrayed him after they won the tag team titles. He wants Jeff to make that money back, and he wants him to win the tag team titles alone. He also bans Jeff from using the top rope. Two unknown guys - J.T. Dunn and Chuck Taylor - show up, and Jeff has to face them.
Jeff Hardy beats J.T. Dunn and Chuck Taylor after Matt Hardy attacks Jeff for using the Swanton Bomb and pins J.T. Dunn. During the match, Matt Hardy talks over the fans, bites a fans and makes strange noises. After the match, Matt tells Jeremy Borash that the winner is Jeff, not him and Jeff.
Al Snow says Grado and Mahabali Shera are either crazy or stupid. He and The Tribunal (Basile Baraka and Judge Baron Dax) are pumped for their match...
Grado and Mahabali Shera beat Al Snow and The Tribunal (Basile Baraka and Judge Baron Dax) in a 3-on-2 handicap match after Shera stops Snow from using some knuckles.
Rosemary tells Bram that Johnny was just like all the other guys. Bram tells Rosemary to get over it, but Rosemary loses it and pulls out a shovel. Abyss and Crazzy Steve show up and attack Bram, then stuff him in the trunk of a BMW that Abyss and Steve ride around in.
We get a look at Ethan Carter III and "The Miracle" Mike Bennett. Ethan Carter III tells Bennett to bring whatever he's got, as he's going to become World champion at the end of the day.

Generation NXT - NXT recap for August 3, 2016
Zack Sabre Jr., Tony Nese and Drew Gulak from The Cruiserweight Classic are in the front row.
Hideo Itami beats Sean Maluta in his first in-ring appearance on NXT in over a year.
The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder) says they are the best tag team in NXT right now, when all of a sudden TM61 (Shane Thorne and Nick Miller) show up. The Revival tell TM61 to take a hike, then Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano show up and question the courage of The Revival. The tag team champs then suddenly prefer to face TM61 to avoid putting their titles on the line.
Samoa Joe attacks both Mojo Rawley and Chris Atkins during their match. He calls out Regal, saying that since NXT General Manager William Regal won't consult with him, he won't consult with Regal over when he shows up. After he says he will destroy "The King of Strong Style" Shinsuke Nakamura at TakeOver, he is attacked by Mojo. As Mojo leaves, Joe goes after him and puts him in the Coaquina Clutch. After letting go, he says that this is what he is going to do to both Nakamura and Regal.
Bayley says she's been in NXT long enough, and that it's time to adapt and mentally prepare for the tough matches. She's been watching Asuka, and she's ready for her this time. Asuka shows up, asks Bayley if she thinks she's ready, then says "How much?"
Bayley guests on commentary for the next match. When Asuka shows up, however, she takes a chair, places it on the entrance ramp, then looks at Bayley and points at it, both figuratively and literally giving Bayley a ringside seat. Bayley gets closer to the ring and tosses the chair to the side, preferring to stand.
Asuka beats Aliyah with the Asuka Lock. After the match, Bayley charges into the ring when Asuka refuses to let go of the Asuka Lock. Asuka stares down Bayley with the Women's title in her hand, then leaves.
In an interview after his win against "The Perfect Ten" Tye Dillinger last month, Oney Lorcan said that in order to get better in NXT, he had to get back to his roots.
Ember Moon comes to NXT August 20th...
Bobby Roode returns to NXT for the first time in months. He says the wait is finally over, and that Bobby Roode is NXT. He talks about sitting front row for NXT TakeOver: Dallas, and knew from that moment on that NXT was the perfect place for him. He says that NXT has revolutionized the industry, and says that "we are all NXT." He says that to take NXT to the next level, NXT - and the fans - need Bobby Roode. He is proud to be in the ring and say that he is that superstar NXT has been looking for, and now that NXT has their man, his image will be everywhere. He plans to take the company to the next level - corporate America and Wall Street - and make it a better place, where the audience is the elite and not the common man in their oversized shirts, which receives the ire of the fans. Roode says he is a superstar down to the custom suits and watches he wears, and says that this is the new NXT and that he is at the helm, and from this moment forward, NXT will be glorious.

They want the NXT Tag Team Championships, and tell The Revival they haven't beaten them yet. The Revival tells Gargano and Ciampa that their words are just that: words. This starts a brawl where Gargano and Ciampa come out on top, and Ciampa counts to three as Gargano pins Dash Wilder.

Layin' da SmackDown - SmackDown Live recap for August 2, 2016
During the pre-show, Breezango (Tyler Breeze and Fandango) has heard Randy Orton's namedrop of Fandango at Battleground, and Fandango tells Orton he's coming for him...like a mongoose.
During the pre-show, we get an inside look at American Alpha (Jason Jordan and Chad Gable).
The show begins with Randy Orton, Commissioner Shane McMahon and General Manager Daniel Bryan watching Orton's RKO from last night backstage. Shane tells Randy Orton he jeopardized everything last night, even though the RKO was pretty awesome. Security is here, and Randy says that security won't be needed if Brock Lesnar shows up tonight, as all it will take is one RKO to take out Lesnar. Nevertheless, part of security will be around the arena while part will be around Randy Orton to make sure he doesn't do anything worse. Meanwhile, The Miz and Maryse shows up, and The Miz says that he didn't get a hero's celebration last week when he won - unlike Dean Ambrose. Daniel Bryan then makes a #1 contenders match for the Intercontinental Championship between Apollo Crews, Kalisto and Baron Corbin. Miz leaves, then Dean Ambrose shows up for a few seconds.
Dean Ambrose shows up to start tonight's show. He tells us that he's busted his ass to get to where he is, but now it's about staying on top as he loves the view from "up here." He then focuses on his title match against Dolph Ziggler at SummerSlam, and asks Dolph Ziggler to come to the ring. Ziggler shows up and tells Ambrose he's a big fan, and that they're both pretty similar, but Ambrose says that Ziggler is all show and he's all go, and that Ziggler won't take the title from him at SummerSlam. Ziggler tells Ambrose he started from the top while he himself started as a male cheerleader. Ziggler said he had to claw and scratch to get where he is, but Ambrose said he did the same and became WWE World Champion while Ziggler is worried about his image when he should be worried about winning. He says that Ziggler will steal the show like he always does, but that he will eventually lose at SummerSlam, because he's a winner. Ziggler tells Ambrose he's been disrespected, undervalued, overlooked, told he's not good enough only to be told he's too good and that he's the man who will enter SummerSlam, burn Brooklyn to the ground and take the title because he's that damn good. Ambrose disagrees, telling Ziggler he will find out he's not as good as he thinks he is. After Ambrose leaves, Bray Wyatt shows up and hits Ziggler with a Sister Abigail before saying he doesn't deserve to be champion. He also says that Ziggler stole something from him, and he wants it back. He challenges Ziggler to a match tonight. If Ziggler wins, he is worthy of being champion. If Ziggler loses, Bray Wyatt takes his place at SummerSlam.
Commissioner Shane McMahon is talking to security when Dolph Ziggler asks him and General Manager Daniel Bryan if they saw what Bray did. Shane says not to worry about it, but Ziggler says he wants the match, as Ziggler feels nobody thinks he deserves the #1 contender's spot for the WWE World Championship. Shane says he's got it.
Apollo Crews beats Kalisto and Baron Corbin to become #1 contender for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Baron Corbin attacks Kalisto after the match, and when Crews makes the save, The Miz jumps in and hits him with the Skull Crushing Finale. Baron Corbin hits End of Days on Miz before leaving.
Before the next match, Eva Marie tells the referee his leg hurts. A trainer is brought out, and the referee tells the ring announcer that Eva Marie cannot compete. She is helped to the back with help from the referee and trainer.
Renee Young interviews Carmella. Carmella thinks Eva Marie is faking her injury. Natalya shows up, asks why Carmella is being interviewed instead of her, and says that SmackDown needs Natalya. The two argue, and Carmella tells Natalya to go put her crazy cat lady outfit on. Natalya tells Carmella she should be taught a lesson in respect.
American Alpha (Jason Jordan and Chad Gable) beat The Vaudevillains (Aiden English and Simon Gotch) in their SmackDown debut.
AJ Styles shows up. Before he can say anything, John Cena shows up wanting to hear what Styles has to say. Styles says he has Cena figured out and that he a message for The Cenation, but since Cena is here, he needs to hear it. Styles tells Cena he doesn't want him here, and that he doesn't belong in the same ring as him. He calls the Cenation "weak-minded people" and the Nashville, Tennessee crowd the weakest he knows. He says that the kids are delusional for believing in Cena, that the parents are just as delusional as the kids when it comes to Cena, and Cena just as delusional as the parents as he tells everyone what to think is true about him. Cena thinks Styles has issues. Styles says he plans to reveal Cena as a fraud, as even though Cena says that the future goes through him, he went through him at Money In The Bank, and asks why he's still here. Cena says he's here to shut Styles up, and tells him he's still here because he loves the fans and because WWE will always be his home, then tells Styles he's only here to be a really good wrestler while Cena is still here for the love he has for WWE, the SmackDown brand and the fans. AJ Styles claps, saying that what Cena just said was utterly predictable and that this is the Cena who doesn't back down from a challenge. Styles challenges Cena to a true one-on-one match - no outside help or excuses - at SummerSlam. Cena tells Styles he needs to teach his ass a lesson, and says he's on. Styles says that after SummerSlam Cena will say that Styles is better than him. If he doesn't, he's a liar. If he does, he's a loser. Either way, he wins.
Security surrounds the ring for the next match to ensure Randy Orton does not do anything drastic like he did last night on Raw.
Fandango vs. Randy Orton ends with Brock Lesnar showing up and hitting Orton with an F5. Commissioner Shane McMahon, General Manager Daniel Bryan and security arrive to tell Lesnar to get out of the ring, and they escort Lesnar to the back.
During the commercial break, Brock Lesnar is escorted out of the building along with Paul Heyman.
General Manager Daniel Bryan is on the phone when Heath Slater is nearby, having sneaked past security when they were dealing with Brock Lesnar. Daniel Bryan tells him he has to earn his SmackDown contract, and if he wins his match next week, he's in. His opponent for next week? Rhyno, who Gores him so hard that Daniel Bryan tells the person on the other end of the line that he will need a medic in his office.
Renee Young interviews Dean Ambrose. He says anything can happen, and is watching the situation between Dolph Ziggler and Bray Wyatt carefully.
Charlie Caruso almost interviews Randy Orton. Orton just walks away.
Natalya attacks Carmella before their match and puts her in the Sharpshooter.
Commissioner Shane McMahon and General Manager Daniel Bryan talk with Dolph Ziggler backstage, trying to talk him out of his match with Bray Wyatt. Ziggler says they don't believe in him, then says "Screw you."
Dean Ambrose guests on commentary for the next match.
Dolph Ziggler beats Bray Wyatt to stay #1 contender to the WWE World Championship after slamming Bray head-first into a turnbuckle he exposed before hitting a superkick for the win. After the match, Ziggler is attacked from behind by Erick Rowan, and Dean Ambrose gets in the ring to fight off Wyatt and Rowan. Ziggler and Dean are taken down, and Wyatt hits the Sister Abigail on Ziggler.

AJ Styles shows up. Before he can say anything, John Cena shows up wanting to hear what Styles has to say. Styles says he has Cena figured out and that he a message for The Cenation, but since Cena is here, he needs to hear it. Styles tells Cena he doesn't want him here, and that he doesn't belong in the same ring as him. He calls the Cenation "weak-minded people" and the Nashville, Tennessee crowd the weakest he knows. He says that the kids are delusional for believing in Cena, that the parents are just as delusional as the kids when it comes to Cena, and Cena just as delusional as the parents as he tells everyone what to think is true about him. Cena thinks Styles has issues. Styles says he plans to reveal Cena as a fraud, as even though Cena says that the future goes through him, he went through him at Money In The Bank, and asks why he's still here. Cena says he's here to shut Styles up, and tells him he's still here because he loves the fans and because WWE will always be his home, then tells Styles he's only here to be a really good wrestler while Cena is still here for the love he has for WWE, the SmackDown brand and the fans. AJ Styles claps, saying that what Cena just said was utterly predictable and that this is the Cena who doesn't back down from a challenge. Styles challenges Cena to a true one-on-one match - no outside help or excuses - at SummerSlam. Cena tells Styles he needs to teach his ass a lesson, and says he's on. Styles says that after SummerSlam Cena will say that Styles is better than him. If he doesn't, he's a liar. If he does, he's a loser. Either way, he wins.
Security surrounds the ring for the next match to ensure Randy Orton does not do anything drastic like he did last night on Raw.
Fandango vs. Randy Orton ends with Brock Lesnar showing up and hitting Orton with an F5. Commissioner Shane McMahon, General Manager Daniel Bryan and security arrive to tell Lesnar to get out of the ring, and they escort Lesnar to the back.
During the commercial break, Brock Lesnar is escorted out of the building along with Paul Heyman.
General Manager Daniel Bryan is on the phone when Heath Slater is nearby, having sneaked past security when they were dealing with Brock Lesnar. Daniel Bryan tells him he has to earn his SmackDown contract, and if he wins his match next week, he's in. His opponent for next week? Rhyno, who Gores him so hard that Daniel Bryan tells the person on the other end of the line that he will need a medic in his office.
Renee Young interviews Dean Ambrose. He says anything can happen, and is watching the situation between Dolph Ziggler and Bray Wyatt carefully.
Charlie Caruso almost interviews Randy Orton. Orton just walks away.
Natalya attacks Carmella before their match and puts her in the Sharpshooter.
Commissioner Shane McMahon and General Manager Daniel Bryan talk with Dolph Ziggler backstage, trying to talk him out of his match with Bray Wyatt. Ziggler says they don't believe in him, then says "Screw you."
Dean Ambrose guests on commentary for the next match.
Dolph Ziggler beats Bray Wyatt to stay #1 contender to the WWE World Championship after slamming Bray head-first into a turnbuckle he exposed before hitting a superkick for the win. After the match, Ziggler is attacked from behind by Erick Rowan, and Dean Ambrose gets in the ring to fight off Wyatt and Rowan. Ziggler and Dean are taken down, and Wyatt hits the Sister Abigail on Ziggler.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for August 1, 2016
Earlier today in a WWE.com exclusive, Tom Phillips interviewed The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods). They are facing The Club (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson), but only two of them can be in the ring. The New Day say that they'll figure something out.
Earlier today in a WWE.com exclusive, Corey Grave interviewed Sasha Banks. She calls her title win a dream come true. Sasha says she Facetimed Bayley after she won the Women's title because Bayley has supported her since day one and gave it her all against her in NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn and NXT TakeOver: Respect. She says that the Women's title win has made all the hard work and sacrifice worth it. As for her title rematch against Charlotte at SummerSlam, Sasha says that all she needed was the opportunity, and she knows she can beat Charlotte again.
During the pre-show, Darren Young and Titus O'Neil talk backstage. They talk about going their separate ways and their match against each other tonight, and both say they're going to give it their all tongiht. Titus then says he likes the "Make Darren Young Great Again" idea, but then asks when Darren Young was great to begin with. Titus walks away, and it's clear that Darren Young didn't like the sound of that.
Sasha Banks shows up to start tonight's show. It is announced she will be defending the WWE Women's Championship in a rematch against Charlotte at SummerSlam. The crowd chants "You deserve it!" Sasha thanks the fans, then talks about how she stole - and owned - the show with Bayley at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn, and says that this year won't be any different at SummerSlam when she defends the WWE Women's Championship against Charlotte. Charlotte shows up, and the crowd chants "You tapped out!" Charlotte says there was a fly, and after Sasha Banks mocks her, Charlotte says she doesn't need Dana Brooke or "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair to beat her at SummerSlam, and calls Sasha "a one-night stand." Sasha tells Charlotte she's the daughter of Ric Flair, and says that she probably is the product of a one-night stand. All of a sudden, Chris Jericho shows up wanting quiet, then says Sasha Banks is disrespecting the royalty that is Charlotte, says that Charlotte has already done more than Ric Flair has, then mocks the "Boss" moniker of Sasha Banks, saying she's really a brat and not a boss. Enzo Amore shows up and kisses Sasha's boss ring, then says he usually comes out with Big Cass, but three's a crowd and he likes to busines by himself sometimes. After kissing up to Sasha Banks, Jericho and Charlotte mock Enzo (with the latter mocking Enzo's love life, saying there's only one word to describe it), then Jericho tells Enzo to watch "it" after Enzo roasts him. Enzo says "it" is his life, then makes fun of Jericho's scarf. Jericho then says he doesn't care how anyone is doing, then General Manager Mick Foley shows up and says he cares how the WWE Universe is doing, that Foley is Jericho's (and everybody in the ring's) boss, that Enzo is a certified G and he's a certified GM, plugs Enzo's guest appearance on Holy Foley (premiering after SummerSlam on the WWE Network), says Sasha Banks set the bar high and that he can't wait to see her and Charlotte in the ring again. He then pits Jericho and Charlotte in a mixed tag team match against Sasha Banks and Enzo Amore...and that match happens next.
Kevin Owens guests on commentary for the next match.
Chris Jericho and Charlotte beat Enzo Amore and Sasha Banks after Dana Brooke shows up and distracts Sasha and Sasha breaks a pinfall to slap Jericho. After the match, Jericho hits a Codebreaker on Enzo, which earns him the wrath of Big Cass, who chases Jericho out of the ring before he checks on Enzo.
The Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki Bella) were at the Teen Choice Awards last night, where they won the Choice Female Athlete of the Year award.
Braun Strowman's opponent for tonight, Evan Anderholm, is here tonight for the money. He gets $1,000 tonight, but he gets $5,000 if he wins.
Braun Strowman quickly beats Evan Anderholm. (Evan Anderholm is better known as Corey Hollis, who has previously appeared on NXT.)
Commissioner Stephanie McMahon and General Manager Mick Foley are in the back. Stephanie congratulates Mick Foley on the mixed tag team match, then Mark Henry shows up and says it time to re-open the Hall of Pain. Stephanie says she and Foley brought him to Raw to be a mentor, but Mark Henry still has some competitive juices flowing. Mick Foley has an idea: Mark Henry in a match against Rusev for the WWE United States Championship. Mark Henry is all for it.
The Golden Truth (Goldust and R-Truth) play more Pokemon Go in the back.
The Shining Stars (Primo and Epico) beat The Golden Truth (Goldust and R-Truth) when Truth is too busy playing Pokemon Go.
Dwight Howard and Tim Hardaway Jr. of the Atlanta Hawks are in the crowd tonight.
Michael Cole interviews Finn Balor in the ring. Finn says the last few weeks have been unbelievable, and he knew he had to make an impact. He is suddenly interrupted by Seth Rollins, who takes the microphone from Michael Cole and tells Cole he's got this. Rollins compares Balor to a bad Hollywood remake, as Rollins was the first to do things that Balor ended up doing, but Finn tells Seth that he'll be the first Universal Champion. Rollins says that NXT wouldn't be where it is without Finn Balor, then tells the crowd that the Atlanta Braves suck when everyone does the tomahawk. He then tells Finn Balor that around here, he's the man, but Balor says that everywhere he went, he's met someone who said that they're the man just like Rollins, and he turned around and beat them and took their spot. Rollins tells Finn he has no idea who he's dealing with. Finn tells Rollins that he earned his opportunity, while Rollins has always had his opportunities handed to him. Rollins tells Finn he will beat him and have the WWE Universal Championship handed to him at SummerSlam, but Finn says that the only thing Rollins will have handed to him at SummerSlam is his ass. Rollins tries to fight Finn, but Finn quickly overpowers Rollins, causing him to retreat.
Rusev retains the WWE United States Championship against Mark Henry with the Accolade. After the match, Rusev mocks Mark Henry and says America wins the Olympics only because they're rigged, and says no American will take the United States title from him because he is a super-athlete and a natural-born winner. All of a sudden, Roman Reigns appears, gets in the ring and stares down Rusev. Rusev attacks Roman, but Roman comes out on top in the short ensuing brawl.
Titus O'Neil beats Darren Young after reversing the Gut Check, rolling up Darren Young with a schoolboy pin and grabbing the tights.
Commissioner Stephanie McMahon hands General Manager Mick Foley his very own tablet when Sheamus shows up, wanting an opportunity. Cesaro also shows up and starts arguing with Sheamus. Mick Foley tells Cesaro that he was a big-name draft pick until his shoulder turned him into a "big question mark," and tells him to prove himself so he can overcome his "question mark" status. Foley then puts Sheamus and Cesaro in a match against each other, and whoever impresses them more will be in line for a future opportunity on the Raw brand.
Bob Backlund confronts Titus O'Neil backstage for pulling the tights to win earlier tonight, and Titus telll Backlund to shut up or he'll "knock [his] old ass out." Titus is then attacked from behind by Darren Young, putting their friendship to an end.
Nia Jax quickly beats Ariel Monroe. After the match, Byron Saxton interviews Nia Jax, and when he asks how it feels to be in a WWE ring, Nia Jax attacks Ariel Monroe again, then tells Byron to ask Monroe how it feels.

Backstage, The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) pull fruit out of a paper bag. Kofi and Big E get an orange, but Woods gets a banana. Woods does not like the fact that he pulled a banana out of a paper bag.
Before the next match, The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) says that they were attacked by Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, but the complaint was filed against them, and now only two members of The New Day can be in the ring. The New Day played a game called "Bag of Fruit", where the person who gets the unlucky fruit - in this case, a banana - will not be at ringside. In this case, it is Xavier Woods. Also, The New Day almost make a phallic image on live worldwide television with two oranges and a banana.
The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Big E) get a surprise victory on The Club - now known as Gallows & Anderson (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) - with a schoolboy on Anderson from Big E. After the match, Gallows & Anderson go on a vicious attack, and when Xavier Woods rushes back into the ring, he fares no better than Kofi and Big E, and Big E gets the worst of it.
Big E is tended to in the trainer's room.
Cesaro beats Sheamus.
As security holds back Sheamus and Cesaro (the two brawled during the break), Heath Slater is in the ring along with Jinder Mahal, who has not been seen in WWE in over two years. General Manager Mick Foley shows up and starts a "battle of the bands" where the two men compete against each other. Slater is reluctant, but Foley says the Raw roster is stacked and there is only one position left. Jinder Mahal takes advantage of the situation, nearly kicks Slater's head off, and beats Heath Slater to become an official part of the Raw roster.
Tom Phillips interviews Chris Jericho. Jericho says Enzo Amore is the marked man, not him, for disrespecting Charlotte and making fun of how he looks. Jericho says that Enzo has Big Cass to have someone watch his back, but Jericho has someone to watch is back. That someone, originally identified as "Jimin Marvenleuder," is Kevin Owens.

Paul Heyman is in the ring. He introduces Brock Lesnar into the ring, then says that Lesnar will entertain everyone at SummerSlam and destroy Randy Orton. He says that Lesnar is not here to put his stamp of approval on the new era, and says the new era needs to step up to him, not the other way around. He says Lesnar is not here to court favor with anybody in either the Raw or SmackDown locker room, either. Randy Orton may be one RKO away from putting Brock Lesnar away, but Heyman says that Brock Lesnar will beat his ass at SummerSlam and drag Orton down to Suplex City. When Heyman says that Orton will never hit Lesnar with an RKO, we both figuratively and literally see Randy Orton hit Brock Lesnar with an RKO out of nowhere. Lesnar flees through the crowd, and both Commissioner Stephanie McMahon and General Manager Mick Foley show up to try to get Orton out of the building.
