Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by Pro Shingle recap for June 5, 2021

Ray Rosas beats Darwin Finch by submission after an awkward attempt at a top rope move. After the match, Keita Murray is seen showing up. He shows Ray Rosas something on his cellphone, then winks at him before leaving.

We hear from Dan Joseph, who says he has had some anger issues as of late and says he feels bad for the parking lot attendant he beat up, who is actually a wrestler. He brings him up - a wrestler named Lazaraus - for a match and an opportunity in the ring. When Lazarus shows up, Dan Joseph is unimpressed with his make-up, and tells him not to get any on him.

Backstage, Emily Mae interviews Beef Candy. Richie Slade says that Heritage Championship does not love Jordan Cruz, who he says has taken everything from them. Flex McCalleon gives Richie some sugarless candy before saying that they made him and will devour him in the end. Flex says that next week, they will take the Hollywood Heritage Championship back, and Richie Slade tells Cruz to enjoy being top flavor because he will go back to being vanilla before he knows it.

Adriel Noctis beats Lazarus. During the match, Sketch shows up to get a coser look at the match from ringside. After the match, Sketch and Adriel Noctis celebrate.

Backstage, Emily Mae interviews "The GunShow" Brett Michaels, who says that ever since he stepped foot in Championship Wrestling From Memphis, he has made his mark in the Cobra Cup, and now he is ready to see what else he can get and take the United Television Championship from Levi Shapiro.

Before the next match, Halston Boddy calls Viva Van the gemstone of what will become the biggest faction in history, and says that the women's division wants a piece of what Viva Van has. He says the women's division does not even have half the talent, look and body that Viva Van has. Viva Van says she is tired of seeing CeCe Chanel, who takes things personally, and says what she does is just business and that she is here to win. She says that CeCe Chanel may be good, but she is not hellbent, and she is hellbent to knock down doors, run the place and run CeCe Chanel out like she did with Heather Monroe. Suddenly, she is attacked from behind by CeCe Chanel. Referees have to run in to break up the ensuing brawl.

In footage from during the commercial break, ring announcer Adnan Kureishy is met by Jack Banning, who says he needs someone with "neutral ears" to talk to. He says that too many people mistake their opinions of him for fact, and says he finds it frustrating because while the bills are being paid, his motives are not seen as pure as they are. He says he does not want to succeed; he wants to make sure other people fail. He says he wants people to see this plane of existence for what it truly is, for nobody is born on purpose, nobody belongs anywhere and everyone is going to die, and wants to make sure that as long as he is on the platform that he enlightens the younger kids in the business. He says that there are people in the back with frivolous goals and want the adulation and star power that he used to want, and that they are willing to shed blood with a smile to get where they want. Banning says it is empty, hollow and bleak, and he wants to make sure that the next generation of professional fighters know how ruthless this business is and have him to thank for that. Banning leaves, and Kureishy is relieved.

Before the next match, Keita Murray says he is not going into the ring and wrestling Miguel, as his uncle has passed away and left him a lump sum of money that allows him, his children and his children's children to live lavishly. He says that he holds the key to the ring, professional wrestling and success and that he will only wrestle unless it benefits him, and that he was never successful in wrestling. He then says that Miguel was not successful and made a change himself. He says that Miguel is special and is the key to dominance and destruction, and offers him an envelope and gives him the option of a fight or a pay-out. Miguel takes the money and walks to the stage. Keita Murray beats Miguel by count-out. Keita and Miguel then walk to the back together.

The Bodega (Danny Limelight and "King FatBoy" Papo Esco) retain the United Tag Team Championships against The Hot Commodities (Honest John and Anthony Idol) despite interference from Howdy Price and after "The GunShow" Brett Michaels and "The Golden Boy" Jordan Clearwater beat up Levi Shapiro.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling From Hollywood recap for May 29, 2021

John Roberts interviews Jordan Cruz to start the show. Cruz says he had all the answers for Beef Candy (Flex McCalleon and Richie Slade), and while their tactics worked for a while, they got too carried away and big-headed when they attacked him from behind and made it personal. He says he does not take the overwhelming feeling of being Heritage Champion lightly, and he plans to be one of the best champions and prove he is worthy of holding the title.

Miguel beats Sketch. After the match, Miguel walks away with Sketch's skateboard, then Adriel Noctis shows up and tries to make amends with Sketch. Sketch is reluctant at first, but they eventually mend fences.

Backstage, Halston Boddy meets with Jamie Iovine, who says that nobody has been paid for their work and that Nikko Marquez was not here to pay people. Halston says the books are being cooked, and Iovine gets frustrated. Iovine says that Vivan Van has a match against Bryn Thorne - somebody that he has brought in - and tells Boddy to be ready. Halston Boddy says he is always ready.

Kevin "BHK" Martenson beats "Numero Uno" Mike Camden after Martenson knocks Camden out on the outside.

Viva Van beats Bryn Thorne. During the match, Cece Chanel runs towards the ring and is stopped by two referees. Bryn Thorne goes for an inside cradle, but the referee for the match is distracted at that time. Suddenly, Dom Kubrick shows up with Halston Boddy, reverses the pinfall and slides out of the ring before the ref is focused back on the match, and this gives Viva Van the win. Dom Kubrick celebrates with Halston Boddy and Viva Van after the match.

Backstage, Jack Farmer interviews The Bodega (Danny Limelight, "King FatBoy" Papo Esco, Slice Boogie). Danny Limelight says it feels good to be back and feels the show needs a little seasoning, and The Bodega interview Jack Farmer to put themselves over.

"Timeless" Levi Shapiro retains the United Television Championship against "The Golden Boy" Jordan Clearwater after attacks on Clearwater's knee from both Howdy Price and Shapiro as well as the claw being applied to the knee, which causes Clearwater to submit. After the match, Shapiro continues to attack Clearwater when "The GunShow" Brett Michaels from Championship Wrestling From Memphis suddenly shows up and chases him and Howdy Price out of the ring.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling From Hollywood recap for April 17, 2021

During the introduction to today's show, Halston Boddy shows up and says that he does not owe anybody an explanation for his actions last week , and says that he was willing to do whatever it took to protect Heather Monroe, but Monroe was not willing to protect him.

Jack Banning vs. Jordan Clearwater is a no-contest when neither man refuses to listen to the referee. Both men then take their brawl to the back.

In a backstage broadcast exclusive, "Numero Uno" Mike Camden says it was about getting the tag team titles when he came in, but if The Bodega (Danny Limelight, "King FatBoy" Papo Esco, Slice Boogie) want to see him as a threat, he has friends, too, and they are going to show up.

Dan Joseph vs. Ray Rosas for the Arizona State Championship (which is physically non-existant due to Dan Joseph setting it on fire) ends in a double count-out. Ray Rosas retains the Arizona State Championship. After the match, Joseph snaps again and attacks Ray Rosas, ramming him with a supply crate and knocking him from the announce table stage and into the ring apron.

Miguel beats Honest John. After the match, Keita Murray shows up, looks at Murray with a smirk on this face, then leaves with his hands clasped behind his back.

In footage from earlier today, Guy Tweakacetti and Midnight Heat ("Rock God" Ricky Gibson and "Freak Nasty" Eddie Pearl) say they have found success, and Gibson says that if anyone thinks they will not be tag team champs, they are reading from the wrong book. Tweakacetti says he is reading Braille because that is how he feels before the three of them get even more fired up.

Richie Slade retains the Hollywood Heritage Championship against EJ Sparks by submission after Sparks' injured leg is targeted and weakened, leaving him unable to hit Roundhouse Rhythm.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling From Hollywood recap for March 20, 2021

Heather Monroe and Halston Boddy are in the ring. Heather and Halston talk about their win on Episode 500, but feels like something is missing. Heather says they have had to jump through hoop after hoop, and says that Lacey Ryan got scared and changed her name after Nikko Marquez held up the best-of-seven series, turned Cece Chanel into her secretary and put her in a bodybag match with Ruby Raze. In the end, they won and ensured a Women's Championship in Championship Wrestling From Hollywood. That now leaves Jamie Iovine, who is sticking his nose in their business and talking to Viva Van, trying to put her in the same situation as Cece Chanel. After Heather tells Viva Van not to sign the contract and to be a part of the solution rather than the problem, Viva Van shows up. Viva Van takes exception to Heather Monroe taking two years to apologize to her and saying she has changed, Viva says she has changed too, and tells her to give her a match if she actually cares about her. Halston tells Viva to be careful what she wishes for, and gives her the match, and Heather also tells Viva she can also have any match she wants if it means Viva does not sign the contract.

Levi Shapiro retains the United Television Championship against Anthony Idol. During the match, Howdy Price throws a chain into the ring and distracts the referee, then Shapiro tosses the chain to Idol and falls to the mat. Shapiro takes the chain, throws it to Idol, then falls to the mat. When the referee turns around, he believes that Idol has hit him with the chain and calls for the bell. After the match, Shapiro and Howdy Price attack Anthony Idol, and Jack Cartwright has to jump in and fight Levi Shapiro to force him and Howdy to retreat.

Backstage, Jack Farmer interviews "Numero Uno" Mike Camden, who says he is here for The Bodega's open challenge. On the subject of a partner, he is forced to rely on someone else from the back to team with him since Devin Sparks and American Kaiju are seemingly not available.

Backstage, Levi Shapiro and Howdy Price confront Jamie Iovine. Iovine gives them two options: being suspended for 90 days without pay or being in a tag team match with Howdy Price against Jack Cartwright and Anthony Idol next week. Despite Howdy's protesting, Levi Shapiro takes the tag team match.

We hear from Jordan Clearwater, who apologizes to the UWN and its leadership for his behavior and misconduct. He says he will not apologize to Jack Banning, and that he will not give him a choice between the hospital or the cemetery.

Miguel beats Honest John. Before the match, it is mentioned on commentary that SoCal Distancing (???, Adrian Quest, Andy Brown, Dom Kubrick, Miguel) has disbanded since losing the United Tag Team Championships. After the match, Miguel refuses an interview.

Before the next match, Honest John suddenly shows up and offers to become "Numero Uno" Mike Camden's partner. Camden accepts.

The Bodega (Danny Limelight and Papo Esco) retain the United Tag Team Championships against "Numero Uno" Mike Camden and Honest John with a rear naked choke from Limelight to Honest John.
