Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling From Hollywood recap for June 26, 2021

Midnight Heat ("Rockin'" Ricky Gibson and "Precious" Eddie Pearl) beat Lazarus and Dan Joseph, with Dan Joseph having never tagged into the match. After the match, Guy Tweakacetti announces that "Heat Streak" will premiere next week and that he and Midnight Heat will have a big party.

"BHK" Kevin Martenson beats Darwin Finch by referee stoppage after knocking Darwin Finch out with a ground and pound. After the match, Martenson cannot believe what he has done to Darwin Finch.

Wasted Youth (Adriel Noctis and Sketch) are in the ring. Sketch says that with friendship and tag team partners, there are a lot of disagreements and fights. He feels he and Adriel Noctis have argued and fought way too much, and Adriel Noctis says that they have been together three years now. He admits that their fire has burned out of late, then says they can still rekindle that flame. Noctis produces Sketch's skateboard - the same one taken from him by Miguel - then hits him with it. Noctis then says there has been a lot of selfishness and greed, and tells Sketch that people love what he does for them, not him, and that he loves what Sketch has done for him before heading to the back.

Before the next match, Flex McCalleon tells Jack Cartwright to lay down, take the pin and make it easy on himself, but Cartwright takes the microphone and tells Beef Candy (Richie Slade and Flex McCalleon) to "chew on [his] Twizzler." Flex slaps Cartwright, and the match begins.

Beef Candy (Richie Slade and Flex McCalleon) quickly beat Jack Cartwright in a Candy-Cap Match. After the match, Cartwright gets "branded," then Flex tells Cartwright "Chew on that!"

Backstage, Emily Mae interviews The Yung GOATs (Zay Washington and Aaron Roberts). Zay Washington says their debut is a small piece of what they bring to the table and that they did not come here from Memphis for nothing. Aaron Roberts then tells The Bodega to put the United tag team titles on the line, and Washington says that they will be the new champs.

Backstage, Jack Farmer interviews The Bodega (Danny Limelight, "King FatBoy" Papo Esco, Slice Boogie), who tells them that The Yung GOATs (Zay Washington and Aaron Roberts) want their tag team titles. Danny Limelight says they are fighting champions, and Slice Bodega says he wants a piece of The Yung GOATs. After a game of rock-paper-scissors, Slice Boogie beats Danny Limelight and gets to team up with "King FatBoy" Papo Esco against The Yung GOATs.

Danny Limelight beats Honest John by submission.

Backstage, Jack Famer interviews Howdy Price and Levi Shapiro. Levi Shapiro says he is using his mental capacity to his fullest, and says that while Brett Michaels may have won the Cobra Cup, he is the United Television Champion and he will bring the title to Memphis to show what he can do up close and personal. Howdy Price says they will take the Television title worldwide, then says Brett Michaels does not scare them because he is not championship material and that they are a hand cannon compared to Michaels' pistol.

Cece Chanel and Ruby Raze beat Bryn Thorne and Viva Van.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by Pro Shingle recap for June 5, 2021

Ray Rosas beats Darwin Finch by submission after an awkward attempt at a top rope move. After the match, Keita Murray is seen showing up. He shows Ray Rosas something on his cellphone, then winks at him before leaving.

We hear from Dan Joseph, who says he has had some anger issues as of late and says he feels bad for the parking lot attendant he beat up, who is actually a wrestler. He brings him up - a wrestler named Lazaraus - for a match and an opportunity in the ring. When Lazarus shows up, Dan Joseph is unimpressed with his make-up, and tells him not to get any on him.

Backstage, Emily Mae interviews Beef Candy. Richie Slade says that Heritage Championship does not love Jordan Cruz, who he says has taken everything from them. Flex McCalleon gives Richie some sugarless candy before saying that they made him and will devour him in the end. Flex says that next week, they will take the Hollywood Heritage Championship back, and Richie Slade tells Cruz to enjoy being top flavor because he will go back to being vanilla before he knows it.

Adriel Noctis beats Lazarus. During the match, Sketch shows up to get a coser look at the match from ringside. After the match, Sketch and Adriel Noctis celebrate.

Backstage, Emily Mae interviews "The GunShow" Brett Michaels, who says that ever since he stepped foot in Championship Wrestling From Memphis, he has made his mark in the Cobra Cup, and now he is ready to see what else he can get and take the United Television Championship from Levi Shapiro.

Before the next match, Halston Boddy calls Viva Van the gemstone of what will become the biggest faction in history, and says that the women's division wants a piece of what Viva Van has. He says the women's division does not even have half the talent, look and body that Viva Van has. Viva Van says she is tired of seeing CeCe Chanel, who takes things personally, and says what she does is just business and that she is here to win. She says that CeCe Chanel may be good, but she is not hellbent, and she is hellbent to knock down doors, run the place and run CeCe Chanel out like she did with Heather Monroe. Suddenly, she is attacked from behind by CeCe Chanel. Referees have to run in to break up the ensuing brawl.

In footage from during the commercial break, ring announcer Adnan Kureishy is met by Jack Banning, who says he needs someone with "neutral ears" to talk to. He says that too many people mistake their opinions of him for fact, and says he finds it frustrating because while the bills are being paid, his motives are not seen as pure as they are. He says he does not want to succeed; he wants to make sure other people fail. He says he wants people to see this plane of existence for what it truly is, for nobody is born on purpose, nobody belongs anywhere and everyone is going to die, and wants to make sure that as long as he is on the platform that he enlightens the younger kids in the business. He says that there are people in the back with frivolous goals and want the adulation and star power that he used to want, and that they are willing to shed blood with a smile to get where they want. Banning says it is empty, hollow and bleak, and he wants to make sure that the next generation of professional fighters know how ruthless this business is and have him to thank for that. Banning leaves, and Kureishy is relieved.

Before the next match, Keita Murray says he is not going into the ring and wrestling Miguel, as his uncle has passed away and left him a lump sum of money that allows him, his children and his children's children to live lavishly. He says that he holds the key to the ring, professional wrestling and success and that he will only wrestle unless it benefits him, and that he was never successful in wrestling. He then says that Miguel was not successful and made a change himself. He says that Miguel is special and is the key to dominance and destruction, and offers him an envelope and gives him the option of a fight or a pay-out. Miguel takes the money and walks to the stage. Keita Murray beats Miguel by count-out. Keita and Miguel then walk to the back together.

The Bodega (Danny Limelight and "King FatBoy" Papo Esco) retain the United Tag Team Championships against The Hot Commodities (Honest John and Anthony Idol) despite interference from Howdy Price and after "The GunShow" Brett Michaels and "The Golden Boy" Jordan Clearwater beat up Levi Shapiro.

Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by PRO Shingle recap for October 24, 2020

John Roberts is interrupted by Halston Boddy and Heather Monroe at the start of the show. Heather tells the women's division not to sign any contracts given to them by Nikko Marquez, as he is a liar, a thief and a misogynist. Halston Boddy agrees that they do not want to see anybody taken advantage of.

"BHK" Kevin Martenson beats "Platinum" Max Caster. After the match, Caster says his goal is to prove he is the best wrestler alive, and he came to Championship Wrestling From Hollywood to do that. He says he wanted the best and got it, and says he will be back because this is where the stars go.

Backstage, John Roberts interviews Beef Candy (Richie Slade and Flex McCalleon). Richie Slade's head is bandaged due to what EJ Sparks did to him last week according to Flex McCalleon, and McCalleon blames the split ends he sees on Slade after removing the bandages on Slade. After McCalleon tells "The Golden Boy" Jordan Clearwater to stay out of their business and let them "graze where they belong," Slade says he is feeling generous and puts some beef in John Roberts' mouth to show how succulent Beef Candy can be.

"The Golden Boy" Jordan Clearwater beats Lazarus. After the match, Clearwater tells Richie Slade that he saw what he did to EJ Sparks and tells them "Left leg hospital, right leg cemetery" as he calls out Richie Slade. After Clearwater leaves, Miguel shows up and attacks Lazarus in the ring, hitting him with the same choke bomb that Watts uses to send a message to Watts.

Backstage, John Roberts interviews Levi Shapiro and Howdy Price. Shapiro says it has been humble beginnings and a long road for him, and says while he and Buddy Royal put in the work, he kicked him to the curb and got what was his. He also tells all the "imposters" that he is a real television champion, as Championship Wrestling From Hollywood is broadcast on real televisions around the world. Howdy Price says that what started as a seed has been watered and grown, and suddenly, that plant grew an iron claw as it trickled upwards and became a "big, grand, golden charging bull with an iron claw" and a television champion.

We hear from CWFH Minority Owner Nikko Marquez. Cece Chanel is in the background, and Marquez stats that Cece Chanel is not under a wrestling contract, but a personal assistant contract. As he commands Cece Chanel to get him some stuff, he states that it is business as usual and that there will be no championship belt for the women's division as he goes above and beyond for the fans while Chanel gives him his "award:" a tiny gold-colored rocket with a plaque below it saying "Above and Beyond."

We hear from Anthony Idol, who announces that he is back to work and that he will reclaim everything he had owed to him in 2020.

Anthony Idol beats "The Western Roughneck" Jesse James.

Backstage, John Roberts interviews CWFH Minority Owner Nikko Marquez and Cece Chanel. Nikko says that the women's division is cancelled and that Cece Chanel has made the best division of her life by signing on to be her administrative assistant, and that the contracts states that she does everything he tells her to. As he keeps Cece Chanel from speaking, he announces that he is putting Halston Boddy and Heather Monroe in a Body Bag Match on next week's Halloween episode. Boddy and Monroe show up to accept the challenge, and state that the women's championship is being made. Boddy says the match will be a "Boddy Bag Match" before he and Heather leave, then John Roberts asks Nikko Marquez who the opponent will be. Nikko simply states "To be announced."

4 Minutes of Heat ("Freak Nasty" Eddie Pearl and "Rock God" Ricky Gibson) vs. SoCal Distancing (Andy Brown and Adrian Quest) for the United Tag Team Championships ends in a no-contest. During the match, the ref is inadvertently taken out, and when 4 Minutes of Heat hits the Power Ballad, there is no referee to make the count. The lights go out, and when they come back, the referee is replaced with the masked leader of SoCal Distancing, who attacks 4 Minutes of Heat with a crowbar. Ray Rosas runs into the ring to fight off SoCal Distancing, but the group's masked leader sends Rosas into unconsciousness with a cloth covered in ether.

The Wolf Zaddies (Che Cabrera and Bad Dude Tito) beat The Friendship Farm ("Sweet" Robin Shaw and Super Beetle). After the match, Johnny Yuma shows up and says that Bad Dude Tito is disrespecting his roots in Vermin, and after asking The Wolf Zaddies if they think they're so big and bad, Yuma says that Vermin never travels alone. Wolf Zaddies are attacked by Kevin Martenson, and Vermin quickly comes out on top.

Adrian Quest and Andy Brown beat Wasted Youth (Adriel Noctis and Sketch) following the interference attempt by Ray Rosas. After the match, Ray Rosas holds one of the UWN tag team title belts in front of Noctis' head so that Brown and Quest can hit their superkick-piledriver combo on him to greater effect than on Sketch.
