Sid Vicious forces a tape engineer to play a video when he gives the cue, or else he will be back and he will have to deal with him.
Sid Vicious shows up. He makes it clear to The Outsiders (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall) that he is not as dumb as he looks. Last week, they tried to screw him, but it didn't work, and if they want a battle of wits, they will lose that battle as he has the brain of a psychopath. He then focuses on Goldberg, as last week, he told the world he would prove that at Halloween Havoc, Goldberg said he quit and that he surrendered. When he calls for the footage to be played, it is played. The videotape is obviously edited, yet Sid insists that Goldberg is a coward and that he is the WCW United States Heavyweight Champion. Suddenly, The Outsiders show up with Scott Hall wearing the United States title around his waist, and Hall asks Sid why the belt is on his waist if Sid is the United States title. Last week, he beat him, but Sid says he screwed him, as he was supposed to lay down. Hall says he doesn't lay down for anybody, as that is not how they operation. Sid says Hall will lay down right now, but Nash stops him, telling him "not to get his panties in a wad." He says Hall's competitive juices got the better of him last week, but they did not hit him with the crutch, and tells him to call out Bret "The Hit Man" Hart as he is the man Sid has a problem with. Bret shows up, and says that since they want to talk about panties, he calls them "three big pussies." The way he sees it, Goldberg is the United States Champion, and when he is done, he will take back the United States title and hand it back to Goldberg personally. Hall tells Bret that if he wants the belt, then "don't sing it...bring it." Bret heads to the ring with Sid, Nash and Hall at the ready, and as Sid attacks Bret while The Outsiders flee, Goldberg gets in the ring and goes at it with Sid, hitting him with a Spear. Goldberg then tells Sid "I don't think so," and that if he remembers correctly, the first chapter ended with him bloodied all over the ring. However, that wasn't enough for Goldberg, who proposes another idea: a match where only he or Sid can decide the fate in an "I Quit" Match. Sid accepts the challenge. As far as The Outsiders are concerned, if they want to play a game, they can play a game of hide-and-seek: they hide and he seeks and destroys.
Mike Tenay interviews Sting. He has seen the game The Total Package wanted to play, and it made him want to puke. He now has a lot of explaining to do, and if he has to beat him with his bat, he'll do it. As far as Goldberg goes, it will go down differently than Halloween Havoc did, and he's got some work to do.
Miss Elizabeth helps The Total Package - in an Indiana Pacers hoodie - get in the building.
We see footage from earlier today where Kimberly tells head of WCW security Doug Dellinger to keep an eye out for David Flair, telling him that David has been calling her all week, and asks for extra security. She gets it.
The Outsiders (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall) consider getting security of their own. Kevin Nash reveals that he has a manager's license.
The Filthy Animals (Konnan, Rey Mysterio, Kidman, Eddie Guerrero) and Torrie Wilson are in the ring before the next match. Eddie says The Revolution (Shane Douglas, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn, Asya) wants to change the world, but The Filthy Animals are going to rock their world. Torrie Wilson is home, and The Revolution lost the war and started something they could not finish. Rey says the only reason they left Asya is because "there are no mutts allowed in this kennel,"and says that they are the new breed, and if they don't like that, they're going to hump The Revolution like the dogs that they are. Dean Malenko then shows up with Asya, and says Rey has a big mouth for a little bunk. If he wants to call Asya a mutt, then this mutt can have him for lunch. He challenges Rey and Torrie Wilson to a mixed tag match, then asks "if he has a set on [him]" and if he is still "working that knee." Rey tells Malenko to "unleash that freaky beast," and he and Torrie will be more than happy to put a muzzle on her and send her straight to the pound. Norman Smiley, known now as "Screamin'" Norman Smiley, shows up in hockey gear. It is then announced that a Texas Tornado Ladder Match between Goldberg, Sid Vicious, Scott Hall and Bret "The Hit Man" Hart will take place later tonight to determine an undisputed United States Heavyweight Champion. There will also be a special guest referee for the match, but that person is not known as of yet. Jimmy Hart and Brian Knobbs then guest on commentary for the next match.
Kidman beats "Screamin'" Normal Smiley after Jimmy Hart distracts referee Billy Silverman and Brian Knobbs repeatedly smacks Norman Smiley with a hockey stick after Knobbs says that all Smiley needs now is a hockey stick to go with the rest of his hockey gear.
Sting is seen looking for The Total Package, who is in a washroom with Miss Elizabeth. Meanwhile, David Flair is in the parking lot with a crowbar.
The Outsiders (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall) are seen getting a manager's outfit for Nash when Hall notices two men in all-black riot gear walking past.
Sting shows up. He gives The Total Package exactly 30 seconds to show up in the ring, saying they can do this either "nice and easy" or "nice and rough." Miss Elizabeth shows up instead, and tells him that The Total Package wants her to apologize in his stead, saying their friendship is too important and that he would not do anything to jeopardize that friendship. She then says that The Total Package apologizes from the bottom of his heart, he is really sorry. Sting complements Miss Elizabeth on her looks, then says he has tried unsuccessfully to get The Total Package out to the ring, and tells her to call him down to the ring. Suddenly, The Total Package shows up, and he says nothing has come between them and that they can work this out. He tells him not to listen to the fans, and that this is between only them. He apologizes to Sting, saying he values their friendship and that they need to mend this fence as they belong together as a team, and begs him to come back, saying he loves him like a brother. The Total Package asks Sting to hug him, and Sting goes for the hug motion only to choke him out in the corner. Sting tells him that if he ever swerves him, he will get him, and he will rip his throat out next time.
Kimberly is in the locker room when the lights suddenly go out. A voice asks Kimberly if she remembers them, and that she won't feel a thing. The voice sounds eerily similar to David Flair's.
Goldberg is on one in a series of collectible cans of Surge available now.
"The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit beats Madusa by disqualification to advance in the WCW World Heavyweight Championship tournament. During the match, Evan Karagias shows up and tries to stop the match, and this leads to a brawl between Karagias and referee Johnny Boone. As this is going on and other referees are trying to break up the brouhaha, Jeff Jarrett gets in the ring with Benoit, and they start brawling. Benoit gets the win by disqualification due to outsider interference. After the match, Jarrett tells Madusa that this is not the WWF and that they do not hit women around here, but Madusa tries to fight him anyway before Jarrett says he screwed her out of the tournament.
Chavo Guerrero Jr. stands before Vince Russo (who is once again unseen) while wearing a suit and tie, with "Creative Control" close behind. He asks for an opportunity, and gets one in the form of an Amway briefcase. He tells him to start selling things and to get out of his office.

His name is Tony Marinara, and he is here for the money that Disco owes him. He has been carrying him since he was a kid, and he is not carrying him anymore. He eventually distracts the referee, allowing Rick Steiner to hit Disco with the bucket. After the match, Marinara threatens to dump the cement on Disco.
Sting is seen in the bathroom doing some push-ups on a sink, while Goldberg is seen getting ready in his own locker room.

Viewers can vote on the final winner on WCW.com. We then see all eight women dance. Afterwards, AC Jazz shows up, and wants them all out of the ring, calling them "Nitro Girls wanna-bes" and "skanks" who want to thake her job. Spice shows up and wants to know what is going with her, but AC Jazz says she is here to save the day like Mary Poppins and tells her to fly away like the "witch bitch" that she is. Spice has had enough, and tells her to bring it on if she has a problem.. Both of them go at it on. Storm and the rest of The Nitro Girls have to pull both women apart.
Backstage, Kimberly is armed with a pipe. Upon seeing David Flair, she drops it and runs away. David hears that and walks in her general direction.
Seven shows up. Instead of walking down the aisle, he flies down it and into the ring. As soon as he speaks and the lights come on, it is noticeable that Seven is, in fact, Dustin Rhodes (aka Goldust). He tells the crowd to "take a long look at the crap that [he is] in," and that he left the WWF for gimmicks like this. He then says he used to be Goldust, and Goldust sucks. He syas that Goldust nearly ruined his wrestling career, and he wanted to come back to WCW because this is home for him and he wanted to be himself, but the powers that be came to him and told him "Dustin sucks. Dustin is boring." He then says his name is now "Seven," and that they have dressed him up like Uncle Fester to play trick-or-treat all year long. He takes off his hat and jacket and tells the powers that be to take Goldust and shove it up their ass, take Seven and shove it up their ass, and then they can both kiss his ass. Last week, his father "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes called him, and it seems that he is no longer with the company after 25 years, when the company "kicked him to the curb like a piece of shit." That does not cut the mustard, and now the powers that be have him to deal with. They have embarrassed him and the Rhodes Family name, and they have pissed him off for the last time. From this moment on and until the end of time, he will make everything a living Hell, and he tells the producers that tonight and forevermore, they will never forget the name of Dustin Rhodes.

Not only is Nash still dressed up like The Grand Wizard, he also does his best Carnac the Magnificent impression with an envelope provided to him by one of the riot gear guards, saying the answer to the question in the envelope is "316." He then opens the envelope, with the question being "The number of times The Undertaker has worked a main event with "Stone Cold" Steve Austin."
The Total Package is now in a wheelchair.
Booker T shows up. He says he is not supposed to be here tonight, but he has a few things on his mind in the form of "Creative Control" and Jeff Jarrett. He tells them they know what happened last week, and they can either get in the ring with him right now or he can find them backstage himself and get them in the ring himself before beating their asses in front of the world. He also tells "Creative Control" that if they want to suspend his brother Stevie Ray, he can "suspend their damn lives." He then calls them all out for a Harlem Street Fight. Sting suddenly shows up and drags Miss Elizabeth away with a bat, then Sting pushes The Total Package towards the ring and gets him inside it with Sid. Sid stomps on The Total Package until Miss Elizabeth shows back up, but Sid puts Miss Elizabeth to the side and continues to attack The Total Package in the corner. Goldberg then shows up, and the riot squad who is supposed to protect Sid let him in the ring.

Raw Deal - Raw recap for November 8, 1999
RAW
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin shows up to start tonight's show. Last week on SmackDown, WWF Chairman Vince McMahon hit him in the face with the WWF Championship, and he does not like to get hit in the face with the WWF Championship. We see the footage of what happened on SmackDown again, then Austin calls Vince out. Vince shows up, saying it was a mistake, and Austin tells Vince to think really about what he is going to say about him as the fans in the arena are calling him an asshole, and he wants to know if he is a lying asshole or an honest asshole. Vince says everybody makes mistakes as the microphone cuts in and out, and Vince has to change his microphone. Austin hands him another microphone, then takes the one cutting in and out into the fans. Vince screams at Austin that that was a $10,000 microphone, and Austin tells Vince that if he raises his voice at him again, he'll toss him into the crowd just like that. Vince says that he does not appreciate being called an asshole, regardless of whether he is honest or not, and tells Austin that this was indeed an accident and that lightning can strike twice. Austin asks the crowd to give him a hell yeah if they want to see him beat Vince's ass, as he does not believe him, but Vince says he will prove that was not a mistake by making himself the special guest referee for the Triple Threat Match for the WWF Championship at Survivor Series. Suddenly, The Rock shows up, and tells Vince that if he wants to be the special guest referee, then he smells what he is cooking and that it smells like the biggest pile of bullcrap he has ever seen. He admits he and Austin do not agree on much, but they do agree on never, ever trusting a roody poo candy ass. Vince's microphone starts acting up again, and Austin tosses it into the crowd before handing his mike to Vince. Vince says that if they do not believe that was an accident, then The Rock costing Austin the WWF Championship must be an accident and that it is an accident that Triple H is champion, too. Triple H shows up, and he says everyone is in agreement that all three men in the ring are a bunch of screw-ups who have made mistakes, but the only one who does not make mistakes is him, as he has beaten every one of them and there have been no mistakes or accidents about it, as he is that damn good. At Survivor Series, it will not make a difference if Vince is the special guest referee or if it is a Triple Threat Match, as he will walk out as WWF Champion. Triple H then tells Vince that if he gets in his face tonight, it will be the biggest mistake of his life. Austin says the only mistake being made is Triple H entering the ring at Survivor Series, as he is going to get his ass whipped.

He lived a full life on his own terms, soon he'll be buried and eaten by worms. But if I can have a son as stupid as you, I'd wish for cancer so I could die, too.
