Memphis Thing - Memphis Wrestling recap for November 29, 2025

Dustin Starr interviews The New Wave (Justin Case, "The Problem" Aaron Roberts, "The Chosen One" Zay Washington) at the announce desk. As Justin Case says that there will always be trouble, Aaron Roberts says that for weeks leading into months, he has been hearing the fans call him a failure as well as everything under the sun, but now he is starting to hear it from Justin Case and Zay Washington, and wants to know where Washington was in his most recent match with Ray Ray Sanders. Washington says that ever since "he lost that contract," he has been a failure. (This is a reference to Aaron Roberts being released from his WWE ID contract in August due to his association with KnokX Pro Wrestling following the Raja Jackson-Syko Stu incident.) Justin Case says that things are a little different, and tells Aaron Roberts to fall in line.

We see Makkari Kandy looking back on what happened in her most recent match, saying that she has let The Super Friends (Wonder Boy and The Shocker) down and that everywhere hse looks, she sees J. Webb. She says enough is enough and it is time for a change.

Jerry "The King" Lawler is announced for Milestone 250.

Tim Bosby beats VaShawn Harvey and Oso Suave in a two-on-one handicap match.

Backstage, Justin Case and "The Chosen One" Zay Washington catch up with "The Problem" Aaron Roberts, and this leads to tempers flaring between Roberts and Washington, with Roberts telling Washington to take care of Marko "Hangtime" Harris on his own.

Backstage, Marko "Hangtime" Harris meets up with Marko Stunt. Hangtime meets with Stunt about having him as a manager, but Stunt tells Hangtime he does need him and that he can take care of business himself today.

The Disorderlies (Disorderly #1 and Disorderly #2) vs. The Big Manes (K-Toomer and Big John Dalton) ends in a no-contest. During the match, K-Toomer charges at one of The Disorderlies only to inadvertently take out Big John Dalton when The Disorderlies shove him into K-Toomer's path, and this leads to K-Toomer and Big John Dalton shoving each other again. Big Daddy, DJ Klaun and security get in the ring to restore order. Big Daddy gets shoved by K-Toomer, and Big John knocks out DJ Klaun, and the match ends in a no-contest as even the locker room has to help out.

Backstage, The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte) are trying to figure out what to do regarding Gio Savage, RJW and Uncle Elroy. Lamonte says it is "time to call the boys," and cashes in a favor from someone telling him to make sure Gio Savage does not make it to the WrestleCenter.

It is announced by Jake Brewer that "The Gift" Ray Sanders is on concussion protocol and will not be back until 2026, and that Sycho Simon has been fined and suspended indefinitely.

RJW beats The L.A. Hustlers (Notorious Bradley and Ruffshot Lamonte) in an unplanned two-on-one handicap match. After the match, Uncle Elroy celebrates by dancing all over the ring alongside Muddy Waters.

Marko Stunt guests on commentary for the next match.

Marko "Hangtime" Harris beats "The Chosen One" Zay Washington to become the Memphis Wrestling Internet Champion! During the match, Justin Case distracts the ref so that Zay Washington can hit Marko Harris with a low blow. He then calls for help in the form of "The Problem" Aaron Roberts, who then shoves Washington and refuses to help him. Marko hits Washington with a tope suicida, kicks out of a schoolkid pin, then fights back and hits a cutter from the top rope to win the match and the title.
