Final iMPACT! - iMPACT! recap for November 20, 2025

In memory of George Tahinos, 1962 - 2025.

Mike Santana heads to the ring to start tonight's show. He brings a metal folding chair into the ring in addition to a microphone. Santana sits down and talks about how one month ago, he was on top of the world after winning the TNA World Championship and sharing a moment that would live with him for the rest of his life with his daughter. He also talks about how he has been over 1,000 days clean and sober since last week, then mentions that the TNA World Championship was snatched from him a day later. He says that life will humble one quickly when they think things are going good, and he admits that things went dark and that he was scared of himself. Santana says he wanted to react with rage and anger, but he could not. Santana says he went to a safe place and went to a meeting, and that the meeting helped him realize a lot of things, especially that the fans deserve for him to be in TNA after the fans have paid their hard-earned money for an experience. He says the TNA fans rode with him when other people did not, and he thanks them for that. Santana says he had it all in his hands, but it was taken from him, and it only made him want it that much more. Santana warns Frankie Kazarian that he has something that belongs to him and warns him not to get too comfortable, because the TNA World Championship is coming back to him. He then has a message for the wrestler from NXT who attacked at Turning Point, stating that he knows they are watching and that he will pick them all off one by one until there is nothing left. Santana says he will make them regret stepping foot in TNA, and that they will all know that he gave them fair warning.

Backstage, Santino Marella tells someone on the phone that he will handle the investigation tonight. Frankie Kazarian shows up, saying that he had nothing to do with the NXT invasion and demands an apology. JDC shows up and mocks Kazarian for looking like "a Bon Jovi reject," but Kazarian asks JDC when he was last relevant and mentions his wife. JDC tells Kazarian not to mention his wife again, and challenges Kazarian to a World title match. Kazarian asks JDC what he has done to deserve a title shot, then Santino tells JDC that if he can beat Eric Young tonight, he will get his title match. Kazarian is furious.

Dani Luna beats Indi Hartwell, Myla Grace and Rosemary in a four-way match to move one step closer to becoming #1 contender for the TNA Knockouts World Championship after hitting Indi with a chain introduced into the match by Rosemary.

Backstage, Eric Young has two masked men in black pass out pamphlets outside of the building before he is interviewed by Gia Miller. Eric Young takes offense to JDC earning a shot at the World Championship for winning in their match while he would earn nothing if he won, then says he will beat JDC and show that the cleanse is coming.

Backstage, Director of Authority Santino Marella wondered how the invaders from NXT got into the building at Turning Point, then decides to let them in. The Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy) and Steve Maclin show up, and Santino says he needs something to lure them in. Jeff Hardy says they have bait in the form of the TNA World Tag Team Championships.

Mance Warner beats Matt Cardona after hitting Cardona with Steph de Lander's purse as Steph distracts both Cardona and the referee.

As per the Bioflex Injury Report: Mike Santana has suffered a torn UCL and a hyperextended elbow at Turning Point, but he is being monitored. Elijah is out with a re-injured torn triceps. Meanwhile, multiple TNA wrestlers are being monitored after the attack from the NXT outsiders' attack at Turning Point.

We hear from the NXT outsiders. Robert Stone says that they are doing the same thing TNA did, only better. Tyriek Igwe and Tyson DuPont say they are done waiting for opportunities and are now taking them. Josh Briggs brags about injuring "The Wanted Man" Nic Nemeth, and Charlie Dempsey brags about injuring Mike Santana. Stacks says everyone in the ring had it coming. Robert Stone says that he is not the mastermind, yet all the other outsiders know where the brains are at. Lexis King says they will shatter TNA into a million pieces.

Backstage, we hear from Matt Cardona, who says that while Steph de Lancer knows a lot about him, she does not know everything. He also says that Mance Warner is not much of a brother, and while both men want to get to the top, Mance will have to go through him. He challenges Mance Warner to a street fight, saying that he is not only always ready, but he is "The Death Match King."

John Skyler beats Myron Reed after Jason Hotch, who shows up to distract Reed, pulls Reed backwards out of a pinfall attempt from a Sunset Flip on the outside, reversing the pinfall attempt and giving Skyler the win. During the match, it is revealed that Special Agent Zero has taken out the rest of The Rascalz (Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz, Desmond Xavier).

We hear from AJ Francis and Rich Swann. Francis says Swann let him down at Turning Point by losing the match and shaking Leon Slater's hand. Swann says that he has respect for Slater and that Slater is the future, but Francis says he only knows about sportsmanship and that he, not Slater, is not the future. Slater shows up and says that he and Swann tore it up at Turning Point, and while he respects Swann, he is not sure about Francis. This leads to Francis threatening to beat respect into Slater, and Slater is down for a match with him.

The Elegance Brand (The Personal Concierge George Iceman, Ash by Elegance, Heather by Elegance, M by Elegance) continue their search for Mr. Elegance, and The Personal Concierge is the only one who can see the contestants. Ash by Elegance ends up kissing the first contestant, and the second contestant is disqualified for wearing a salmon-colored suit. The third man does not know about bodybuilding, and when he tries to sweet talk them into being Mr. Elegance, he falls short.

Xia Brookside beats Killer Kelly, Victoria Crawford and Jody Threat n a four-way match to move one step closer to becoming #1 contender for the TNA Knockouts World Championship with a Brooksie Bomb out of the corner followed by a bridge pin.

We hear from Jada Stone, who talks about her nickname of "The Spark," her time in Ohio Valley Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling, her first TNA tryout, getting signed, meeting WWE Superstar Bayley afterwards, and making the most of her chance in TNA.

We hear from Director of Authority Santino Marella, who announces that the NXT outsiders will have matches at the next episode of iMPACT in two weeks' time as well as Final Resolution. In two weeks' time, The Home Town Man will face Brooks Jensen, Robert Stone will face Mike Santana, and The Hardy Boys (Jeff and Matt Hardy), Steve Maclin and Cedric Alecander will face Lexis King, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe in an eight man tag match. At Final Resolution, Mike Santana will face Charlie Dempsey, The Hardy Boys will defend the TNA World Tag Team Championships against Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe, and Steve Maclin will defend the TNA International Championship against Stacks.

Frankie Kazarian guests on commentary for the next match.

JDC beats Eric Young for a shot at the TNA World Championship after Eric Young mouths off at Frankie Kazarian on the outside.
