Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling recap for November 9, 2025

Backstage, Jack Farmer interviews Brandon Cutler. Cutler says he will bring the anger from his first loss as "The Dragon" to his match with Bateman, then demands Bateman bring his anger, too. Cutler says that failure is no longer an option and that he will fight fire with fire.

Backstage, Jordan Cruz is angry with Jonny Loquasto regarding Javi calling him a punk and a bully. Loquasto says the contract has been signed and he must face Javi. He demands another opponent, as he will defend the title against the best, but he will not defend his title against Javi. Loquasto threatens to ban The Epic from ringside from his match, then Javi shows up and says he will see Cruz next week. The Epic punches Javi, starting a brawl security has to break up.

Backstage, Jack Farmer interviews Bateman, who says he has stood in the ring against gods and monsters and has not backed down. He wants Brandon Cutler, who is angry about his first loss, to spread his wings and breathe fire, and if Cutler says he will show no quarter, he will give none. He says Cutler has been put down once, and that he will be the next to do it.

Backstage, Jack Farmer interviews Nina, who gets jumped by Alex Gracia the moment she says Gracia's name. Referees have to keep them apart.

"El Espiritu" Fidel Bravo and "Poppin'" EJ Sparks beat José the Assassin and "One in a Million" Maximilien after Jordan Castle pulls Maximilen out of the ring after Sparks hits Maximilien with Plus Ultra.

We hear from Delirium (Slade and McCallion). They state that the tag team division is not ready and that all they need is the bell to ring.

Mathias beats Koto Hiro. After the match, Jack Farmer interviews Mathias. Mathias says he is "a six-foot, 240 lb. ass kicking machine" who is built better and here to beat the best.

We see footage of Jake Redondo vs. Leo Sparrow in Gotham Wrestling.

Brandon Cutler beats Bateman with a roll-up with the legs crossed after Bateman misses a knee drop out of the corner and his knee gives out.
