Backstage, Rusev encounters Penta. Rusev says he, not Penta, should be facing "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, then says he will allow it because General Manager Adam Pearce has told him that he will face the winner of tonight's match. He tells Penta he has not forgottten the kick from last week, and tells him to pray. Penta leaves, then "Dirty' Dominik Mysterio shows up, notices Rusev, and wisely turns around.
"Dirty" Dominik Mysterio retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Penta. During the match, Rusev shows up, but Penta hits him with a dive over the top rope. Dominik uses his championships to hide the ring bell hammer, and drops one of the championships in the middle of the ring to hit Penta with the hammer on his way back hide the hammer in his boot to use it as part of the 619, and hit a frog splash from the top rope to retain.
Backstage, Jackie Redmond interviews LA Knight. Knight says CM Punk is not his partner tonight and he might get punched in the mouth and pin, and regardless of who he has to pin, tonight is about #1 contendership for the World Heavyweight Championship and going 3-0 against Punk, who suddenly shows up and tells Knight he will never pin him and become World Champion. Knight tells Punk he needs to accept the "is-ness" of him and that he will become champion, then leaves.
Backstage, Asuka chews out Kairi Sane for losing. Kairi apologizes, but says she can fix this by talking to Iyo Sky. Asuka tells Kairi to fix the dishonor she caused her by facing Rhea Ripley and reminding everyone that she is in charge. Kairi then shows the bruise on her forehead and says that it came from helping Asuka, but Asuka slaps her in the face.
UFC Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski and UFC Welterweight Champion Jack Della Maddalena are seen in the crowd.
Rhea Ripley beats Kairi Sane. During the match, Asuka gets on the apron, but Iyo Sky takes her down. Kairi tries to take advantage with a schoolkid pin, but Rhea kicks out and hits the Riptide for the win. After the match, Asuka attacks Iyo from behind on the outside and throws her into the ring post, but Rhea boots her off the apron. Rhea clears off the commentary table to put Asuka through it, but Kairi hits Rhea from behind with a shinai, allowsing Asuka to hit Rhea with a DDT on the commentary table.
We see footage of officials and Iyo Sky helping Rhea Ripley to the back.
Backstage, Jimmy Uso tells "Main Event" Jey Uso he will take down "Big" Bronson Reed, then mentions Roman Reigns. Jey says that Roman has told them that there is only one way to go - his way - then says Roman looked out for himself and that they should do the same. Jey says he appreciates Jimmy Uso going after The Vision (Seth "Freakin'" Rollins, Bron Breakker, "Big" Bronson Reed, Paul Heyman), but he cannot make the same mistake he made in Paris by looking out for Roman. Jimmy tells Jey to handle his business while he himself handles his own.
"Big" Bronson Reed beats Jimmy Uso. After the match, Bron Breakker shows up to celebrate with Bronson, then runs into the ring and hits Jimmy with a Spear. He soon hits another one after Bronson holds Jimmy in place, then Bronson rips the tape off Jimmy's ribs for a third Spear from Breakker. Breakker is halfway around the ring on the outside for the Spear when "Main Event" Jey Uso shows up, superkicks Bronson and fends off Breakker. Bronson hits a corner splash on Jey's shoulder, but Jey sends Bronson out of the ring with another superkick. Afterwards, Jey chastises Jimmy for needing his help.
Backstage, Lyra Valkryia talks with Bayley, wanting to know if she can trust her against The Judgment Day (Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez), because if she cannot, then this match will be "a one-time thing." Bayley says she is great, but Lyra feels like she is getting the runaround again.
Theo and Nathan Saidden from the upcoming Netflix series "Son of a Donkey" are seen in the crowd.
Bayley and Lyra Valkyria beat The Judgment Day (Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez) after Lyra slaps Bayley in the face to get her to focus.
Backstage, Seth "Freakin'" Rollins talks with Paul Heyman, saying that the last six months have been nothing but smiles but are nothing compared to the next six or twelve months will be. He then says he senses something big is on the horizon before "Big" Bronson and Bron Breakker shows up. Rollins congratulates them for dealing with The Usos (Jimmy and "Main Event" Jey Uso) and for creating the greatest weekend in his professional life and for their growth in the last six months, even going so far as to eclipse both his marriage and the birth of his child, and lets them know that this is the mountaintop and the rarified air that they have worked for and that they are close to taking the next step. Rollins says that he is on cloud nine and that there is absolutely no one who can knock him off that mountaintop.

Backstage, General Manager Adam Pearce asks referee Eddie Orengo to find an update on Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky when "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles shows up and says Crown Jewel was amazing. Pearce says that Styles and John Cena created a moment in time when "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio shows up and asks where his moment is. Pearce is clearly not in the mood as Mysterio says he is the only person defending his championships around here, which gives Styles the idea to tell Pearce that Finn Balor and JD McDonagh should be defeinding the World Tag Team Championships, too. AJ Styles asks Pearce for a match with him and Dragon Lee against Finn and McDonagh for the World Tag Team titles, and Pearce makes it official for next week. All the while, Dominik does not want this match to happen, and he has to let Finn and McDonagh know after Pearce asks him who will be breaking the news to them.
Jackie Redmond interviews Stephanie Vaquer on the stage. Vaquer says she feels blessed to be the first woman to win four titles in a year in WWE, then Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez show up. Raquel tells Vaquer she is getting emotional over a title she should have never won. Vaquer says that Raquel lost tonight and that the bad night she is having is not her problem, but Roxanne says it would have been her problem if she got the match that she deserved, as she is the last woman to beat Iyo Sky and that she should be Women's World Champion and Women's Crown Jewel Champion. Vaquer tells Roxanne she does not care who she has beaten, because she will never beat her. She then tells Roxanne that if she wants to face her, then she should do something about, but Roxanne says she will do that on her time, not Vaquer's. Vaquer tells Roxanne she will be waiting.
A combined 40,503 people have attended tonight's show as well as Crown Jewel and last week's SmackDown.
CM Punk beats "Main Event" Jey Uso and LA Knight in a Triple Threat Match to become #1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship. After the match, The Vision (Seth "Freakin'" Rollins, Bron Breakker, "Big" Bronson Reed, Paul Heyman), and Breakker hits Jey Uso with a Spear before running halfway around the ring to do the same to LA Knight. The Vision soon surround the ring, and Breakker and Bronson soon gang up on CM Punk before Breakker hits Punk with a Spear. Bronson then hits Punk with a Tsunami before Rollins tells Punk that he will never be World Heavyweight Champion. The Vision celebrate in the ring after Punk is tossed out of the ring, but all of a sudden, Breakker hits Rollins with a Spear, much to the shock of both Heyman and Bronson. Breakker and Bronson then look at each other, and Breakker asks Bronson "Do you wanne be...or not? It's your call." Bronson then drags Rollins to the corner for a Tsunami. Breakker then grabs Heyman and asks him the same question, then holds up the World Heavyweight Championship as Heyman raises both Bronson and Breakker's hands. (Shortly after the show ends, it is reported outside of WWE that Seth "Freakin'" Rollins has been seen outside of the arena after the show with his left arm in a sling following a fan picture taken with Rollins makes the rounds on social media. It is soon reported after that Rollins is legitimately injured.)
