Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Don Callis, who says that he will show everyone that the family has never been stronger when The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) show up. Callis says it is "criminal" what AEW has done to The Young Bucks as of late and that it would help them to have a family to have their backs. He then has production start the special entrance that he has for them. When they head tot he ring, Don Callis introduces The Young Bucks himself, even calling them "the former friends of that rat bastard Kenny Omega," then the pyro goes off. We see a video package chronicling the recent events between "Hangman" Adam Page and Samoa Joe.

The Don Callis Family heads to the ring for the Don Callis Family summit. Callis addresses what is going between "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada and "The Alpha" Konosuke Takeshita, the latter of whom is not here ronight. Rocky "Azucar" Romero calls The Don Callis Family the largest and most dominant faction in wrestling today, and says that while some of their members are not here for various reasons, including Takeshita for travel reasons, before unveiling Callis' latest painting, "La Familia." "The Walking Weapon" Josh Alexander then puts the focus on a video package for The Don Callis Family before "The Protostar" Kyle Fletcher recites the family pledge. Suddenly, Takeshita suddenly shows up. Takeshita and Okada have a staredown in the middle of the ring in front of Callis, who tells Takeshita that the family is full of alphas and that there will understandably - and desirably - be some push and pull. Callis then states that they are a family at the end of the day, then states that the family succeeds by listening to what he wants, saying there is no I in team, but an I in family. Callis says that he and Takeshita built the family off the ashes of Kenny Omega's career, and while Takeshita may be the first one, he can be the last out. He tells Takeshita to put his ego aside and shake Okada's hand. He also tells Takeshita that this is not about his ego, but his honor, as Takeshita is hesitant. Takeshita then puts his hand out, but Okada flips him off. The rest of the family has to get between them. Callis admits there is some work to be done and that he will make Takeshita and Okada work together like a family in a tag team match on Collision.

We hear from Olympia, who says that she will see Mercedes Moné on Collision when she reclaims the CMLL World Women's Championship.

Backstage, Renee Paquette interviews Kris Statlander. Statlander says Mercedes Moné is obsessed, then says she will be at Collision to support her. As for tonight, she dares Mercedes to say what she has to say to her to her face.

Kyle O'Reilly vs. Jon Moxley ends in a double count-out as O'Reilly counters a Death Rider with a guillotine choke. After the match, Marina Shafir punches out referee Aubrey Edwards, then Claudio Castagnoli runs into the ring and hits O'Reilly with a European Uppercut. Roderick Strong shows up as Shafir grabs a chair, then hits an Angle Slam on Claudio before Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia attack Roderick from behind. Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy and Mark Briscoe show up to even the numbers game, and Darby gives The Death Riders (Moxley, Claudio, Yuta, Garcia, Shafir) to face them and suffer. Mark Briscoe says The Death Riders are "fake-ass tough guys" who run away when it is time to fight. Briscoe then challenges The Death Riders to a match , which Orange Cassidy flatly announces is Blood and Guts.

Backstage, Mercedes Moné and Kris Statlander brawl, and their brawl soon makes its way towards the ring. Statlander is suddenly grabbed and attacked from behind by Athena, and she and Mercedes hit Statlander with the Backstabber followed by the Oh! Face. As Mercees puts Statlander in the crossface, Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron charge into the ring. Athena and Mercedes retreat as Willow and Harley check on Statlander.

We see a video package of Bandido with his family along with clips of his recent success in both AEW and Ring of Honor.

Sisters of Sin (Julia Hart and Skye Blue) beat Queen Aminata and Jamie Hayter to advance in the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship Tournament.

Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews Penelope Ford and Megan Bayne. The former is wearing a cast, and Penelope says she is out indefinitely after tearing her UCL. She says that the women's tag titles were their destiny and that she will make the rest of the women's division feel her pain. Megan Bayne says their fate may be delayed, then says she will decide who is worthy if they step up. All of a sudden, Marina Shafir shows up and says she is listening, then Jon Moxley shows up and realizes that they have potential as a team.

Samoa Joe beats Hook, Ricochet and Bobby Lashley by submission in a Fright Night Four-Way Match to face "Hangman" Adam Page for the AEW World Championship at Full Gear with a Coaquina Clutch to Hook as Lashley goes after Ricochet for hitting him in the back with a metal folding chair. After the match, Lashley chases Ricochet to the back. After the match, Lashley chases Ricochet to the back. Powerhouse Hobbs and Katsuyori Shibata join Joe in the ring as Tony Schiavone shows up to bring out people in costumes, who show up with the contract for the World Championship match. Joe sics Hobbs and Shibata on the men in costume to ensure he has the safest environment possible to sign the contract. He unmasks the person in the Stay-Puft Marshmallow costume only to find out it is not "Hangman" Adam Page, then punches him and signs the contract. Joe then says that Hangman is not as creative as he used to be and apologizes for the carnage, then proclaims that he will free Hangman of the burden of being champion and become AEW World Champion. Joe, Hobbs and Shibata then have beers out of the bucket brought out by one of the costumed men, then Tony Schiavone proposes a toast. Unfortunately for them, "Hangman" Adam Page is now in the ring disguised as Tony Schiavone, and Hangman decimates all three men before security holds him back.
