The Hardy Boyz (Jeff and Matt Hardy) beat DarkState (Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin) in a Champion vs. Champion Winner Take All Match to retain the Total Nonstop Action World Tag Team Championships and become the NXT Champions!
Team NXT (Jacy Jayne, Lola Vice, Sol Ruca, Jaida Parker) beats Team Total Nonstop Action (Kelani Jordan, Jessie McKay, Cassie Lee, Mara Sadé) in a traditional 4-on-4 Surivior Series Elimination Match, with Jacy and Sol Ruca as the survivors. Jordynne Grace is the special guest referee. Before the match, The IInspiration (Jessie and Cassie) come out to their WWE theme.
Backstage, Matt Cardona apologizes to General Manager Ava for getting involved in Josh Briggs' match last week, then says that he is sure Briggs wants revenge. Briggs shows up wanting a match with Cardona, and Ava makes it happen next week as Cardona hides.
Before the next match, Mustafa Ali's WWE pre-2020 entrance theme plays before seguing into his post-WWE entrance theme.
"All Ego" Ethan Page retains the NXT North American Championship against Mustafa Ali gets his foot caught in Booker T's microphone cable following a tope suicida that clears the announce table. Ethan Page uses this to his advantage to hit Twisted Grin to win and retain.
Backstage, Sarah Schreiber interviews El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr., who says that "All Ego" Ethan Page still has issues with him and says he is coming for the NXT North American title. Lexis King shows up thinking that El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. is Tavion Heights, and when he reaches for El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr.'s mask, he is immediately denied before El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. leaves. Tavion Heights then shows up wondering why his name is in Lexis King's mouth, and Lexis King awkwardly realizes that he was not talking to Tavion earlier.
Backstage, NXT's women's team reunites following their match. Jacy Jayne leaves and Zaria shows up, and Jaida Parker and Lola Vice leave when Zaria brings them up. Blake Monroe shows up and says Sol Ruca is greedy and reminds her of Jordynne Grace, and says Zaria will not get what she wants for as long as she is around Sol Ruca. Zaria refuses to let Blake drive a wedge between them for Sol Ruca's titles, but Blake says she only cares for the Women's North American title before stating that everyone will see how long their friendship lasts.
Team Total Nonstop Action (Mike Santana, Leon Slater, Frankie Kazarian, Moose) beats Team NXT (Ricky Saints, Trick Williams, Je'Von Evans, Myles Borne) traditional 4-on-4 Surivior Series Elimination Match, with Santana and Moose as survivors. Trick Williams eliminating himself by leaving Ricky Saints high and dry following a Ricky Saints hot tag earlier in the match and walking out on Team NXT in the process.
Backstage, General Manager Ava and Total Nonstop Action Director of Authority Santino Marella congratulate each other as both sides' relationship is now back in working order. Ava then says that she is looking for a new #1 contender for the NXT Women's Championship, and that she is extending the invitation to the TNA Knockouts division, which Santino accepts.
