Championship Gold - Championship Wrestling presented by PRO Shingle recap for January 16, 2021

Backstage, Clint Armstrong interviews Ray Rosas and "BHK" Kevin Martenson. BHK walks off as he looks in the distance as Ray Rosas hopes to put 2020 in the distance as he has had his eyes open to a lot of sins he has committed. He says that accepting help from BHK made him look in the mirror, and says that he hopes to redeem himself in 2021. Meanwhile, BHK is in the ring for the next match.

"BHK" Kevin Martenson beats "The Western Roughneck" Jesse James.

Darwin Finch beats Joey Sutton.

Backstage, Clint Armstrong interviews Jamie Iovine, CeCe Chanel and Ruby Raze. Iovine says each day is a new day, but if anybody thinks Heather Monroe will be Women's Champion, they are out of their mind. Iovine says Ruby will show why she is the future Women's Champion.

Ruby Raze beats Mylo Matters.

In footage from earlier today, John Roberts interviews "The Golden Boy" Jordan Clearwater, who wants to know what is going on with Jack Banning after spending a night in the hospital, and says that Jack Banning will be in the hospital with no doctor able to save him. Clearwater says that much like Banning, he was in an asylum during quarantine, but he has trained with Blake "Bulletproof" Troop and he is ready to get revenge. He then says that his training has come down to this, and he has a weapon of his own.

The Bodega (Danny "Limelight" Rivera and "King FatBoy" Papo Esco) retain the United World Tag Team Championships against 4 Minutes of Heat ("Rock God" Ricky Gibson and "Freak Nasty" Eddie Pearl) after Slice Boogie distracts the referee and passes one of the tag team title belts to Danny Limelight to use as a weapon.
