Underground Sound - Lucha Underground recap for December 14, 2016

Jeremiah Crane beats Killshot, Dante Fox and Mariposa in a first-round Battle of the Bulls Tournament Match to go on to the next round. Killshot attacks Dante Fox after the match.

Taya gets some footage of "The Darewolf" PJ Black and Jack Evans for Johnny Mundo's movie. Mundo is surprised that recording is going on, and tells them he wants them to win tonight.

We see Sexy Star train for her match. She suddenly finds a tarantula in her locker when she heads to the locker room.

Kobra Moon vs. Drago ends when a man who looks somewhat like a lizard gets into the ring. Fenix shows up and takes him on, and Aerostar also helps out. Kobra Moon then summons another guy who looks like a snake, this one more hulking in size than the other, and sics them on Aerostar and Fenix. The taller lizard man choke slams both men at the same time, and the crowd chants "Luchasaurus" before he hits Dragon with a Tombstone Piledriver. The three of them leave, with the biggest one carrying Drago with him.

Sexy Star runs into Mariposa backstage. They almost walk away from each other, but Mariposa grabs her hair and they both fight. Sexy Star overpowers Mariposa and confronts her for torturing her for six months as well as placing a spider in her locker. Mariposa says she knows nothing about the spider, and tells her to think long and hard before starting another war with her, as she can finish her off the second time around. Mariposa tells her that if she wanted to leave something in her locker, it would be beautiful like a butterfly and not ugly like a spider. Sexy Star rears back to punch, aiming for her face but instead punching a hole int he wall.

"The Darewolf" PJ Black beats Jack Evans, Son of Havoc and Angelico in a first-round Battle of the Bulls Tournament Match to go on to the next round after telling Evans to pin him only to reverse the pin into an inside cradle.

El Dragon Azteca Jr. tells Rey Mysterio Jr. that Matanza Cueto came for him. Rey says it was his fault, but Azteca says he now understands what he has trained for and why he wears the mask. Rey tells him a fight with Matanza is a fight he can't win, but Azteca doesn't care about winning. Rey tells him this is his battle, not Azteca's, but Azteca tells Rey that the days of him telling him what to do is over and that he plans to start his own legacy by ending Matanza's life.

Here are the highlights for tonight's show!
