Judgment Day 2000 - The Results

Backstage, WWF Chairman Vince McMahon tells The McMahon-Helmsley Faction that tonight will be a night of celebration. Gerald Brisco shows up and announces that Pat Patterson has missed his plane, then takes everyone's orders for coffee. Vince shows faith in WWF co-owner Shane McMahon to beat Big Show in what is now a No Holds Barred Match, and as he shows faith in Triple H to beat The Rock for the WWF Championship in a 60-minute Iron Man Match, Brisco is suddenly attacked backstage by The Headbangers (Thrasher and Mosh) over the WWF Hardcore Championship. Meanwhile, "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels is in his referee gear.

Before the next match, Kurt Angle says that ever since he teamed up with Edge and Christian, he has noticed that he has gotten a lot of extra attention lately from teenage girls. He has also heard that he is considered to be "all that." Angle then tells the teenage girls not to be like the people here and shack up with different guys; he tells them to be clean, pure and abstinent, and follow his "3 I's." He then introduces his tag team partners: Edge and Christian. Edge and Christian with two big brown bags, and Christian says it is great to be in front of all their great fans in Lousville, Kentucky (pronouncing the city name as "Lewis-ville" instead of "Loo-ey-ville" in the process). He and Edge then announce that before they and Angle give a "wicked beating" to Too Cool (Grandmasta Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty, Rikishi), they will debut a new five-second pose called "The Jug Band," where they wear cowboy hats and bandannas while stomping around as they pretend to play a bottle, a banjo and a washboard. Edge is also seen wearing fake redneck teeth, and after the pose, Edge says "Hope y'all enjoyed it!"

Despite Christian using the ring bell as a weapon, Too Cool (Grandmasta Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty, Rikishi) beat Edge, Christian and Kurt Angle after Angle fails to save the match for his team in time. During the match, Grandmasta Sexay's pants almost fall down as he is dancing, and Scotty 2 Hotty makes fun of the size of his manhood.

Backstage, Michael Cole interviews "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels, who says that he is hired by WWF co-owner Linda McMahon to do a job and that he will do his job tonight. He also says he may be friends with Triple H, but it is only after the match can anyone assess his performance as a referee. He also mocks Internet rumors that he is jealous of The Rock.

We see footage from earlier tonight where Eddie Guerrero and Chyna show up at the arena and are confronted by Dean Malenko, who tells Chyna to keep her nose out of tonight's match, as it is between him, Eddie and Perry Saturn. After Chyna and Eddie mock Dean Malenko's word, Saturn shows up and tells Malenko that if he is going to kiss someone's ass, he should kiss the ass of the eventual winner: him.

Eddie Guerrero retains the WWF European Championship against Dean Malenko and Perry Saturn after Chyna tries to introduce a bouquet of roses - which contains a piece of pipe - into the match. Eddie then pins Malenko with a La Magistral Cradle to retain the title.

Backstage, Gerald Brisco is hiding in the bathroom. He almost scares himself with his own reflection in the mirror and tries to hit the mirror.

Shane McMahon beats Big Show in a no-disqualification match following interference from The Big Boss Man, T&A (Test, Albert, Trish Stratus) and Bull Buchanan after an amplifier lands on Big Show's leg and traps him underneath as Shane hits him in the head with a cinderblock. Referees and officials have to help Big Show get un-trapped and help him get into an ambulance.

Backstage, Gerald Brisco takes a rest in the referee's locker room, but soon leaves the room after the two referees in the room scare him after he falls asleep.

> Triple H is seen talking to "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels in the locker room. Interestingly, neither of them talk about their match tonight.

Chris Benoit retains the WWF Intercontinental Championship against Chris Jericho with the Crippler Crossface in a submission match. After the match, two referees have to pull Benoit off Jericho to break the Crippler Crossface.

King of the Ring is live on pay-per-view on June 25th!

Backstage, Michael Cole interviews Gerald Brisco. As he talks, two vendors guys serving drinks show up and get referee Jimmy Korderas' attention. Brisco sees this and beats up the vendors.

Backstage, The Rock speaks with "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels and tells him to call his match down the middle or else he will take him out in less than 60 minutes.

D-Generation X ("Road Dogg" Jesse James and X-Pac) beat The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray and D-Von Dudley) in a tag team Tables Match. During the match, referee Mike Chioda gets put through a table by Road Dogg and Buh Buh Ray, then Gerald Brisco shows up. Road Dogg gets put through a table, but Chioda is still down when this occurs. Brisco gets Road Dogg out of the ring, then Tori confronts Buh Buh Ray Dudley only to get grabbed. Briscoe pulls Tori away from Buh Buh Ray, then X-Pac puts Buh Buh Ray through a table with an X-Factor from the top rope, which the referee does see. After the match, Briscoe tells Buh Buh Ray to "suck it" only to be put in a Dudley Death Drop through a table.

We see another vignette with the three little girls in white dresses.

Before the next match, Triple H says he will make history on a lot of levels and make it on his own, then asks the rest of The McMahon-Helmsley Faction to return to the back, for this match is between him and The Rock and h wants to do it for himself and the fans by himself. They leave.

Triple H beats The Rock in a 60-minute Iron Man Match six (6) falls to five (5) to win the WWF Championship. During the match, The McMahon-Helmsley Regime shows up with in the last three-and-a-half minutes of the match, and when Shane McMahon pulls HBK out of the ring, HBK punches him and WWF Chairman Vince McMahon. As The McMahon-Helmsley Regime attacks The Rock, the three little girls from the vignette from earlier appear on the TitanTron before saying "He's here." The Undertaker - now in a leather trenchcoat, sunglasses and a bandanna - shows up for the first time in months and fights them all off, with Triple H falling victim to a choke slam and Tombstone Piledriver just as time runs out. As per HBK, it is announced that as a result of a disqualification due to outside interference, Triple H wins the last fall and the WWF Championship.
