In Your House 8.5: Beware of Dog 2 - The Results

The two matches from Sunday night - Marc Mero's win against Hunter Hearst Helmsley and the draw between The British Bulldog and "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels - are replayed at the start of the event.

The Caribbean Strap Match Rules are as follows: the left wrist of each opponent will be connected by a 10-foot-long leather strap, and the only way to win is to touch all four corners in succession. Pinfall and submissions do not count, and there are no disqualifications or count-outs in this match.

Savio Vega beats "Stone Cold" Steve Austin in a Caribbean Strap Match after Austin unintentionally yanks Vega into the fourth turnbuckle, not aware that Vega was touching the four corners of the ring along with him until it was almost too late. (Had Austin won, Savio Vega would have to have been "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase's chauffeur.) As per last night's pre-match stipulation, "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase is forced to leave the World Wrestling Federation. Austin heads to the back in disgust, and Vega and the crowd sing Na Na Hey Hey (The Goodbye Song) by Steam.

"The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels is seen on the live chat on America On-Line.

Vader beats Yokozuna when Vader pulls an interfering Jim Cornette - under attack by Yokozuna for getting in the ring and confronting him - out of the way of a Banzai Drop and attacks Yokozuna's recently healed left leg. (On Sunday night, Yokozuna won, but the match was re-done and the finish was changed so that Vader won.)

King of the Ring comes live to to pay-per-view June 23rd!

Three matches are already official for King of the Ring: The British Bulldog vs. "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels for the WWF Championship, The Godwinns (Henry O. and Phineas I. Godwinn) vs. The Smoking Gunns (Billy and Bart Gunn), and The Ultimate Warrior vs. Jerry "The King" Lawler.

Goldust retains the WWF Intercontinental Championship against The Undertaker in a Casket Match after The Undertaker opens the casket only to find Mankind inside. Mankind pulls The Undertaker into the casket with the Mandible Claw, then locks the casket after the match is over. The casket smokes as Mankind walks away from the ring. After Goldust and Mankind leave, Paul Bearer and the referees open the casket to find that The Undertaker is gone. The arena goes dark as the show comes to a close.
