Generation NXT - NXT recap for September 16, 2015

NXT starts with Tyler Breeze making his appearance, followed by Adam Rose telling the NXT Universe he's ready to take a nice, big steaming poop all over their party. Before the match can happen, however, Bull Demspey shows up and calls out Tyler Breeze, telling him he's going to make him wish the retaliatory beating he's about to get for attacking him last week was an accident, unlike the on-purpose beating Breeze gave him. Breeze yells at Bull for interrupting the match, but Bull lays on the top rope Tyler Breeze-style. Breeze calls costing him the Tyler Breeze Tag Team Classic as well as the day Bull was born "accidents." Bull asks Adam Rose to give him the ring, but Adam refuses, as he plans to poop all over Breeze's party for what he did to him months ago. Rose fights with Bull, but Bull tosses him out of the ring. Breeze brawls with Bull, too, but Breeze ends up retreating, much to Bull's chagrin.

Tyler Breeze accepts Bull Dempsey's challenge for a match.

Tye Dillinger beats Martin Stone.

Rhyno and Baron Corbin aren't worried about an upset victory against them. They're more worried about the damange they're going to do to Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa.

Well-known Japanese women's wrestling star Kana - now going by the name Asuka - comes to NXT next week!

Apollo Crews beats Solomon Crowe.

Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa think their chances in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic are pretty good, and plan to crush Rhyno and Baron Corbin to make it to the next round.

Emma and Dana Brooke have noticed that Bayley is back, new Divas are arriving, and they're missing out on the fun...so they've decided to shake things up by proving they're the ones in charge.

Sasha Banks has arrived at Full Sail University...

We recap the progress of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic so far. The Hype Bros (Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley) beat Alexander Wolfe and Noah Kekoa to advance, while The Vaudevillians (Aiden English and Simon Gotch) beat Blake and Murphy to continue. The Vaudevillians will take on Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson in Texas for next week's show.

Baron Corbin and Rhyno beat Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa to continue to the next round of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

The Vaudevillians (Aiden English and Simon Gotch) plan to win the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic with the tag titles, but Alexa Bliss shows up with Blake and Murphy, announcing they are exercising their rematch clause next week.

Bull Dempsey vs. Tyler Breeze is official for next week.

Bayley appears on NXT for the first time since the Women's title. She parades through the NXT Universe with the championship and even gets 10-year-old front-row Bayley superfan Izzy a minute in the ring.

Bayley beats Sarah Dobson in her first NXT match since winning the NXT Women's Championship. After the match, Bayley gets the microphone but Sasha Banks shows up before she has much of a chance to speak. Banks congratulates Bayley, saying that ever since Brooklyn, all she's heard about is her and Bayley stealing the show, how it was match of the year and how it was the greatest women's wrestling match the company has ever seen, which is great for everyone...except for her. She's here to win titles and prove herself the best female wrestler in the company. She admits that Bayley earned her respect, and that Bayley was better than her for three seconds. Bayley knows that Banks wants to exercise her rematch clause, and Bayley says the rematch is on. Banks she wants to make a point: she wants to beat Bayley again...and again...and again. William Regal shows up and makes the championship rematch official for NXT TakeOver on October 7th, and for the first time in NXT history, their match will be the main event. That's not all, however, as for the first time in NXT history, two women will face each other in an Iron Man Match. Bayley and Sasha Banks shake hands after the announcement.

Crowe considers it an honor to be in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, but an even bigger honor to be teaming with Neville.

Alexa Bliss beats Blue Pants.

William Regal is talking to two men when Tyler Breeze shows up. Breeze wants to know who these two men are, and wants a partner who will help him win the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Generation NXT - NXT recap for August 12, 2015

Kyle Edwards interviewed William Regal earlier this week. He grants Kevin Owens' request for the ladder match for the NXT Championship at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn due to the fact that Finn Balor will defend the NXT Championship regardless of the circumstances. He wishes the best of luck to both competitors.

Tye Dillinger shows up for the next match calling himself "The Perfect 10."

"The Perfect 10" Tye Dillinger beats Solomon Crowe.

Earlier today, Mojo Rawley and Zack Ryder meet outside. It appears Zack Ryder would stay in bed while Rawley is out at the club with ten chicks. Nope. Make that twelve.

Baron Corbin quickly beats Axel Tischer. During the match, the NXT Universe boos Corbin, calling him "boring." Corbin grabs the microphone and says he dominates every time he gets in the ring, and says the same tired story will play every time he gets in it, and that nobody gets up from the End of Days. All of a sudden, Steve Cutler tries to fight Corbin but also eats the End of Days. After Corbin repeats himself, Samoa Joe shows up and says that won't happen when he gets in the ring with him. Corbin says he can hit him with the End of Days, and Joe dares him to do it to him right now. Corbin says it'll happen, just not right now. He bumps into Joe, which starts a brawl between the two men that ends with the rear naked choke on Corbin, and Corbin ends up getting choked out.

Bull Dempsey is hard at work at getting fit. Iron sharpens iron...

Tyler Breeze asked for something monumental at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn, and is impressed with Regal doing just that by making Jushin "Thunder" Liger his opponent.

Finn Balor beats Marcus Louis. After the match, Kevin Owens attacks Finn Balor as he is on his way out. Finn Balor fights out of a power bomb in to the apron and knocks Owens right into a barricade before sending him into the ring, but Owens hits Balor with a pop-up power bomb in the end. Owens then picks up the NXT Championship, climbs back into the ring, then mocks Finn Balor. He then steps on Balor on his way out

The Vaudevillians (Aiden English and Simon Gotch) meet up with Alexa Bliss in the back. She's not impressed with them, and slaps them after mocking their potential plans to counter her presence in the ring at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn.

Apollo Crews says he's not stopping until he becomes the best.

Sasha Banks guests on commentary for the next match.

Bayley takes advantage of Becky Lynch's penchant for breaking her arm to beat Becky and become the new #1 contender for the NXT Women's Championship.

Generation NXT - NXT recap for May 27, 2015

Sami Zayn's music plays, but it's Kevin Owens who shows up to start this week's episode of NXT. He also wears the newest John Cena shirt to send a message to his opponent at Elimination Chamber, John Cena. He says he doesn't have to defend the NXT title every week as he isn't insecure and doesn't have to prove himself. As everyone chants "John Cena sucks," Owens says they should have done that with Sami Zayn, whom he says will never show up in NXT again as he took him out. As for backing down from Samoa Joe, he wanted to give the audience a positive note to go home to and let them live in the moment for he could have dropped Joe in seconds. Suddenly, William Regal shows up, and says the fact that he put his hands on Owens first at NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable is the reason that Owens is still here. As for the people Owens put on a stretcher, Owens tells Regal it's all on him as he made the matches himself. Suddenly, Solomon Crowe shows up and calls Owens out on virtually everything he's said. Owens, apparently not caring, tells Crowe he earned his opportunity tonight, and Regal immediately makes the match official. Owens then tells Regal that Crowe is the next to go on a stretcher.

Hideo Itami states that when he comes back from his shoulder injury, there will be no stopping him.

Last week at NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable, Renee Young interviewed Zack Ryder when suddenly Mojo Rawley shows up, energetic as ever.

Emma, now with new entrance music and an alliance with Dana Brooke, beats Bayley with the Emma Lock. After the match, Emma and Dana Brooke attack Bayley. Charlotte shows up to try to make the save, but the numbers game catches up with her and Dana soon slams Charlotte into the mat.

Last week after NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable, Baron Corbin and Rhyno met again after the show backstage. Rhyno tells Corbin he wants to fight him again...the sooner, the better.

We get a look at Becky Lynch.

Blake and Murphy, now with Alexa Bliss as their valet, beat Elias Samson and Mike Rallis. After the match, Blake and Murphy go back on the attack, and Alexa Bliss hits the Sparkle Splash on Elias Sampson.

Alexa Bliss says that she, Blake and Murphy are winners, and that winners gravitate towards each other. Next week, Bliss faces Carmella, whom she compares to the garbage dump of Carmella's home in Staten Island (along with Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady). She plans to take Carmella "back to the garbage dump where she came from."

Finn Balor beats Tye Dillinger.

Jason Jordan says not to worry about him, as he's found a perfect tag team partner to replace Tye Dillinger. Suddenly, Chad Gable shows up and says JJ is talking about him...but JJ isn't impressed.

Kevin Owens beats Solomon Crowe. After the match, Owens is about to attack Crowe again when Samoa Joe shows up. Owens retreats, telling Joe that what happened to Crowe is going to happen to him next time.

Tyler Breeze says he plans to keep his momentum rolling, walk out #1 contender and bring the NXT title back to Cuteville where it belongs.

Sasha Banks beat an unknown talent with the Banks Statement.

Charlotte and Bayley challenge Dana Brooke (who Charlotte calls "jealous") and Emma (whose other side Bayley isn't impressed with) to a tag team match at NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable.

Alexa Bliss beats Carmella after Blake and Murphy show up and distract Carmella. After the match, Blake and Murphy get in the ring and call Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady trash. Carmella responds by saying that Enzo and Big Cass are taking the tag team titles at NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable.

Hideo Itami considers Kevin Owens a disrespectful person, and he doesn't respect Owens.

Dana Brooke and Emma accept Charlotte and Bayley's challenge.

Tyler Breeze and Adam Rose beat Hideo Itami and Finn Balor when Hideo and Balor can't see eye to eye. Breeze takes them down after the match, then Rose celebrates with Breeze only to eat a Supermodel Kick.

Sami Zayn talks about the shoulder injury he suffered last week on Raw as well as the hometown reaction in Montreal.

Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens meet face-to-face one last time before NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable. Zayn wants to know what Owens has against him, and Owens says it's all due to jealousy. When Zayn wants more info out of him, Owens walks away. Owens then says that he knows Sami returned home because he was hurt, and that he plans to hurt him again at TakeOver. This time, however, Owens plans to make sure he doesn't come back.

Generation NXT - NXT recap for March 4, 2015

Alex Riley wants a match with Kevin Owens, but William Regal tells him he has to make a choice between being a wrestler and being a commentator, and that he can't be both, citing what happened to him against Cesaro as his reason why.

Tyler Breeze beats Adam Rose.

Enzo Amore, Colin Cassady and Carmella are insulted by how Blake and Murphy spoke to them last week. Enzo and Big Cass plan to become #1 contenders to the tag team titles and beat them at their own game.

Alexa Bliss is coming back to NXT soon.

Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy beat Angelo Dawkins and Sawyer Fulton.

Bayley wishes Charlotte luck in her match tonight, then meets Emma, who reminds her of what could have been and tells her that being nice got her back to NXT, calling it "something to think about."

Baron Corbin beats Tony Briggs. Kevin Owens stands behind Alex Riley during the match, and Jason Albert has to hold Riley back.

Alex Riley tells William Regal he wants Kevin Owens as Regal is talking to CJ Parker. Regal tells him he'll have to sign a talent contract, and that he'll give him Owens only when he thinks he's ready. CJ Parker runs his mouth, bragging about how he scarred Owens' nose, and this causes Riley to make Parker his first opponent on NXT next week.

Solomon Crowe beats Bull Dempsey.

Sasha Banks retains the NXT Women's Championship against Charlotte by using the ropes to her advantage after countering a top rope Natural Selection.
