"Hollywood" Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff show up to start tonight's show. Bischoff says it is time to get serious as things are getting out of hand, and that the New World Order is declaring war on anybody and everybody associated with WCW from the highest executives all the way to the guys watering the plants in the offices. Hogan then says all the WCW fans and anyone associated with them are also fair game, as is Bret "The Hit Man" Hart. Hogan calls Bret the #1 man on his hit list, and says he would still be world champion if it were not for him. Hogan promises to beat Bret up from one end of the place to the other regardless of where they meet, even if it is in the middle of Canada, then brings out "Macho Man" Randy Savage as he has something to say to him. Savage shows up, and Hogan says it is time for him to bare his soul. He tells Savage that from everything they have been through in the wrestling, he knows when he is right and especially knows when he is wrong, and that an apology is necessary. He says things have been crazy around the nWo as of late, and that Bischoff has taken it upon himself to fix things and has booked a match with the two of them against Lex Luger and Sting. He says that Sting will be stung by Hollywood, but he has placed Savage and Luger in the ring so that Savage can take care of business and get Luger ripe for the picking at SuperBrawl VIII. Hogan tells Savage to thank Bischoff for the opportunity, then Hogan says he had delusions of grandeur as far as the pecking order goes, and when Savage had the ball in his court, he outright fumbled. Hogan then demands that Savage look him in the eyes and apologize to him and Bischoff for not living up to his expectations. Savage apologizes to Hogan, and says he should have done it sooner before hitting Hogan with a forearm, grabbing Bischoff by the jacket collar and doing the same to him. Savage then runs away as Hogan gets back in the ring with a steel chair. Hogan is livid.
Louie Spicolli guests on commentary for the next match, replacing Lee Marshall.
Kidman beats Prince Iaukea. During the match, Raven and Riggs are seen backstage. Raven asks Riggs to get Hammer, then Mortis shows up, wanting to be part of Raven's Flock. Raven mocks Mortis for following James Vandenberg, whom he accuses of making Mortis wear "a clown costume" before asking Mortis if his mask is one of hate or one of shame. He then asks if there is any reason why he would want him, and if there is anything about him he is not showing. Raven then tells Mortis that if he wants to join the Flock, he has to be himself and true to who he is, and to be unafraid to be different, laughed at or scorned. He also tells Mortis that he has to beat Diamond Dallas Page.
We see a video package for The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott Steiner).
Meng beats Hugh Morrus by pinfall with the Tongan Death Grip. During the match, it is announced that "The Living Legend" Larry Zbyszko will face Louie Spicolli at Souled Out. After the match, The Barbarian has to run into the ring to get Meng to let go of Hugh Morrus. Meng lets go, but then puts The Barbarian in the hold before chasing after Jimmy Hart.
Diamond Dallas Page retains the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Mortis. After the match, Raven's Flock shows up, and Van Hammer carries Mortis on his shoulders to the ramp, where he drops Mortis in front of Raven, who slaps Lodi before hitting Mortis with an Evenflow DDT.
Steve "Mongo" McMichael vs. Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart ends in a no-contest after The British Bulldog shows up and stops Mongo from using the steel steps, leading to a brawl on the outside between The Bulldog and Mongo.
It is announced that the brawl between Steve "Mongo" McMichael and The British Bulldog has been broken up backstage, yet both men are still shouting at each other.
Buff Bagwell beats "Gentleman" Chris Adams.
We see a video package for Juventud Gerrera narrated by Mike Tenay.
Chris Jericho retains the WCW Cruiserweight Championship against Chavo Guerrero Jr. After the match, Juventud Guerrera shows up, and Juventud and Jericho brawl. Jericho tries to take Juventud's mask off, but Juventud boots him away before tossing him out of the ring.
The British Bulldog beats Sick Boy. During the match, Eric Bischoff kicks Lee Marshall off commentary to demand who is responsible for the conspiracy theory against the nWo, as They Live starring "Rowdy" Roddy Piper is on TBS immediately after the show. He also mentions the Bill Clinton impeachment investigation as he does so. After the match, Steve "Mongo" McMichael runs into the ring and brawls with The Bulldog again, and referees and members of WCW security have to pull them apart again.
"The Canadian Crippler" Chris Benoit beats Raven by disqualification after Raven's Flock interferes. Before the match begins, it is announced that Chris Benoit will have a rematch against Diamond Dallas Page for the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship at SuperBrawl VIII. After the match, Raven's Flock tries to lay Benoit out, but Diamond Dallas Page shows up and fights the Flock off to save Benoit. Benoit, however, tells DDP he does not need his help.
Bill Goldberg beats Glacier.
"The Nature Boy" Ric Flair vs. Lex Luger ends in a no-contest. During the match, Flair's feet knock down referee Randy Anderson as Luger gets him in the rack, and Flair is able to get Luger in the Figure Four Leg Lock. When Luger rolls onto his stomach to reverse the hold, "Macho Man" Randy Savage runs in and interferes. "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan then runs in and attacks Savage, then members of the nWo run in and attack Luger and Flair. Sting then runs into the ring and fights off the nWo alongside Luger and Flair to end the show.

Nitro-Glycerin - Monday Nitro recap for January 19, 1998
The show starts with a performance by The Nitro Girls.
Rick Martel beats Eddie Guerrero with the Quebec Crab.
Eric Bischoff and "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan show up. Bischoff says that while Hogan was proving he was the real World Heavyweight champion and stealing Sting's dreams and soul, he had the honor of appropriating his baseball bat, as Hogan is the glue that holds the nWo - and the entire industry - together. He then presents the bat to Hogan so that Hogan can continue to control the world as he sees fits. Hogan says it's not a situation of "spare the rod, spoil the child," and admits there tensions are high in the nWo, but the nWo is falling in line as there is a pecking order and he is the one running everything. If anyone steps out of line, it'll be "batter up," even if he loves them like a father. He says that the nWo has shown WCW legally, physically and emotionally that they are here for life. He says that he is the true World champion, that he will never be beaten for a three count, and that the fans pray for the situation to be rectified as he has beaten Sting. Hogan then says that people are asking why Hogan wants to beat up The Giant and just accept his belt gracefully after the paperwork is put aside, and then says he is a fighting champion and the man the fans - his disciples - worship each and every day. He then says he can beat The Giant tonight, and then he'll beat Sting when he gets in the ring again.
"The Crippler" Chris Benoit beats Marty Jannetty with the Crippler Crossface as Raven's Flock (Raven, Saturn, Billy Kidman, Sick Boy, Lodi, Van Hammer, Scotty Riggs) shows up. Sick Boy attacks Benoit, but Benoit puts him in the Crippler Crossface. Marty Jannetty tries to fight Raven's Flock, and he helps Benoit clean house as Lodi becomes the next victim of a top rope diving headbutt.
Ernest "The Cat Miller" beats Jerry Flynn. Before the match, it is announced that WCW Nitro is now available for the Sony PlayStation.
We see another performance by The Nitro Girls.
Scott Hall shows up. After the usual nWo survey, Scott Hall calls out "The Living Legend" Larry Zbyszko, mentions that he gets a World title shot at SuperBrawl in February, and gives Zbyszko a chance to bow out gracefully as he has more important things to take care of than him. He mentions Zbyszko being AWA World Heavyweight Championship when the owner was his father-in-law and that the company went out of business with him as champion. He says that Zbyszko isn't he best and definitely not Dusty Rhodes, who got him started. He says that Zbyszko wants no part of him, but Zbyszko tells him he wants every part of him. He slowly approaches the ring as the show goes to break.
The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott Steiner) beats Vicious and Delicious (Buff Bagwell and Scott Norton), but Ted DiBiase and Rick Steiner confront Scott for not tagging Rick in. Scott runs right into Rick for a few seconds, then leaves the ring.
Pyrotechnics signal the start of the second hour.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews The Giant. The Giant tells "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan he has a choke slam for him. Suddenly, Hogan shows up with Kevin Nash. Hogan is carrying Sting's baseball bat while Nash has a pot of coffee. As Nash taunts The Giant right in his face, "Macho Man" Randy Savage shows up and tries to go after Nash again. Savage leaves, but Savage gets back in the ring and pushes Hogan into Nash. The Giant is about to choke slam Nash when Nash tosses the coffee into The Giant's face and Hogan hits The Giant with the bat. Sting then shows up and hits Hogan with the Scorpion Death Drop to reclaim his bat. Sting then says something into The Giant's ear, which fires him up.
We see another performance by The Nitro Girls.
Booker T retains the WCW World Television Championship against Mortis. Before the match, it is announced that starting next week, Nitro will officially go to three hours and that this episode will go past two hours. After the match, Wrath goes on the attack and hits Booker T with the Death Penalty. Rick Martel shows up and returns the favor for Booker T, confronting Wrath. Wrath leaves along with James Vandenberg. Booker T thanks Rick Martel, who asks for the title shot at Souled Out. Booker T tells Rick Martel to sort it out with the WCW Executive Committee, and he's got his title shot.

He wants him to understand one thing: he grew up with wrestling his entire life, he has waited for this very moment, and he didn't come out here to disrespect Flair, America or WCW, and that he knew he had to earn a reputation when he came here as it was akin to starting his career. He says that Saturday will be a long day for Flair, as he has one mission and one goal: running right over him. Bret then says that after Souled Out, Flair will feel his words that he is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be. Flair says it is moments like this that people remember for a long time, as when they both say they're best and have the opportunity to prove it, one of them will come up short. Flair says he might love his father and his family and respect his heritage, but he won't let Bret tell him one more time that he's a better wrestler than he is. Flair tells Bret he won't fight him tonight as he's going downtown, he gives Bret a chance to either say he's the best or he can do the "best there is" line again. Bret says he's going downtown tonight, too, and he tells Flair that come Sunday, those words will be ringing in his ears.
Chris Jericho beats Juventud Guerrera with the Lion Tamer, and puts it on him for a few seconds. After the match, Jericho says he didn't realize that Guerrera was tapping out and that the referee didn't make it clear enough to him. He says this will never happen again, then apologizes to Guerrera. When Guerrera refuses to listen to him, Jericho attacks Guerrera, and Rey Mysterio Jr. shows up to fight Jericho. Jericho and Guerrera team up to give Jericho what for and toss him over the top rope.
Robert Rice of Warren, Michigan is the winner of this week's Nitro Prize Pack. We see footage of his Nitro party.

"The Living Legend" Larry Zbyszko gets in the ring, but he doesn't fare any better until Lex Luger rushes back into the ring with a steel chair to send Hall and Savage running out of the ring.
Before the next match, "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan suddenly shows up in a neck brace. Eric Bischoff says that due to the actions of The Giant, Hogan will not be able to participate in the main event tonight. This doesn't stop The Giant, who grabs Hogan from outside of the ring and rips the neck brace off.
The Giant beats "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan. During the match, Hogan body slams The Giant and hits the leg drop, but the referee stops the count when he sees "Macho Man" Randy Savage on the top rope. Giant hits the choke slam and gets the win, and when he goes after Savage, Kevin Nash attacks The Giant from behind. He almost puts The Giant in the Jackknife Power Bomb when Lex Luger attacks him. The rest of the New World Order rushes in and attacks Luger, then Sting drops down from the rafters and confronts Hogan in the ring. He and Luger fight off the entire nWo along with The Giant to end the show.

Nitro-Glycerin - Monday Nitro recap for December 29, 1997
Purple and gold balloons fall from the roof of the arena at the start of the show.
We see a performance by The Nitro Girls, who then welcome "The Living Legend" Zbyszko back to commentary. It is then announced that Zbyszko will get a shot at Scott Hall at Souled Out on January 24th.
Bill Goldberg quickly beats Glacier. Lodi and Billy Kidman are seen in the front row during the match.
This Saturday on WCW Saturday Night: Steve "Mongo" McMichael! Disco Inferno! Diamond Dallas Page! Chris Jericho! Mortis!
"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews Bret "The Hit Man" Hart. Bret says people had a lot of doubt about where he was going, and he had to judge the situation from close up. He always found that actions speak louder than words, and yesterday was an example of good old-fashioned justice prevailing like it's supposed to. As far as the nWo goes, they are "the lowest, most rotten, evil, corrupt bunch of scum" who remind him of the scum he just left behind, and it was an honor and a privilege to see the rise of WCW, as he looks to great matches and satisfying all the WCW fans. He says he wants to wrestle guys like The Giant, Lex Luger, "The Crippler" Chris Benoit and even Sting and test his skills. He then says that WCW will learn what "The Excellence of Execution" is all about, as WCW is where the big boys play and that it's time to show he is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be. He says the nWo will pay the price, with "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan paying the price as he has looked for him for a long time, saying that Hogan ran away from him a long time ago but cannot run or hide no longer, and that Hogan will have to get in the ring with him.
Raven's Flock (Raven, Perry Saturn, Billy Kidman, Sick Boy, Scotty Riggs, Lodi, Van Hammer) are seen in the front row. Raven announces that last week, Saturn defeated "The Crippler" Chris Benoit, and that in the last few weeks, they have beaten and humiliated him. He says any sane person would know when enough is enough, but calls Benoit "a masochist with severe psychological damage." He says that if Benoit insists on receiving punishment every week, then he insists that his flock inflict it. Van Hammer then jumps the guardrail to get in the ring for the next match. When Benoit shows up for the match, he dives over the guardrail to get a piece of the Flock before being tossed into the ring by Hammer.
"The Crippler" Chris Benoit vs. Van Hammer ends in a no-contest when Raven's Flock (Perry Saturn, Billy Kidman, Sick Boy, Lodi, Scotty Rigs) attacks Benoit as he has Van Hammer in the Crippler Crossface. As he is attacked, Steve "Mongo" McMichael rushes into the ring to save Benoit. During the match, it is announced that the encore for Starrcade will be aired tomorrow and also receive a special New Year's Eve showing on December 31st at 8 PM Eastern, 7 PM Central.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair. Flair congratulates Diamond Dallas Page for beating Curt Hennig for the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship, then tells Hennig that they still have a date with destiny. He also says that Sting did what he said he was going to do, and also gives Bret "The Hit Man" Hart for his part in Sting's win. He says that Bret didn't mention his name when mentioning who he wanted to wrestle in WCW, then reads an article from The Baltimore Sun which refers to him as the greatest wrestler in the world.
Ultimo Dragon is attacked from behind by Eddie Guerrero while on the way to the ring for the next match.
Ultimo Dragon quickly beats Eddie Guerrero with the Dragon Sleeper to become the WCW Cruiserweight Champion! Eddie Guerrero attacks Ultimo Dragon after the match, but it doesn't change the fact that Ultimo Dragon is the new champion.
An unhappy "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff make their way to the ring. Hogan says the way it is, the way it was and the way it always will be, he is the man and made wrestling what it is today, and says he remembered WCW Executive Committee Chairman J.J. Dillon call Nick Patrick the most qualified referee for the match, and that Nick Patrick called for the bell and declared him the winner after the leg drop. He then says that Bret "The Hit Man" Hart interfered, punching out Nick Patrick and "lying to the world." He says that Bret stuck his nose in his business, and that he is the only world heavyweight champion. Hogan says he and Bischoff are open for suggestions for WCW to save face, because he fears no coward like Sting, Bret or anyone else as he is the man and "your champion." Bischoff tells J.J. Dillon to fix it, saying Dillon messed it up.
Bobby "The Brain" Heenan shows up as Tony Schiavone says that the next hour will be a two-man broadcast team thanks to Heenan's actions last week. Heenan tells Schiavone that he was the only one who bit the bullet and sacrificed himself for WCW. Heenan puts himself back on second hour commentary, much to the surprise of Schiavone and Mike Tenay as Heenan says he would have stayed on WCW even if nWo took control of Nitro and Schiavone tells Heenan he really is a weasel. The Nitro Girls then perform on the commentary table.
Diamond Dallas Page retains the WCW United States Championship against Mortis. Pyrotechnics then signal the start of the second hour as DDP leaves through the crowd.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews WCW Executive Committee Chairman J.J. Dillon. Dillon says it's a privilege to be on WCW Monday Nitro, and thanks "The Living Legend" Larry Zbyszko for that. He says that the upcoming New Year's Eve will be quite a party after all that WCW has been through. As for the World Heavyweight Championship match, the decision to make Sting the World Heavyweight champion is final. He is tired of Eric Bischoff and "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan crying and complaining and making excuses, and announces that Sting is in the building tonight. He tells Hogan and Bischoff that if they want solutions, they can fix this by beating Sting to take back the World title, as Sting has authorized him to announce that he is putting the World title on the line. He tells Bischoff and Hogan to put up or shut up, saying that Sting is willing to face any member of the New World Order with the title on the line tonight on Nitro.

"Mean" Gene Okerlund interview WCW Executive Committee Chairman J.J. Dillon, who says that Sting is serious about putting the World title on the line but has not gotten any response. All of a sudden, Eric Bischoff shows up. He tells Dillon he's his, and that he is on for the challenge as "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan will step in the ring and win the World title back. He tells Dillon not to screw it up this time.
Curt Hennig, now accompanied to the ring by Rick Rude, beats Chris Jericho. After the match, Chris Jericho pushes David Penzer out of his seat and smacks the steel chair into the ring post, finally having had it with his losing streak.
We see another performance by The Nitro Girls.
Bill Ripken of the Detroit Tigers is spotted in the crowd. This week's Nitro prize pack winners are Adam Yeasel and Katie burke of Champaign, Illinois, and we see their Nitro party footage.
Before the next match, Buff Bagwell tells Lex Luger he still can't beat him and calls him out again.

We see a performance by The Nitro Girls, who then welcome "The Living Legend" Zbyszko back to commentary. It is then announced that Zbyszko will get a shot at Scott Hall at Souled Out on January 24th.

"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews Bret "The Hit Man" Hart. Bret says people had a lot of doubt about where he was going, and he had to judge the situation from close up. He always found that actions speak louder than words, and yesterday was an example of good old-fashioned justice prevailing like it's supposed to. As far as the nWo goes, they are "the lowest, most rotten, evil, corrupt bunch of scum" who remind him of the scum he just left behind, and it was an honor and a privilege to see the rise of WCW, as he looks to great matches and satisfying all the WCW fans. He says he wants to wrestle guys like The Giant, Lex Luger, "The Crippler" Chris Benoit and even Sting and test his skills. He then says that WCW will learn what "The Excellence of Execution" is all about, as WCW is where the big boys play and that it's time to show he is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be. He says the nWo will pay the price, with "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan paying the price as he has looked for him for a long time, saying that Hogan ran away from him a long time ago but cannot run or hide no longer, and that Hogan will have to get in the ring with him.
Raven's Flock (Raven, Perry Saturn, Billy Kidman, Sick Boy, Scotty Riggs, Lodi, Van Hammer) are seen in the front row. Raven announces that last week, Saturn defeated "The Crippler" Chris Benoit, and that in the last few weeks, they have beaten and humiliated him. He says any sane person would know when enough is enough, but calls Benoit "a masochist with severe psychological damage." He says that if Benoit insists on receiving punishment every week, then he insists that his flock inflict it. Van Hammer then jumps the guardrail to get in the ring for the next match. When Benoit shows up for the match, he dives over the guardrail to get a piece of the Flock before being tossed into the ring by Hammer.
"The Crippler" Chris Benoit vs. Van Hammer ends in a no-contest when Raven's Flock (Perry Saturn, Billy Kidman, Sick Boy, Lodi, Scotty Rigs) attacks Benoit as he has Van Hammer in the Crippler Crossface. As he is attacked, Steve "Mongo" McMichael rushes into the ring to save Benoit. During the match, it is announced that the encore for Starrcade will be aired tomorrow and also receive a special New Year's Eve showing on December 31st at 8 PM Eastern, 7 PM Central.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair. Flair congratulates Diamond Dallas Page for beating Curt Hennig for the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship, then tells Hennig that they still have a date with destiny. He also says that Sting did what he said he was going to do, and also gives Bret "The Hit Man" Hart for his part in Sting's win. He says that Bret didn't mention his name when mentioning who he wanted to wrestle in WCW, then reads an article from The Baltimore Sun which refers to him as the greatest wrestler in the world.
Ultimo Dragon is attacked from behind by Eddie Guerrero while on the way to the ring for the next match.
Ultimo Dragon quickly beats Eddie Guerrero with the Dragon Sleeper to become the WCW Cruiserweight Champion! Eddie Guerrero attacks Ultimo Dragon after the match, but it doesn't change the fact that Ultimo Dragon is the new champion.
An unhappy "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff make their way to the ring. Hogan says the way it is, the way it was and the way it always will be, he is the man and made wrestling what it is today, and says he remembered WCW Executive Committee Chairman J.J. Dillon call Nick Patrick the most qualified referee for the match, and that Nick Patrick called for the bell and declared him the winner after the leg drop. He then says that Bret "The Hit Man" Hart interfered, punching out Nick Patrick and "lying to the world." He says that Bret stuck his nose in his business, and that he is the only world heavyweight champion. Hogan says he and Bischoff are open for suggestions for WCW to save face, because he fears no coward like Sting, Bret or anyone else as he is the man and "your champion." Bischoff tells J.J. Dillon to fix it, saying Dillon messed it up.
Bobby "The Brain" Heenan shows up as Tony Schiavone says that the next hour will be a two-man broadcast team thanks to Heenan's actions last week. Heenan tells Schiavone that he was the only one who bit the bullet and sacrificed himself for WCW. Heenan puts himself back on second hour commentary, much to the surprise of Schiavone and Mike Tenay as Heenan says he would have stayed on WCW even if nWo took control of Nitro and Schiavone tells Heenan he really is a weasel. The Nitro Girls then perform on the commentary table.
Diamond Dallas Page retains the WCW United States Championship against Mortis. Pyrotechnics then signal the start of the second hour as DDP leaves through the crowd.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews WCW Executive Committee Chairman J.J. Dillon. Dillon says it's a privilege to be on WCW Monday Nitro, and thanks "The Living Legend" Larry Zbyszko for that. He says that the upcoming New Year's Eve will be quite a party after all that WCW has been through. As for the World Heavyweight Championship match, the decision to make Sting the World Heavyweight champion is final. He is tired of Eric Bischoff and "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan crying and complaining and making excuses, and announces that Sting is in the building tonight. He tells Hogan and Bischoff that if they want solutions, they can fix this by beating Sting to take back the World title, as Sting has authorized him to announce that he is putting the World title on the line. He tells Bischoff and Hogan to put up or shut up, saying that Sting is willing to face any member of the New World Order with the title on the line tonight on Nitro.

The New World Order arrive in the arena in a limousine, with Dennis Rodman in tow, and make their way to the ring. After Bischoff makes a big deal of having two world champions in the ring in the form of "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan and Dennis Rodman, Hogan says the nWo-ites feel the same way about The Giant and Lex Luger as they do about Utah, and with Rodman as his tag team partner, he is guaranteed victory. He says The Outsiders (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall) got him on his toes and Syxx can do it all night long, and they got it done for the nWo last night, and tonight, he and Rodman will flush The Giant and Lex Luger out tonight, and if Luger and The Giant show up tonight, he'll let Rodman beat both them up at the same time. Bischoff says the whole world knows that Rodman is a man of few words, but he knows Rodman has something to say about Luger and The Giant. Rodman says The Giant may be bigger than him, but the bigger they are, the harder they fall, and asks where Luger and The Giant are. Hulk says Giant and The Luger can show up anytime they want tonight, and says Rodman can body slam The Giant for him while he takes care of Luger.
Glacier beats Mortis. Wrath gets in the ring after the match, and he and Glacier immediately start fighting. James Vandenberg gets in the ring with a pair of handcuffs, but Ernest Miller jumps the guardrail again and fights off Mortis, evening the numbers game. Doug Dellinger and WCW security keep Mortis and Wrath from getting back in the ring.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews a devastated Madusa. Madusa says she is a woman of her word, and last night was the end of her career. She thanks the fans and her friends and family for all the support and making her who she is today, and in her heart, she will always be a wrestler.
Before the next match, Dean Malenko challenges Eddie Guerrero to get in the ring and face him like a man after the events of last night.
Dean Malenko beats Chavo Guerrero, Jr. with the Texas Cloverleaf. Eddie Guerrero shows up to watch the closing moments of the match form the entrance ramp, and it is evident that Guerrero's demeanor has changed as he slowly backs his way backstage while Malenko goes after him.

Dillon after the match, and after the match of Lex Luger and The Giant vs. "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan and Dennis Rodman is official for tonight, it is announced that The New World Order and The Outsiders (Scott Hall and Kevin Nash) are manipulating the rankings in the tag team division in order to pick opponents. Harlem Heat are not happy about this announcement, as a rematch between Harlem Heat and The Steiner Brothers (Rick and Scott Steiners) to declare a new #1 contender is announced for next week. Vincent shows up, saying The New World Order simply gave them an opportunity last week, and Harlem Heat give Vincent the beating of his life after saying they'll beat The New World Order.

Kevin Nash hits Rey with a Jackknife Power Bomb after the match, then says Rey found out just like "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair and "Rowdy" Roddy Piper that The Wolfpac (Nash, Hall, Syxx) are the strongest beasts in the jungle, and that last night they divided the herd after Piper made the kill much sweeter by putting up a fight. Hall dismisses the iconic status of Flair and Piper, and says "Macho Man" Randy Savage is the real icon as The Wolfpack introduces him to the ring. Savage appears along with Miss Elizabeth, and Hall declares that Chicago, Illinois is nWo territory. Savage brags about his victory against Diamond Dallas Page, and pays homage to the rest of the nWo. Hall says he had to leave the arena early last night, but says he heard it was one of Savage's most stellar performances. Savage goes on to say he was on the top of his game, then Diamond Dallas Page is seen in the nosebleed section with Kimberly. Page says Savage proved last night that he couldn't get the job done himself, as he needed "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan to take him out twice and is now tag teaming with Scott Hall. Page says nobody knows Hall better than him, and that he got on the phone and made a few calls to some key players. Page now has a tag team partner, and says everyone knows who he is. Page then challenges The Outsiders to a tag team match at Bash at the Beach.
Before the next match, Sonny Onoo tries to make an offer for Chris Jericho, but Jericho pushes Onoo backwards by his face.

He wants to hear what happened from Flair himself, and calls Flair out. Flair shows up and tells Piper he is his friend for life, and that he will never leave him. He tells Piper he had the fight of his life with Syxx as he tells Piper that he'll stand by him forever. Piper and Flair then head to the back.

As they leave, however, Lex Luger and The Giant show up. Hogan hits Luger with a kick to the groin, then keeps The Giant from choke slamming Rodman. Rodman nails The Giant in the back with the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, and Hogan does the same to Luger as The Wolfpack (Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Syxx) join in. Larry "The Ax" Hennig is seen in the crowd.
Dean Malenko retains the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Konnan with the Texas Cloverleaf. During the match, it is announced that Ted DiBiase has demanded on behalf of The New World Order that "Macho Man" Randy Savage receive a shot at the WCW World Television Championship tonight. We all see pre-recorded comments from Syxx, who tells Malenko that he would have been beaten again if it weren't for Eddie Guerrero, and that if he botched stuff like Eddie did, he would act like he doesn't know what he's talking about. It is also announced that "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson was attacked backstage after last week's interview. "Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews Dean Malenko after the match, and Malenko says it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what's going on, and says that Eddie Guerrero and Syxx are both trying to steal his championship belt. Right now, however, he is focused on "The Crippler" Chris Benoit, who says that there is mutual respect between them and that Benoit is the spitting image of himself. He knows they both want to be on top in this sport, and gives him an opportunity against him for the United States title, and tells him to step up and prove himself.

La Parka beats Juventud Guerrera after reversing Guerrera's top rope hurricanrana and turns it into a powerbomb from the second rope.

Scott tells The New World Order that Spring Stampede will be revenge for what they did to them, and this time, they won't have Eric Bischoff to hide behind. Rick says he's ready, even after the nWo may have put him out for a while.

Steve "Mongo" McMichael shows displeasure at being brought out from backstage for nothing while Debra and Jarrett does all the work.

The Giant talks about how Lex Luger opened a door for him and stood up for him when nobody else did, and tells Harlem Heat (Booker T and Stevie Ray) that they have no idea what to expect when he and Luger walk down the aisle. Luger says that the balance of power is slowly shifting away from nWo and towards WCW. He says that WCW has a trump card in the form of Sting, and at Spring Stampede, it will either be the Torture Rack or the choke slam that awaits "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan.
We hear pre-recorded comments from Sonny Onoo. Onoo makes fun of Rey Mysterio, Jr.'s size and says that Mysterio is stupid to take on The Ultimate Dragon, and when The Ultimate Dragon whips his tail, it will be lights out for Rey Mysterio, Jr.

The Taskmaster and Jimmy Hart get in the ring and attack Benoit along with Konnan and Morrus, then Dean Malenko shows up to get a piece of Benoit only to get beaten up by The Dungeon of Doom. "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair gets in the ring and finally gets physical for thre first time in months, throwing punches and hitting Konnan with a low blow as he single-handedly fights off The Dungeon and keeps Benoit and Malenko from going at it with each other.

He then wants Piper to walk down the aisle and say he's a Horseman instead of saying he wants to go back home, as they all have wives and kids and they stand for WCW day after day.

"Macho Man" Randy Savage vs. Prince Iaukea for the WCW World Television Championship is thrown out after Diamond Dallas Page attacks The New World Order while wearing a Minnesota Golden Gophers T-Shirt only to be tossed into the ring and savagely attacked by the nWo. After a Jackknife Powerbomb, Savage hits a top rope elbow on DDP before Prince Iaukea also eats a Jackknife. The nWo pick DDP, and Eric Bischoff kicks DDP in the face before "nWo" is spray painted on Iaukea and a "zero" and "nWo 4 Lyfe" is spray painted on DDP.
Dean Malenko retains the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Konnan with the Texas Cloverleaf. During the match, it is announced that Ted DiBiase has demanded on behalf of The New World Order that "Macho Man" Randy Savage receive a shot at the WCW World Television Championship tonight. We all see pre-recorded comments from Syxx, who tells Malenko that he would have been beaten again if it weren't for Eddie Guerrero, and that if he botched stuff like Eddie did, he would act like he doesn't know what he's talking about. It is also announced that "The Enforcer" Arn Anderson was attacked backstage after last week's interview. "Mean" Gene Okerlund interviews Dean Malenko after the match, and Malenko says it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what's going on, and says that Eddie Guerrero and Syxx are both trying to steal his championship belt. Right now, however, he is focused on "The Crippler" Chris Benoit, who says that there is mutual respect between them and that Benoit is the spitting image of himself. He knows they both want to be on top in this sport, and gives him an opportunity against him for the United States title, and tells him to step up and prove himself.

The Giant talks about how Lex Luger opened a door for him and stood up for him when nobody else did, and tells Harlem Heat (Booker T and Stevie Ray) that they have no idea what to expect when he and Luger walk down the aisle. Luger says that the balance of power is slowly shifting away from nWo and towards WCW. He says that WCW has a trump card in the form of Sting, and at Spring Stampede, it will either be the Torture Rack or the choke slam that awaits "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan.
We hear pre-recorded comments from Sonny Onoo. Onoo makes fun of Rey Mysterio, Jr.'s size and says that Mysterio is stupid to take on The Ultimate Dragon, and when The Ultimate Dragon whips his tail, it will be lights out for Rey Mysterio, Jr.
