Eli Drake shows up to start tonight's show. He says it is not often that he says that he is wrong, and says that he was wrong. He says that he picked up case #1 expecting a world title, especially since Chris Adonis is no longer his partner. However, if he wants to make a deal, he will make a deal, and he made the match with Moose with both of their cases on the line. He then says that with every failure, there is an opportunity, and even when he loses, he wins. He may have lost the World title, but in the end, he has the opportunity to take all the titles. Suddenly, The Latin-American Xchange (Konnan, Santana, Ortiz) show up while Eli Drake backs out of the ring, and Konnan tells Eli Drake he does not trust him. He wants to know who trusted Eli at the last-minute to try to take the tag team titles away from them. Eli says a lot of guys cannot be trusted, and that some people can say the same about him. He then tells Konnan that it is somebody he is familiar with as well as one of the greatest tag team wrestlers and a former world champion. That mystery tag team partner is none other than Scott Steiner. After the break, Scott Steiner says Konnan knows who he is what and what he is about, and says he is one-half of the greatest tag teams in the history of the business. He also says he was the most dominant world champion in the New World Order, and tells anyone who doubts him (especially millennials) who doesn't believe to go look it up on the Internet, with his reason being "I'm world famous, bitch!" He then challenges LAX for a tag team title match at Redemption, saying LAX will lose the titles, get their asses kicked and find out he has the shortest fuse and the biggest arms in wrestling. Konnan tells Scott Steiner not to "disrespect the Latino nation," and that LAX can do mind games, too, and questions if Eli can really trust Steiner and if Scott Steiner is here just to create some buzz, as the fans may be cheering for LAX and that Eli and Steiner does not have the hunger, anger or passion that LAX has. Eli Drake calls Konnan a wedge, saying he is "a useless tool," and that he and Scott Steiner are the greatest tag team of all time and there is nothing LAX can do to keep them from taking the tag team titles. Suddenly, Konnan says he is looking at two has-beens and that the current champions dictate the music choice at the end of the promo.
The Global Wrestling Network Flashback Moment of the Week is Rosemary vs. Jade for the TNA Knockouts Championship in Six Sides of Steel.
Moose beats Sami Callihan after Callihan uses his baseball bat as a weapon. oVe (Jake and Dave Crist) run into the ring after the match to stomp Moose, then Eddie Edwards runs into the ring. He fights off oVe and Sami Callihan, but the numbers game proves too much. Alisha Edwards runs into the ring to prevent them from attacking Eddie further, but they are determined and Sami Callihan threatens her with the baseball bat. Suddenly, the lights go out, and when they come back on, Tommy Dreamer is standing where Alisha Edwards was. He attacks oVe with a Kendo stick and hits Sami Callihan with a piledriver as the crowd chants "ECW!" Dreamer then takes the microphone and says he has been fighting a war his entire career and that he likes to get extreme. He says he has been part of a revolution and that oVe has been trying to start one of their own, but he has Moose and Eddie on his side. He then challenges oVe and Sami Callihan in a six-man House of Hardcore Match at Redemption.
Before the next match, Josh Mathews says he will be going one-on-one with Petey Williams, and that it is not often that the fans get to see him compete in the ring. He blames Petey Williams for he and "Reborn" Matt Sydal no longer being Impact Grand Champion anymore. He then says the Grand Championship is now around the waist of "that stupid vegan" Austin Aries. He then says that he will write a book about how he beat Petey Williams just like Austin Aries wrote a book, and that redemption will come early.
Petey Williams beats Josh Mathews by disqualification after "Reborn" Matt Sydal interferes. Sydal continues to attack Petey Williams and choke him with his jacket after the match.
We see a video package for "The Machine" Brian Cage.
Mackenzie Mitchell interviews Johnny Impact backstage. Johnny says Jimmy Jacobs and Kongo Kong keep showing up uninvited, but he finds their make-up most disturbing. Suddenly, Jimmy Jacobs and Kongo Kong show up. Jimmy tells Johnny that he may live in a protective bubble, but he will find out that not everything is amusing once Kongo Kong pops that bubble. Johnny says he is not amused by Jimmy's actions, and he was not amused after last week's post-match attack; however, if they want to keep meeting up, he will wait for them in the ring next week. Johnny and Kongo Kong then stare down until Jimmy Jacobs backs Kongo Kong off.
Josh Mathews returns to commentary before the next match.

Rosemary beats Taya Valkyrie in a Demon's Dance Match following a piledriver off the top rope through a table.
The show ends with a video package of highlights from Impact Wrestling vs. Lucha Underground. We see footage form Austin Aries, who shows disappointment with Albert El Patron no-showing the event as well as a video confrontation between El Patron and Aries at a pre-event match. Aries says that the difference between himself and El Patron is that he says it like it is while El Patron is the exact opposite. We also see footage from House of Hardcore 40 where Austin Aries proposes a three-way match for the Impact Wreslting World Championship between himself, Pentagon Jr. and Fenix. It is then announced that their three-way dance from Impact Wrestling vs. Lucha Underground will re-air on Impact Wrestling next week.
