We see Renee Paquette's interview with Adam Cole. Cole says he has been great and cannot be happier to be back on the road with AEW, and while he is close to an in-ring return, he is celebrating the fact that his body and health are improving. He says that there are many chapters in his story that he has yet to explore, and that the AEW roster has never been better and is absolutely stacked. He says he must be as prepared as humanly possible. Cole says he does not want to name any potential opponents, but he says that his in-ring return is a new chapter for him.
MJF heads to the ring. He says that the fans love Bryan Danielson and that it pisses him off, as they used to love him at one point in time not too long ago. He then says the fans are "fickle, disgusting little monsters" and that he turned his back on them before they could turn their backs on him, then says that he is honest about who he is and that he is "the devil." MJF then says Danielson is not as honest about himself and that the fans like his person and is just like the fans: "a worthless sack of trash." He then says he hates Danielson because he has the fans convinced that he is better than him. MJF says this could not be any further from the truth and that fans only like him because he entertains them the best, puts on the best holds and puts on "five-star bangers," then says everyone is only in it to be world champion. He then says that the world championship is the only way one knows they are the best in the world, and that Danielson has not been able to accomplish this in AEW. MJF says that he is not an idiot and that Danielson will put on the performance of a lifetime and use every trick that he has to put him through the hardest match of his life at Revolution, but in the end, he will be victorious. He then says that he - not Danielson - is the best in the world, and he will prove it because Danielson does not what it takes to beat him. MJF then says that if the fans do not want to take his word for it, they can take it from "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels, who shows up. MJF tells Daniels to tell the truth about Danielson in the squared circle, and Daniels pulls out an envelope before stating that MJF has paid him big money to denigrate Danielson on national television. Daniels says that he could have taken that money back in the day and buried Danielson with for hours, but he is no longer that man, and he tells MJF that Danielson is set to "knock [his] dick into the dirt." He says that in their first match, Danielson hit him so hard that he thought he would die in the ring. He then says that at that moment, he knew he would be great, and when Danielson won the King of the Indies Tournament in APW in 2001, it paved the way for Ring of Honor, and without ROH, there may not have been an AEW or an MJF. Daniels says he has shared locker rooms with Danielson and watched his matches, and that Danielson was "a sponge" who always wanted to learn one thing from every match and did things over and over until he became a world champion. He then says the fans love Danielson - and that MJF hates Danielson - because he is close to becoming world champion and is what MJF wishes he could be. As he calls MJF a fraud and states that Danielson will outwrestle him, MJF knocks the microphone out of his hand. MJF and Daniels argue, and when MJF puts his hands on Daniels, Daniels slaps him, then MJF kicks him in the groin before putting him in The Salt of the Earth. Suddenly, Danielson runs into the ring, and MJF runs away.

As they talk about the upcoming NBA All-Star weekend, Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin) and AR Fox show up wanting a rematch. Kenny Omega then accepts their rematch, then Nick Jackson hits Brandon Cutler in the groin with a basketball while he is still holding the camera.
"Hangman" Adam Page beats Kip Sabian despite the backstage attack from earlier tonight. After the match, The Blackpool Combat Club shows up. Jon Moxley says he and Adam Page do not unfinished business and that he pinned him. He says that while he has respect for Page, he has no fear of him, as he has his number and he will never beat him again. Moxley tells Page to let it go, but Page tells him that either of them are happy with how their last match ended and that this is not how it ends between them. He then says it will only end when one man is left standing. Moxley says that he was hoping Page would do something lie this, then says that Page does not have any friends to talk him out of this. Suddenly, The Dark Order shows up, and Evil Uno takes offense to that statement. Evil Uno tells Moxley that they have had Page's back for the last two years and that The Dark Order is not afraid of Moxley before shoving Moxley back by the face. Moxley tells Page that at Revolution, they will have a Texas Death Match.
Backstage, Tony Schiavone interviews The Jericho Appreciation Society. Chris Jericho says "Absolute" Ricky Starks has a problem with him and keeps demanding a match with him when it is not going to happen, as he can beat him anytime and anywhere because he is not on his level. Daniel Garcia says Starks has a match with him on Rampage and that it is the Society's time, not Starks', and everyone else says that Starks is delusional. He says he has beaten Starks once, and that he will expose him as "an absolute fraud."
This week's Rampage has a special start time of 7 PM Eastern/4 PM Pacific.

Before the next match, Saraya and Toni Storm grab a fan from over the barricade and corner a fan to spray paint her, but Ruby Soho shows up before they can attack and spray paint the fan.
