In San Diego, California, Brie, Nikki and Bryan train for Brie and Nikki's comeback at Evolution. Nikki feels like she has to think outside of the box due to "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey being one of her tag team partners, and decides to train with Ronda.
At SmackDown Live in Detroit, Michigan, Brie wants Bryan to grow his following in a world following a wrestling career.
In Riverside, California, Johnny, Nikki and Kathy head to "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey's house. Ronda and Nikki train in a ring very much like a real WWE wrestling ring. Nikki trains with Ronda with the hopes that Ronda will push her out of her comfort zone.
In San Diego, California, Brie and Nikki head to Farmer and the Seahorse for a meal. Nikki brings up being in incredible shape when she was on Dancing With The Stars as well as making Kathy's Dancing With The Stars dream come true. Brie likes the idea, and Nikki mentions Artem will be involved. Brie is afraid that Artem being around will lead to various nasty rumors, as she is worried about Nikki, who she feels is currently under a microscope in the public eye.
At Nikki's beach house, Nikki talks about her conversation with Brie earlier in the day and how it made her feel miserable. Kathy tells Nikki she can do what she wants, and anyone who wants to judge her should judge themselves. Nikki says she is sick and tired of being told how to live due to potential public perception as well as all the negativity towards her. Kathy says that her family will protect her, but they will also support her.
At Brie and Bryan's house, Brie and Bryan are met by Fred Nguyen, a brand manager, but Bryan isn't exactly in the mood to sell anybody anything or turn into something that he hates.
Nikki trains with Paul and Jaymz for dance training, due to Artem not being able to make it due to production duties with Dancing With The Stars, as Kathy watches. Kathy also gives dance training a shot, and after a talk with Nikki, she understands how much Nikki loves dancing.
Brie, Nikki and JJ head to a restaurant. Nikki mentions that she has been training with "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey, and Brie says that Bryan might be offended by that, but JJ says he thinks that Bryan may not be.
At SmackDown Live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Brie tells Bryan she is upset with Nikki, and is afraid that if Nikki gets together with Artem, it will cause a negative public perception of Nikki. Bryan says he finds nothing wrong with it, and that Nikki shouldn't stop doing what she loves because of a public backlash.
In San Diego, California, Brie and Bryan head to a plant nursery, where they meet with Fred again. This time, it is a pitch for "Bryan's Hoes," hand-crafted garden hoes that are made with 100% reclaimed wood and recycled metal and come with a money back guarantee. Bryan is entertained by the idea (as well as the sign) and enjoys it. Brie wants Bryan to know that when wrestling ends, there are other things he can still do. Bryan tells Brie not to be surprised if he doesn't make a lot of money out of it.
Nikki and Kathy have a dance performance in front of an audience. Afterwards, Brie admits that there shouldn't be so much of a big deal between Nikki and Artem. Kathy tells Nikki to follow her heart and live her life, because it can end at any moment.
At Raw in Columbus, Ohio, Brie and Nikki have their first official tag team match in over three years. During the match, Brie botches a suicide dive through the ropes, and Brie admits that she admits that she looks like an idiot after messing the move up. Nevertheless, Brie and Nikki get the win. Backstage, Brie realized that Nikki had a point in training with "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey as they agree that they should practice the suicide dive from now on.
