Final Hour - Impact Wrestling recap for November 8, 2018



The Lucha Bros. (Pentagon Jr. and Fenix) beat The OG'z (Homicide and Hernandez).



Backstage, The Latin-American Xchange (Konnan, Santana, Ortiz) meets with The Lucha Bros. (Pentagon Jr. and Fenix), and Konnan invites The Lucha Bros. to another party.

Jordynne Grace beats Katarina with a bear hug in her Impact Wrestling debut.



In Ohio, "The Machine" Brian Cage shows up at Rockstar Pro Arena as oVe (Jake and Dave Crist) talk with security. Cage takes down security and tries to find out where Sami Callihan is from the Crist brothers. He then gets in the ring in the arena and calls Sami Callihan out, even going so far as to put the Impact Wrestling X Division Championship on the line. Sami shows up, and the match begins.



"The Machine" Brian Cage beats Sami Callihan by disqualification after the rest of oVe (Jake and Dave Crist) go after Cage only to be decimated along with Sami Callihan. More wrestlers from Rockstar Pro Wrestling try to fight Cage, but he overpowers them all until the Crist brothers grab at Cage's knees. Everyone else grabs Cage, and Callihan hits Cage with the X Division title before everyone takes the boots to him. Sami then directs traffic as everyone continues to outnumber Cage.



Backstage, Taya Valkyrie says that Tessa Blanchard has shown the world that she is a coward, especially when she hit the referee last week. She says Tessa is spoiled and entitled, and thinks she is untouchable, but Taya says she gets what she wants and she wants the Knockouts Championship. She does not know what kind of match it will take, but she will take the title and she will be waiting when Tessa Blanchard is ready to step up.

The GWN Flashback Moment of the Week is The Motor City Machine Guns (Alexy Shelley and Chris Sabini) vs. Masato Yoshino and Naruki Doi in the 2008 World X Cup.

Backstage, Mackenzie Mitchell interviews Killer Kross and Moose. Moose tells Eddie Edwards has been a thorn in his ass, and that he has a new brother in Killer Kross and he plans to beating and hurting Eddie Edwards to put an end to everything tonight. Kross tells Johnny Impact that they are standing on the edge of the world, and that he hopes that Johnny signed the waiver twice, as he will understand that annihilation is the only solution when he rips the Impact Wrestling World Championship from Johnny's waist.



We see more fan submissions for "The Smoke Show" Scarlett Bordeuax's talent search.

Backstage, KM and Fallah Bahh meet with "The Smoke Show" Scarlett Bordeaux for advice, and when Scarlett mentions their recent failures, KM says they will do anything for her and Fallah Bahh takes his robe off and dances. Scarlett mentions that next week's show will be in Las Vegas, Nevada, and tells them that if they win her something, they just might get lucky.



Moose beats Eddie Edwards.



Backstage, Allie and Kiera Hogan are met by Father James Mitchell, who reminds Allie that they have a deal and to give in to the darkness that has consumed her before offering his help to go back to the undead realm. Kiera warns Allie not to do this and Su Yung shows up right next to Father James Mitchell, but Allie tells Kiera Hogan that this is how it must be as she follows James Mitchell and Su Yung and her pupils turn a solid black.



A backstage doctor tells Alisha Edwards not to let Eddie Edwards go straight to sleep tonight as Eddie has a concussion. Eddie still wants a piece of Moose, however.

Eli Drake and Joseph Park show up. Eli says that when he got into the wrestling business a few years ago, there were en who were larger-than-life character who beat each other up with their fists, feet and words, and taht he is the last of a dying breed. When he looks back on Bound For Glory and everything afterwards, all he sees is "a bunch of violent crap." He says that there are guys who thought they could got into the business after seeing guys like Abyss and came into the ring thinking they would have death matches. He accuses Impact Wrestling of making sure he is extinct, and announces that he has retired the open challenge and sued Impact Wrestling for having an unsafe work environment with the help of Joseph Park. Joseph Park announces that earlier this week, he has filed a lawsuit against Impact Wrestling, LLC for unsafe working conditions on behalf of Eli Drake, and after combing over files and watching video, he claims that Impact Wrestling in an unsafe working environment while showing favoritism towards Abyss for putting Eli Drake through a table, and announces that other members of the Impact Wrestling roster want to join them in their lawsuit. When he brings them out, Eli Drake suddenly turns on Joseph Park, saying he is contributing to the death of the business and to let his career die before he kills it for him. He then pulls out a steel chair from underneath the ring before hitting Joseph Park with it and telling Joseph that he is part of a dead breed. He then teases leaving while referee rush in to check on Joseph Park before choking Joseph out with his jacket and threatening to hit the referees with a steel chair.



Backstage, Mackenzie Mitchell interviews Johnny Impact, who says that he has been Impact Wrestling World Champion for a very short time, but he is not a hard man to find. He says that Fenix asked for a World title shot like a man and got it, and he would have given Killer Kross a shot based on what he has done in the ring. But somehow, he says it somehow made more sense for Kiler Kross to attack him backstage and leave a calling card like he did, and while Kross has his title shot, he has a calling card of his own: the Starship Pain.

Johnny Impact retains the Impact Wrestling World Championship against Killer Kross.
