Raw Deal - Raw recap for November 20, 2017

Commissioner Stephanie McMahon shows up to start the show. Stephanie calls Raw the "A-show" and "the show that devastated SmackDown Live." She says her brother Shane McMahon knew they would not stand a chance, as he strikes first, while she strikes to win. She says that Kurt Angle's job as General Manager is "1000% secure." She then introduces Triple H as the man who secured the victory for Raw, and brings him out. Triple H shows up in the usual three-piece suit. Shortly after Triple H shows up, however, so does General Manager Kurt Angle. Angle tells Triple H this is the Olympic Hall of Famer talking to him, not the General Manager, and he tells him that if he tags him from behind like he did last night again, he can take the job and shove it as he will come after him. Stephanie reminds him that he is speaking as General Manager to the COO of WWE, and while she appreciates the intensity, she asks him not to jeopardize his job again. Jason Jordan shows up and wants to fight Triple H, but Angle stops Jordan and says that he is just a general manager while Jordan he is just a competitor. Stephanie tells Angle he does not have the authority to make the match. Jordan asks Triple H if he is a coward. Triple H takes off his jacket. Stephanie tells Jordan that Triple H will tear him apart, and that he is not afraid of anybody in the locker room. Suddenly, Brock Strowman shows up. Strowman gets right up in Triple H's face, and Stephanie almost gets out of the ring. Triple H and Strowman stare eye-to-eye. Triple H steps back, then leaves the ring with Stephanie as Strowman approaches the apron. The crowd chants "You're a coward" as Strowman follows Triple H. Stephanie then announces that since Jordan wants a match and the crowd is so bloodthirsty, Jason Jordan will be facing Braun Strowman tonight. Strowman and Jordan stare off as Angle watches both men.

General Manager Kurt Angle and Jason Jordan talk backstage. Jordan confesses that he is not 100% and only said he was because Triple H was there. Angle cannot cancel the match, but Jordan says if he needs him to wrestle, he will wrestle. Jordan says he knows what Angle has done in his career, and that Angle's blood runs through his veins. He is not afraid of Braun Strowman, and when he's done, Strowman will be telling horror stories about him.

Asuka beats Dana Brooke.

It's time for Miz TV. Miz says he made Baron Corbin relevant, but his 15 minutes of fame are over as he has bigger things to deal with than him. His special guest tonight is Roman Reigns. Roman does not show up right away, and Miz introduces him again. Roman fails to show up a second time. As Miz says this is show and that he does not deserve this respect, Roman fails to show up a third time...almost. The Shield's (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns) music hits, and Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins show up along with Roman. Miz says he only invited Roman, but The Shield cannot get enough of each other and that they must be feeling pretty good right now. Ambrose says they do, as they proved to The New Day that they haven't missed a step. Rollins says they proved they are the most dominant three-man team in WWE, and right now, they are pretty much unstoppable. Miz then gives The Shield a Miz TV welcome, and says it is like old times, but one thing bothers him: he has not heard a thank you. When Reigns asks who the "thank you" is supposed to go to, Miz says it is to him. Roman says there will never be a world where The Shield says thanks to The Miz. Miz reminds them that the "Shield reunion tour" started all because of him. He says it was in the same building they are in now that Seth and Dean got back together, and from there, it was not long until they donned the vests again, and says he deserves a "thank you" for that. He has heard it from the fans, but not The Shield. Miz also goes on to claim that he deserves residuals for the new Shield merchandise. Roman says that if The Miz deserves to thank anybody, it is the Houston, Texas fans. The lights go off, then come back on. Miz then calls The Shield "ungrateful," but Roman says The Shield won last night and Miz didn't. The Miz says he is still WWE Intercontinental Champion, but Seth Rollins says it is only a matter of time until he and Ambrose get back on the road to Raw's tag team titles. Roman says if they're going for the tag titles, he should have one too. Rollins gives Reigns ideas of going for the Intercontinental Championship, and Roman says he hopes Miz isn't doing anything tonight, because he's free. He then asks the fans what they think. Suddenly, Bo Dallas tells Roman he cannot just show up on Miz TV and challenge Miz for the title. If Roman wants Miz, he will have to go through him and Curtis Axel. Bo Dallas gets hit with a shot to the throat, and Miz runs away. Curtis Axel is then surrounded by The Shield, and he tries to beg them off. Dean Ambrose surprises him from behind, then Rollins hits Axel with the knee before Ambrose hits him with Dirty Deeds. When Bo Dallas gets up, he is also surrounded by The Shield, who then go on the attack as The Miz watches from the ramp. Bo then falls victim to the three-man powerbomb.

Charly Caruso interviews Braun Strowman. Braun says Jason Jordan not being afraid of him makes him different from everyone else...including Triple H.

Dean Ambrose beats Sheamus after after Seth Rollins dives onto Cesaro as Sheamus readies a Brogue Kick.

Matt Hardy meets Jason Jordan in the locker room. When Jordan asks for pointers, Matt wishes him luck on taking him off his feet and says facing Braun was a humbling experience as he really is a monster among men. He says he has learned a lot in WWE, including that some nights, it's not your night.

Alexa Bliss shows up. Alexa is not happy with all the social media pity, and knows she took Charlotte Flair to her limits. She says Charlotte only won because she got lucky. Survivor Series may not have been her night, but 2017 has been her year. She is still the Goddess of WWE, and there is not a simple woman on the planet who can hold a candle to her. Suddenly, Mickie James shows up. Mickie asks the fans who is sick and tired of hearing the same, worn-out jibber jabber from "Little Miss Biscuit Butt." After a "biscutt butt" chant from the fans, Mickie says Survivor Series is over and it is now back to Raw business. The only business she is concerned with is the Raw Women's Championship. As Alexa asks Mickie if she is joking, Bayley shows up. Bayley agrees with Alexa, saying 2017 has been Alexa's year, but says the year isn't over and she is not the same woman Alexa beat for the Women's title. Bayley says she has to jump over Mickie in line, as the title is hers. As Alexa asks Bayley if she is joking, Sasha Banks shows up. Sasha says the consensus is in and that Raw deserves a better champion, but not a huggable or a highly-decorated champion. She says it deserves a legit boss and not a "little B" like Alexa. Then Alicia Fox shows up. Alicia Fox says that if Raw needs a boss, then the captain of the Raw women's team should have that opportunity, as Raw would not have beaten SmackDown Live two weeks in a row without her guidance. Alexa thanks everyone else in the ring for wasting her time, saying nobody deserves a championship opportunity against her. Suddenly, General Manager Kurt Angle shows up. Angle doesn't mind her leaving, but reminds her that Raw is the show, and that she will get another opportunity to prove herself against the winner of a Fatal 4-Way match, which starts right now.

During the Fatal 4-Way Match between Bayley, Sasha Banks, Mickie James and Alicia Fox, Paige suddenly shows up after a lengthy absence. Paige says, "Did you miss me?" The crowd immediately chants "Yes." Paige then says she has something important to say: she's back. The crowd then chants "Welcome back." Paige then says she didn't come back alone. She then approaches the ring, and Mickie is surrounded and attacked by Sonya Deville Mandy Rose from NXT, who come out through the crowd. Sonya and Mandy go on the attack, and take down Bayley, Mickie and Sasha. Alicia Fox immediately runs away before Mandy hits Mickie with a piledriver and Sonya kicks Sasha in the face. Paige then hits Bayley with the Ram-Paige.

Backstage, Renee Young interviews Paige, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose. It isn't long before Alexa Bliss shows up and says Paige doesn't have to explain herself, saying Mickie James, Alicia Fox, Bayley and Sasha Banks got what they deserved. After Alexa tells Renee to buzz off, Paige introduces Mandy and Sonya to Alexa Bliss. Alexa says it's nice to meet them, but all she gets is a cold, hard stare from them and Paige. Paige then kicks Alexa in the gut, then she, Mandy and Sonya strike until Alexa is laid out.

Jason Jordan beats Braun Strowman by disqualification after a sudden attack from behind by Kane with a steel chair. Kane presses the steel chair on Strowman's throat, then drives the other end of the chair into the steel steps, hurting Strowman in the windpipe and leaving him unable to breathe. Referees and medical staff help Strowman to the back as he violently struggles to breathe.

It is announced that Braun Strowman is refusing medical attention after the assault from Kane.

Before the next match, Enzo Amore - showing up with Noam Dar, Ariya Daivari, Drew Gulak and "The Premiere Athlete" Tony Nese - brags about retaining the WWE Cruiserweight Championship against Kalisto last night. Enzo says he is still the face of 205 Live, but it was not easy as there was an army of haters. However, the hate didn't matter because he had his army, and says everyone should be thankful as Thanksgiving is right around the corner. He then says Noam Dar, Ariya Daivari, Drew Gulak and Tony Nese are thankful for him. He says that since joining "The 'Zo Train," the ladies can't keep their hands off Noam Dar, Nese has two or three more abs, Daivari has more money and clothes, and Gulak reached more people. Suddenly, Akira Tozawa, Rich Swann, Cedric Alexander and Mustafa Ali show up. Enzo says if they want to jump on the 'Zo Train, they'll have to prove themselves. Alexander says they're not here for the 'Zo Train, they're here for the Cruiserweight title and they are willing to earn it unlike "a couple of suck-ups." Enzo asks if Kalisto has poisoned their brains, and says the 'Zo Train is the only way to the top, and the guy on top didn't fall there. He says either get on board or get out of the way. Swann tells Enzo to make them go away, then says he can't do it without "his boys." This starts an eight-man brawl after Enzo slips out of the ring.

Mustafa Ali, Rich Swann, Cedric Alexander and Akira Tozawa beat The 'Zo Train (Drew Gulak, "The Premiere Athlete" Tony Nese, Ariya Daivari, Noam Dar).

Renee Young interviews General Manager Kurt Angle, who says that Braun Strowman has refused medical help and has left the building, and that he will address Strowman and Kane later. As he checks on Jason Jordan, The Miz shows up and wants his match cancelled. Kurt Angle says no, and tells him to get out. Angle tells Jason Jordan he did not let him down, but Jordan says Matt Hardy was right and that Braun Strowman is a monster among men.

In the ring, Elias plays guitar, and says it is the sound of success before saying nobody here knows what it would sound like. He then says he is in a good mood as Raw did great, then plays a song he wrote. The crowd chants "Let's go, Astros!" Elias then tells everyone that the season is over and to grow up. He then goes back to playing guitar and singing about beating Matt Hardy, then gets interrupted by Matt Hardy. Elias and Matt Hardy go at it, and Matt Hardy goes for the Twist of Fate. Elias pushes Matt away and gets out of the ring, but Matt wants more.

Roman Reigns beats The Miz to become the WWE Intercontinental Champion after Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins show up and fight Sheamus and Cesaro at ringside following the latter team's distraction of Roman Reigns.

Here are the top 10 moments from tonight's show.
