Raw Deal - Raw recap for November 7, 2016

Earlier today, The Brian Kendrick said his theme song is his mantra, and that he had a plan since he returned to WWE. He said that he has a plan tonight.

Earlier today, Braun Strowman said that General Manager Mick Foley has made an intelligent decision as of last week, and that now he gets to smash all of SmackDown Live.

Earlier today, Enzo Amore and Big Cass gave some shout-outs to friends and family, then announced they are on the Raw team in the Traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series tag team match.

Charly Caruso reports backstage from Glasgow, Scotland, UK. There is one more spot for the Raw men's team in the Traditional 5-on-5 Men's Survivor Series match. It is also confirmed that Mick Foley and Stephanie McMahon have held several meetings on the topic, and on the potential to bring the Intercontinental Championship to Raw.

Stephanie McMahon shows up to start tonight's show. She announces that Mick Foley is unable to be here tonight, and announces that Raw is in for the fight of its life at Survivor Series as they plan to beat SmackDown Live. She then introduces all five men on Team Raw: Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho, Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman...and Seth Rollins, who is revealed to be the fifth member of Team Raw. Owens says Rollins being on the team is a joke, but Rollins says Stephanie knows he can get it done, and reminds him and Chris Jericho that their business is not over. We then see Team SmackDown Live - Dean Ambrose, Baron Corbin, AJ Styles, Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt. Stephanie gets Team Raw fired up, and says that they will annihilate Team SmackDown Live and fight like their lives and jobs depend on it...because they do. She then throws the microphone down and walks off. Owens admits that he and Jericho have made mistakes and enemies, and say that everyone else has to put their differences aside. They then deem themselves the co-captains of Team Raw, and tell them to follow their lead so they can win at Survivor Series before they make fun of The Shield, saying that they broke up because they kept turning on each other. When asked repeatedly if he gets what they're saying, Rollins says he does, then he and Reigns attack Jericho and Owens. Braun Strowman then attacks everyone. Stephanie shows back up and gives all five members of Team Raw a chance to settle their difference and "get it out of their system" by putting them all in a Fatal 5-Way match.

Sin Cara and Rich Swann beat The Brian Kendrick and the debuting Noam Dar. After the match, Kendrick tells Noam Dar that he lost the match for them, lost at The Cruiserweight Classic, lost in his home country and fails when it matters the most just like TJ Perkins. Kendrick punches him with a cheap shot, but Noam Dar fires back.

We see a video package for Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar where we hear from Goldberg.

Stephanie McMahon is backstage when Sami Zayn shows up. Stephanie McMahon says that Shane McMahon doesn't have the gall to appear on Raw, and wants her to appear on SmackDown Live She then tells Sami that she finds his presence irritating as Mick Foley wants him to challenge Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at Survivor Series, while she wants Rusev to do the same. She plans to settle this by putting Sami Zayn in a match against Rusev tonight, with the winner going to face Ziggler for the Intercontinental Championship. She wants the winner of this match to bring the Intercontinental Championship home to Raw.

Before the next match, Sheamus gets some major heat by putting Ireland on a pedestal...in Scotland, whom he says has a better chance of winning the World Cup than Team Raw does at beating Team SmackDown Live with The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, Xavier Woods) as team captain. Enzo and Big Cass tells Sheamus he has other things to worried about, such as looking in a mirror, dying alone and kids stealing his Lucky Charms. After some words from all the other teams, Sheamus wants out of this, but The New Day show up before he can lave. They show up dressed like they came straight out of the set of Braveheart, with "Francesca's Scottish cousin, Agnes," which happens to be a pair of bagpipes. Sheamus says he's leaving, and that he's not impressed with The New Day's costumes. Gallows & Anderson (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) say that they're out too, as with them as captains, they'll lose. Big E responds with "Fight, and you'll lose...run, and you'll live...at least for a while." He continues to quote Braveheart, saying Team SmackDown may take their lives, but they'll never take their freedom. Enzo, Big Cass, R-Truth, Goldust and Cesaro give The New Day a vote of confidence, and Cesaro speaks for Sheamus as he does so, which gets Sheamus upset. Sheamus then says he's in, but only because he and Cesaro want another shot at the Raw tag titles. This leaves Gallows & Anderson as the only team left, who tells The New Day that nobody is in charge of them, and that they'll stab everyone else on the team in the back. Nevertheless, they're on the team, as they say that all the teams on Team SmackDown Live are jokes just like The New Day. The New Day remind Gallows & Anderson that they have beaten them multiple times, and that they have a special match against them tonight.

Gallows & Anderson (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson beat The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Big E).

The Golden Truth (R-Truth and Goldust) talk backstage, and R-Truth says that they traded their spot in the Survivor Series 5-on-5 tag team match for a timeshare from The Shining Stars (Primo and Epico), saying they should have a vacation. Goldust doesn't like the idea, and now they have to get their spot back from The Shining Stars.

We see a video package for Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar where we hear from Brock Lesnar.

Backstage, Jeri-KO (Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens) talk about their Survivor Series match, then meet Braun Strowman. Jericho wants to confront Braun for throwing him around, but Owens wants him on their side. Jericho reluctantly agrees, and tells them he's on Team Braun before walking off. Jericho puts him on The List again.

The Shining Stars (Primo and Epico) beat The Golden Truth (Goldust and R-Truth) to stay on Team Raw.

Next week on Raw: SmackDown Live Shane McMahon and SmackDown Live General Manager Daniel Bryan make an appearance!

Michael Cole is in the ring. He introduces the members of Raw's Women's team for Survivor Series. Charlotte shows up first, and says she was born to be leader. She says that nobody will steal her spotlight at Survivor Series. Nia Jax is introduced next, and tells Charlotte that what she does and when she does it is her own business, and while Charlotte is the leader, she doesn't work for her. Alicia Fox shows up next, and says that if Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt can be civil, so can she and Nia Jax. Bayley is next, and she hopes to prove Charlotte wrong by not being a weak link before telling the Glasgow crowd she'll be their girl. She then mentions that anything goes in the Survivor Series match, and that she could be facing anybody at anytime...and Charlotte could be her only teammate. She says that everyone will have to work together if Team Raw is to dominate. Charlotte then takes the match and introduces Dana Brooke as the fifth woman, saying Dana made the Women's Revolution and made her a better champion. Michael Cole, however, says Dana Brooke is not the fifth member...it's Sasha Banks. Sasha Banks shows up, saying it will take more than a couple of tables to put her out of commission. Charlotte tells Sasha that she picked Dana Brooke as an alternate, and didn't even think about her. All the while, the crowd is still chanting for Bayley, and Sasha Banks takes advantage for a few moments before confronting Charlotte again. Charlotte interrupts her, and tells her to ask Nia Jax if she knows who her boss is as she insists that she is the true boss of the Women's team. Nia Jax and Sasha stare down, and this starts a six-woman tag team match.

Bayley, Sasha Banks and Alicia Fox beat Charlotte, Nia Jax and Dana Brooke after Charlotte accidentally takes out Nia Jax with a big boot meant for Sasha.

Charly Caruso interviews Seth Rollins, who says he's on Team Raw for future opportunities. Braun Stromwan shows up and tells him he shouldn't be worried about future opportunities, as he promises to snap him like a twig tonight.

Sami Zayn beats Rusev to win an opportunity to face Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at Survivor Series after Helluva Kicking Rusev off the top rope.

Next week on Raw: Brock Lesnar and Goldberg meet face-to-face!
