Brie and Nikki talk about whether or not Brie has really changed. Brie says she has become the person she has wanted to be thanks to Bryan, and Nikki says she misses the old Brie. Brie says that like Bryan has taken her away from Nikki, John Cena has taken Nikki away from her.
The Bella clan have dinner together at a restaurant. During the dinner, everybody agrees that Lauren is mom material, and Brie announces that she is leaving tomorrow and heading back to Bryan as she feels Bryan needs her. Even though Bryan wants to be alone, Brie feels she needs to be there. J.J. asks Brie to keep everyone posted on Bryan is doing. Johnny says that Kathy is the most beautiful woman at the table, and Kathy is surprised with a bachelorette part as we find out that one of the chefs is really a dancer. Brie then talks to Shawna about what she plans to do tomorrow.
The Bella clan have another meal together. Lauren finds it annoying that J.J. assumes that their first child will be a boy.
Brie, Nikki, Shawna and Kathy talk together at the hotel room balcony. After everyone notices the irony of Kathy teaching everyone to be confident in their own skin yet not taking her own advice, Kathy tries on a sarong. Needless to say, she rocks it.
Brie finally heads home to Bryan, and tells Bryan that she plans to fight his fight with him. Brie notices that Bryan is a little more refreshed, but she can still see the sorrow in him.
Back in Florida, Nikki talks to J.J. about his assumption that his child will be a son and how it affects Lauren. Nikki feels that J.J. is doing this to have that long-lost brother he never had. J.J. wants to raise a boy so he could raise him better and be a better father than their father ever was, and apologizes for pushing it so far on Lauren.
The Bella clan have margaritas and toast to their last night in Naples, Florida. J.J. apologizes to Lauren for wanting a son so badly to the point that his selfishness stressed her out.
The Bella clan have a night out on the town, then spend some time at the pool. Nikki doesn't blame Brie for missing out on this and being by Bryan's side, as she would want to be by John Cena's side in the same situation.
Back home in Florida, John Cena admits he spent every second Nikki's family was gone with the dog. Kathy and Nikki hope that Bryan gets better and that Brie can enjoy the last two weeks of her WWE career.
Bryan tells Brie that there is no chance of him returning to the ring in WWE as an in-ring performer, despite desperately clinging to the slim hope that he still can. Bryan breaks down. Brie has noticed that this has really brought him down.
J.J. and Nikki do some painting, and John Cena show sup in a suit and tie. Cena and Nikki discuss whether or not Winston ruins their date nights. Cena says yes. Nikki and J.J. discuss how having Winston around is like having to take care of a child.
Brie, Nikki and Lauren talk about Bryan and how he has been forced to review his life and hold a lot of confusion in from trying to deal with forced retirement on his own. Brie says this should be the happiest time of her life, but now she can't even enjoy the last two or three weeks of her career and she finds it hard to stay strong.
Bryan shows up for a photoshoot for Kathy's wedding.
Johnny learns how to set the evening fire in the fire pit, then asks Kathy if she has told Brie, Nikki and J.J. about "it" yet. What "it" is is not revealed, though "it" is implied to be breast cancer. Turns out, "it" is breast cancer. Kathy wants to keep it private until she figures out how best to tell her kids, and accuses of Johnny of trying to put a cloud over their wedding.
Everyone heads to Fort Lauderdale, Florida for Kathy and Johnny's wedding. Johnny tells Nikki and J.J. that Kathy has found a few lumps in her breasts three or four weeks ago, and Johnny really wants Kathy to check it out. Nikki and J.J. are alarmed, especially since breast cancer run in their family, and that Johnny lost his mother to breast cancer years ago. Nikki talks to Kathy about this, and while Kathy says she'll be fine, Nikki and J.J. feel otherwise. Kathy agrees to get it checked out on the condition that nobody else knows about this.
Nikki heads with Kathy to get Kathy's breasts checked out. Kathy tells the doctor that she noticed the lumps in her breast six weeks ago, not three or four. Nikki is concerned.
