Vince's Got A Shotgun - Shotgun Saturday Night recap for April 25, 1998

The New Midnight Express ("Bodacious" Bart Gunn and "Bombastic" Bob Holly) beat The Disciples of Apocalypse (Skull and 8-Ball) by disqualification after one of the NWA World Tag Team Championship belts is used as a weapon by DOA, even though the belt was tossed to Bart Gunn. After the match, Dan "The Beast" Severn attacks the Disciples of Apocalypse, then he, The New Midnight Express and Jim Cornette retreat.

We see footage of "Double J" Jeff Jarrett and Tennessee Lee with Sawyer Brown lead singer Mark Miller in the studio.

"Double J" Jeff Jarrett beats Lance Diamond with the Figure Four Leg Lock.

We see a vignette for Val Venis, who comes out of a shower and says there is nothing like a hot shower after a hard day's night, and when he comes, there will be no stopping him. He tells the ladies to get some rest while they can.

Taka Michinoku beats Jimmy Cicero.

The Quebecers (Jacques and Pierre) beat Armageddon (Buchanan and Poirier) with a double-team move behind referee Jack Doan's back. (Buchanan and Poirier are formerly known as Recon and Sniper of The Truth Commission; this is their only televised match as Armageddon.)
